I would give a negative 10 if I could! My initial visit to the store was good, however the mattress is defective with absolutely no support in a section and the store has refused to refund the purchase, or offer to replace or exchange EXCEPT to treat it as a warranty claim even though I had only slept on it ONE NIGHT when I noticed it. I have called repeatedly and still have not heard anything as to whether my warranty claim was approved or denied. This is NOT a warranty problem; it is a defective mattress that a good business would have promptly picked up and refunded my money if they had no other mattress that was acceptable

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I bought my daughter a bed from them 2 years ago that has a 10 year warranty. After submitting 4 or 5 claims online to have it replaced, I havent heard anything back from anyone. The guys that deliver and setup for them slammed the box springs down, breaking it to the point of wooden slats and metal springs hanging down to the floor. The mattress is sagging and now my daughter has to sleep on a cot so she doesnt get impaled by metal springs. I seriously believe they sold me a used bed that had been repackaged. And forget trying to get them to exchange it. They wont do that and told me to submit a claim, which I mentioned Ive done numerous times. The lady who sold me this junk made it out like getting it replaced if needed would be so easy. Maybe it is for her since she works there. Anyway heed my warning and spend your money elsewhere. I plan on doing so in the next few days when I buy my daughter a new bed at a more reputable furniture store right up the road from them.

As far as furniture and mattress shopping goes, or even retail in general, Tabatha is the best salesperson that I’ve ever dealt with. I’m usually one of those people that doesn’t even like to be asked if I “need help finding anything” because I’d rather just look, then ask you for help if I have any questions. To me, it’s hounding to not even let me look around first. Or to let me look, but follow me around the store. Tabatha though, I didn’t feel hounded. The box springs they delivered were not the upgraded ones I paid for. I called the sales lady and told her. She said shed been gone for ten days and the purchase order must have gotten changed. I have other complaints too, but the most important one is they delivered a cheaper set of box springs.
