Don’t anyone dare talk about this place here, my H‑E‑B. Durning the Hurricane Harvey, Ike, Alisha etc this H‑E‑B made sure customers weren’t grabbing food and supplies like maniacs. It was organized. Roped off. Employees were happy to be at work and so compassionate during those vital times. The store manager I believe he is, the Hispanic guy. He makes sure that the business gets done, and Pearland police is outside to backup and makes sure no craziness has a chance.This review is long overdue. I love this store yes it’s possible to love a store…If they seen me in store would know exactly who I am. I wish all stores were like this. You will never wait in a long line even if it’s 630 am and a line is forming, management WILL call employees to the front to help the 3 guests so no one waits lol no lie. Store is always clean. Employees are always working and walking around making sure store is organized. My OCD loves the look of the store. Always.I’ve invested to this H‑E‑B since they first opened for all my grocery and family needs available here. Thank you all for everything, even at the worse times in hurricane history you guys have held it down for me and my family. Love you guys here I appreciate everything this store has done and still does for me and my family!I have to share! The Senior employees who were graduates and didn’t get to walk across stage, this H‑E‑B had a ceremony for their employees who were Seniors. I cried because I was so touched by this.

I love H-E-B! It is a nice balance between Walmart and Kroger (price wise). Their produce is always fresh, always affordable, and I absolutely love the demonstrations they do where you can come sample food and get the recipes and ingredients. It is my home Shopping Center!

Only giving 3 stars because of the pricing they really jumping, I understand everything is going up but we have to eat!!

I get that people are flooding the store and panic buying during yet another hurricane. But every check out line was packed. We were next in line at self checkout. And we and our 7 month old had already waited our fair amount of time. I didnt pay attention that it was 10 items or less. But there was no way I was going to wait longer in another line with my daughter getting fussy. Were pretty quick about scanning anyway. Well some lady supervisor finally decided to do her job and stopped jabbing her jaw all giggling and laughing with another coworker, right when we were walking to the register and tell the kid thats assisting customers 10 items or less, 10 items or less! Instead of addressing me directly in a professional manner. The kid was in a scared panic okay and I hear her say and you still let them walk on by. FIRST OF ALL LADY IF IT WAS THAT MUCH OF AN ISSUE TO YOU, THAN YOU MAAM SHOULD HAVE BEEN LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT WHILE WERE ALL LINING UP IN A LINE THATS WRAPPING AROUND AN ISLE. There were a few ahead of us that also did the same thing. It was a honest mistake on my part but her straight rudeness was not needed during this time. I would have moved to another lane if someone wouldve reminded us that it was for 10 items or less while I was in the back of the line. Even the HEB on Woodridge is more professional.

What do you want me to say, its H.E.B. There is a reason for there popularity, they take care of business and their customers. Keep up the good work.

HEB is a great store, pharmacy and more. Theyre pretty well stocked right now. Theyre very clean. Meat is always fresh, I like their sushi. Deli is always fresh and had varieties of cold its, cheesed and more. Bakery us awesome, their tortillas they make there & are the best, if you like flour tortillas, some are buttered flour tortillas which are good too. I like the organic isle but right now(maybe cuz if Covid) they dont have a lot of the loose items. Im not too sure. People working there are very nice, Ive never gotten or have seen anyone with a bad attitude as I have in other stores. Happy shopping peeps, God bless❤️

I dont normally shop at this HEB, so when I found out that Yuengling was finally in Texas I had to stop by on my way home. The store was set up well, and I was very quickly are to find what I was looking for!

I try to love the place, it was doing so good back in the days . But now I have got over cooked crawfish, and not fresh salmon or lobster. Fish section is usually not fresh. Quality in workers and food went down.

I like their weekly promotions on berries and fruits. Also they have pretty good selection of frozen patties, flowers, ice cream, vine, feta, and cheese.

I love the selection at HEB! I also appreciate the printed coupons in the aisles

Nice, I can find alot of items here for almost one stop shopping.

