The customer service I experienced was over the top. I needed my elderly mothers car serviced in order to pass it down to my niece. I couldnt take her car in for her as I live out of town. They picked up my mothers car, communicated with me throughout the process, got the car in great shape and returned the car to my mother. Everything they said they would do, they did - and exactly when they said they would do it. I was very impressed. Shout out to Mark who coordinated everything and to Crystal who kept me informed along the way. Thank you so much for making it so easy and for your excellent customer service!

Been coming here for a very long time. Needed an oil change and the site said August was next available. So called them and they said if someone canceled, Im in. So someone canceled. Took 3 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. But, still giving 5 Stars, they had dozens of cars to do and short on Mechanics. Still courteous and professional. Good job Bob Tyler crew. Ill be back.

I came in with a list of what I wanted in a car and they made it happen. Everyone was so nice and really did all they could to get me what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My deal (Daniel Jones) was amazing and really took care of me and made sure I understood the whole process. Definitely go check him out if you ever go there!!

I had my tundra towed there to be fixed after I ran over something in the road. I filed a claim on insurance. A tech, who didnt even look at my truck, told the investigator that the damage on my truck was normal wear and tear. I never had any issues till I ran over something. The tech claimed my lift kit was the cause of the damage. The, so called tech, needs to go back to school. His opinion isnt needed or wanted. Tear it down then youll know.I will never use or recommend Bob Tyler Toyota for anything.

Showed up for my 9:15 am service appointment and was greeted horribly by an older lady. It was my first time at this location since moving so I had no idea where to go. She was rude and so short with me. Finally pulled around to the correct place and was told our appointment wasn’t for another month and half even though we had a confirmation for 9:15 that morning. She wouldn’t service us nor let us speak to someone- she just pointed and said to go to the service desk. My husband then called the service department and they said that their website has been doing that and they can’t get us in any sooner. We pay monthly for our services and now we don’t get to use it this time because of the poor customer service and the failure to keep our appointment in the books.I wish we could have the Jacksonville Florida location out here- they are outstanding in ever aspect .

If I could have put half a star I would have. My wife and I purchased a used SUV (2020 with only 4K miles on it), vehicle was in the shop “getting serviced” when we bought it. Turns out the vehicle was in the shop because of transmission problems. Within the first month of having it, it has been in the shop for 2 weeks . Bob Tyler refuses to give us a rental car or give us our money back. I have bought 10 vehicles over the past 15 years, never I have experienced customer service like this! Sad that a car lot of this size would treat people the way they have treated us...worst customer service I’ve ever experienced period! I really hope this helps someone!

Ive visited the collision center and had services done to my Toyota.Appreciated:Collision center made handling my insurance claim very easy, kept me well informed, did their best, guarantees all their work while you maintain ownership of the car, and are kind, personable people.Service center is not pushy with recommended versus necessary services (wont have you service a transmission when youre in for an oil change, for instance). Generally quick IF youre scheduled, and still reasonable when youre a walk-in.Now, it IS a dealership and THE Toyota care center in the area, so its best to schedule in advance if you can. They volume of owners coming in is incredible.

