Definitely will not be coming back in. I work in healthcare myself and you always want to make the patient feel welcomed and comfortable. Lady’s checking in were very rude and would not check me In even after I told them I had received a call that they instructed me to come in earlier. Horrible experience .

CVS was sent my prescription by Walgreens. I have no affiliation with CVS. I have never used CVS pharmacy. Instead of letting Walgreens know they did not request my prescription, they filled the prescription and gave it to another customer. I’m in excruciating pain and unable to get my prescription because they gave it to another customer.

One of the worst thing is that they are using the same dispense door for medicine pick up and to drop off the symptomatic testing kit purposefully spreading Covid. Reported to Corporate.. 2 months later the process hasnt changed.. All they care about is money from insurance providers through covid testing.

Definitely need to teach their pharmacy employees manners, and respect. They are SO RUDE, in person. On the phone. You can tell they do not want their jobs. And yall should seriously do something about that CVS, its UNACCEPTABLE to treat customers, or anyone for that matter, the way they do.

Tameika is just awful, she is extremely rude and very nasty each and every time we enter the store. It is not uncommon for her to roll her eyes at you for asking for assistance. We have had her raise her voice a number of times and just treat customers in an all out disrespectful manner. No one who is spending money should have to do so in fear and discomfort for a lack of genuine customer service. Walgreens is across the street.

Theres no perfect store, but im giving my loc cvs perfect star. Ive been couponing here for 9 months now and i love how patient and diligent the cashiers are, very helpful and accomodating. Thanks to you guys, you deserve this acknowledgement front store, Sandra, Ashley, Jessica, Emily and Hector! We love going to cvs because of you!!!

I was thrilled when this CVS opened up so close to our house because I had been going to the one on the other side of the neighborhood for monthly prescriptions. However, it only took a few visits to switch all of our monthly prescriptions to the HEB pharmacy. You would think when a prescription is on auto-refill, their system should automatically order more. There were several occasions when they ran out of my medication, so I would have to wait a few days for them to get in their new shipment. Such a disappointment.

I like weekly deals, and customer service seems to be improved, but whenever you come to Pharmacy at the time they told you to pick up your medication, it is never ready. One time we came two times (they told us the time), and still it was not ready. 12/2017****************Update. This time about prescription again. I had terrible experience with general dentist (Maxim Skormin) in the morning 12/07/18 who prescribed me some antibiotics which I picked up at about 1:30pm in CVS. Then I had to go a dentist surgeon and he had to do a general surgery to fix things things that my dentist messed up. I left surgeon office at about 5:30pm, he sent prescription for antibiotics, mouth washer and pain medication. While my friend was driving me home from surgery I asked my husband to pick up prescription. When I got home and took some rest I realized then that CVS pharmacist told my husband that I already picked up antibiotics!!! Those antibiotics might have been different and dosage and directions are totally different at all!!! Moreover it was FROM A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!!! I drove to CVS when I got better at 9:15 pm in a heavy storm, but RX department was closed and nobody was inside the store even the door was open. Now is 6am next day and I waiting for CVS to be open! I am very upset with this service!!!! Do they read prescriptions at all??!!!

Ordered something online. Selected for curbside pickup. I went to pickup my order and waited at curbside for 15 minutes. No one came even though I pressed the button a few times. Tired of waiting, I went inside the store and the staff member at the counter asked me if I was waiting for curbside pickup. What the hell is the point of having curbside pickup if you have to go inside the store to pick up. Clearly the word curbside is not a term common to them? Unhappy.

They are organized and fast. A couple of employees could use a customer service class, but the rest of the staff makes up for it.

Pretty bad pharmacy with rude staff

Just had a pharmacy person speak rudely to me and then hang up on me on the phone when I was being perfectly pleasant. I called the store and spoke to a manager to let them know about it and all she said was okay, thanks. She didnt try to get more information or inquire about what happened. What the heck? I dont understand how certain people have customer service jobs.

Pharmacy closes at 9pm. And no timings listed clearly.

I was so happy that this location opened till pharmacy is horrible my prescription has been lost on 2 separate occasions and i get there at 8 am from getting off working nights and they still not open i was there 15 min /8:15 am still not open, not on time .

The experience in the pharmacy is poor CS by Shalonda. Told my son to take it or leave it on a prescription. Is this the face of your pharmacy dept. I frequent this pharmacy, because is nearest to my home.

Minute clinic is advertised to be open till 5:30 on Saturdays. Both online and on the doors of the clinic. Clinic was closed and when the pharmacy was asked about the hours they were unsure and just assumed the clinic was closed. Obviously there is a disconnect between the minute clinic and other departments as well.