My favorite place to grocery shop. Always clean, well stocked and helpful employees.There are always registers staffed with eager people happy to check you out, sack your groceries and even carry it out and put it in your car.There are also the self check out lanes but only if you prefer to do it yourself, its never a necessity like at the little Kroger in Friendswood that usually only has one register open. Whenever possible time eise I shop here.Please remember to hit the like button if my review helped you in anyway.

We love doing curbside pickup! Sometimes it takes a little bit to get your groceries, but much safer. If you want their tortillas then do an early pick up or you wont get any! 🙃

Its a shame how far HEB (a once proud local Texas grocery store chain) has fallen. They used to pride themselves on how such a great place HEB was for their staff and guest service. They used to claim you would be new at by cheerful smiles when you worked or shopped at their stores. Now, because they want to have to tyrannical polices of the communists left... The HEB tyrants still want you to cover a face and take away a grateful smile. Its too a shame their employees dont walk out while they still enforce their policy of tyranny. Those cheerful smiles are missed.

HEB Pearland is one of the best places for groceries. The produce is fresh. The staff is very friendly. It is very big and has a wide variety. We also use the pharmacy. Be sure and check with HEB for the best pricing on your and your kids meds. You can also order in advance online. They will bring your order out to you.

The produce should be more fresh. The potatoes are very small damaged and dirty. The bell peppers are soggy. The yellow onions have bugs flying and landing all over them. I hope the issue can be corrected.

HEB is one of the most amazing shopping centers Ive been to! From self care products to food, everything is super fresh, clean, tasty, and organic. My personal favorites locations in the store is the sushi and guacamole aisles. 😉

Always bustling no matter what time of the day I visit this business. The one place I can always find my Minute 3 brand of grits. All employees at any of this stores many locations that I have visit are always polite and respectful.

I enjoy the layout and selections offered at HEB.I always end up taking home more than I planned.

Clean and neat but, as with other HEBs, is disjointed in how they arrange stuff. I always have trouble finding things at HEB and I shop at a different store as my primary grocery store. Today we just needed a few things for mom and it took forever to find them. That said, checkout was quick and friendly.

Terrible experience with curbside pickup. I’ve only done this once and it was quite fast however my most recent experience was not. I arrived at 6:44pm for an order that was meant to be ready at 7:00. I texted I675 (to let them know I was there). A male by the name of James comes out to ask for the order name and I give it to him. After 30 min of being there around 8 cars arrived after me and left before me. I see “James” had delivered orders to all the cars next to me but he has yet to come to my car. After 1 hour of waiting patiently, I call HEB and they tell me there was never a text message for the spot I675 and that they’ll bring it right out. Another male brought the food and I asked why did it take so long and he stated “I don’t know because we’re busy” so I look back and there indeed is a line however there was no line 30 min prior when I had gotten there 1 hour ago. Absolutely terrible, I would have never thought I’d experience this at “My HEB”.

Employees are getting slack on enforcing the rule requiring masks. Multiple people walking around with no masks and full carts. Next time I will simply be taking my business down the road to kroger.

I really dont like this HEB location. Its consistently crowded, no matter what time of the day you shop, and the curbside order pickers block aisles and sections with their large carts. I now only use this store for short trips of picking up a few items. I use other grocery stores for large trips.

I forgot my ground beef at checkout kiosk. I was pretty sure because I remembered putting it in a bag. But when I got home I couldn’t find it. I checked all the bags, the kitchen, and the car 3 times to affirm that I didn’t take it home with me. Came back to the store to ask if the self checkout attendant found it. They changed shift so it wasn’t the same person. He told me to talk with the supervisor nearby. The customer service supervisor named Jose listened to my case, checked my receipt and told me to grab another ground beef and bring it to him. I did and he put it in a bag then handed it to me, saying “I got you. Have a nice day!” Great products and wonderful customer service.

The only good thing about this location is that each time Ive gone every checkout lane is open. That being said for a new store they have many issues; leaking roof, messed up floors, freezers dont seem to keep temp.

A, HEB! Whatever way youre preparing the crab, STOP!!!!!!!! Stop it right this instant. Most tasteless crab Ive ever had.