Bob Tyler Toyota gets 5 GOLD STARS from me because of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from all of the staff members that helped me with my new TRD PRO TUNDRA. It began with a phone call I made to inquire about a truck I saw on line. I got Danielle. She informed me that the truck I was inquiring about wasn’t in yet and it was expected to arrive in early November. She assured me that when it arrived, that she would give me a call. To my surprise, I got a call from Danielle the day the truck arrived. 5 GOLD STARS for Danielle😁👍🏾 She then introduced me to Sawyer. He and I text talked for a few hours and again to my surprise, he convinced me to drive from Tallahassee, Fl to Pensacola to buy my new truck. When I arrived, he was available and patient while I made my decision. 5 GOLD STARS For Sawyer too!!!😁👍🏾 My last stop was with the finance manager. He was very knowledgeable of his products that could make the finishing touches less painful. He offered me several service plans that I refused after the presentation and he respectfully moved on to other important things like signing my life away😂. ONCE AGAIN, to my surprise, I ended up with one of the service agreements. GREAT JOB instilling value and bringing it back up after I said no😁👍🏾5 GOLD STARS to the finance manager too.I can’t express enough how GREAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS AT BOB TYLER TOYOTA!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was assisted by Tyler Conley for my vehicle purchase. I went in to purchase a Toyota RAV 4 for my wife for a surprise anniversary gift and Tyler pointed me toward the perfect model and color RAV4 for her. He was very professional and was not pushy like a lot of car salesman. That being said, I would bet my money that he’s the best car salesman there at Bob Tyler and the best that I’ve ever met. He really worked with me on negotiating price and in every aspect of the purchase process. All in all, I would definitely recommend Bob Tyler Toyota and my family has been very pleased with their purchases from their business as well. I’m so happy we’re now part of the Toyota family and can’t wait to purchase from them again!

I Tried to go by their service Dept, even though I refused to buy my vehicle there, bcuz my car was saying my maintenance was due & I was in the area. I usually go to ft walton beach Yota place. They R soo awesome! Anyway, I called to make sure they would or could go ahead and help me out, but Nope! Lady that answered said Nope, they don’t do walk ins for a 10,000 mile maintenance! What?! Well, next time I’ll know, Definitely not to go there to buy my next Yota (which will be in the next 2 years) & don’t go by there for service, if I’m around Pcola. Check.

When we leased our new Toyotas, we were told that oil changes and scheduled maintenance services were included and to just bring them in when our dash lights told us to. So, we did. A woman then told us we had to have an appointment and we couldnt just show up for service. We were getting ready to go out of state for a week and asked if it would be ok to do so. The service manager told us no, that we needed to have the service done first and told the woman to go ahead and check us in. The woman got angry and made a very rude comment about us to one of her coworkers as she was checking us in. The business took care of us, but the woman, who is still employed there, really made the visit miserable. I will still do business with them, but refuse to deal with that rude, hateful woman. Its not like she did any service to our vehicle or was put out in any way by checking us in. If I knew her name, Id dox her so others could avoid her, as well.

Disappointed in their service this time. Had to go back to have the maintenance required light shut off. Messed up the glove box. Couldnt get it to open and close correctly. Service rep fixed it while we waited. Asked for a car wash and inside windshield cleaned. They failed to clean the windshield. This wasnt the norm for Bob Tyler Toyota service. They have changed a lot of their procedures since last time. Not sure if its causing extra stress on employees. When technology takes the place of ole fashioned customer service I question its value.

We always have a pleasant visit here at Sidelines. The benches r comfortable and lots of fun stuff to watch while u r eating really good samwhiches like the Grouper,Cajun blackened seasoning and grilled to perfection. We never tired of this selection.The fries r great. Servers r friendly and make sure u r happy. We have lunch on Beach often, but Sidelines is like a home to us. Never a bad experience in 12 yrs.😊

I know Im paying a bit more at the dealer. But after a $100 diagnostic fee they told me they could only remove an aftermarket piece for another $100 to remedy a brake light issue (I declined). Between that and an oil change I walked out light $170 over two hours after my scheduled appointment. Got shuffled between two different service reps, none of which had extensive knowledge of my vehicle. I will not be going back and I would encourage others to find service elsewhere as well. They seemed more concerned about volume than the individual.

Ill never do business with this manipulative, deceptive company. Salesman was stellar, but his finance mgr brought an offer that was over $100 of what I had said was my limit. I was indignant that I was told the cost would be something I could afford and it was not. We drove an hour one way to test drive. My husband had to test drive for me since my car was totaled and I didnt have surgeons release to drive yet.Finance mgr put his salesman in awkward situation to either agree with him, thats not what i said, or that I was making it up. I hated seeing sales rep publicly humiliated and I felt I had been manipulated just to get me in for test drive. It was a lose-lose for them. Ill never do business with Bob Tyler Toyota Pensacola.
