I bought Cal King mattress. (Not a cheap mattress) I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it. It took 2 months to get it. That was ok. I was told it had a 120 day warranty, when indeed the Cal King does not have a warranty. ( I found this out today when I read over my warranty papers) I was told I had to buy one of their mattress covers for the warranty to be valid. I bought a +$90 cover for a mattress that didnt have a warranty to start off. I have had the mattress about 2 weeks and there is already an indention in the mattress on both sides where my spouse and I sleep. I am not happy with the mattress, but I guess Im stuck with it. Guess the salesman was not very honest with me!!!! NOT HAPPY CAMPER!!!

Firm mattresses in the showroom, were not same firmness when delivered to my home. When taken back the next day, was charged for delivery, and restocking fee... $247.... Not a happy customer, but grateful I was not stuck with soft mattresses!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS place. HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS (VERY AGGRESSIVE). I get it we all need to make money but there is a fine line between selling and making customers uncomfortable. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE SALE ASSOCIATES WILL TALK ABOUT BEHIND YOUR BACK IF YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL ASK FOR THEIR HELP IF YOU NEED THEM. I had been in the market for a new mattress for the last year now and today I finally buy a new mattress. With the recommendation of a family I went to mattress firm. As soon as I entered I was enthusiastically greeted by a sales associates (Heavy set white woman. I do not remember her name). As me what i wanted and looking for. I told her I am looking and comparing mattresses for now. She said If I needed help to let her know. As he sat down with another associate she started mumbling stuff to her associates and then both of them started laughing. When i looked at their direction they both stopped laughing. HMMMMM Imagine that.REALLY!!!!!! STORE RESPONDED TO MY POST A MOTH LATER!!! REALLY!!!!

Customer support is fantabulous! We purchased an adjustable bed. The salesman assured us it would fit our existing bed frame. When it was delivered, the delivery men said that it wouldnt fit. We were beyond disappointed. I was prepared to have to call the next day, and have to beg for a refund, or to work something out. To my pleasant surprise, at 9:30 am ( before opening hours) the customer service manager called to say that their troubleshooter thought that he could make it work, and that he would make an appointment later to come take a look. By 5:35 pm, we were enjoying our new bed! Now thats customer service. I have been very pleased with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Mr. Douglas Wade has Good ole Southern Hospitality. When my husband and I entered the facility, he greeted us as if he loved his job. He took the time to establish a rapport with us, and that was greatly appreciated. He has a vast amount of knowledge about the products in the store, and most important, he was able to share testimonials about his familys experience with a few mattresses and pillows. After all, who wants a salesman who does not use their own products? He was also quite patient, and I appreciate that because when making big purchases I can be quite indecisive when attempting to weigh all factors. I must tell you, I went to the mattress store up the street from them and did not receive the same warmth I did with Mr. Wade. I even think my husband made a friend lol.Thank you Mr. Douglas Wade.
