We have a GMC terrain that had all the warning lights going off and kept losing acceleration. Took it to the dealer for service where their diagnosis was a list of over $5,000 worth of repairs. Took it to Key Auto Hospital where they found the actual problem and fixed it; we also learned that the gmc dealer codes were wrong. Scott and Justin were very understanding & helpful. We came to the beach from out of town. The caliper locked up on our brakes. My husband drove to Key Auto and they were nice enough to drive him back to our condo while they fixed our truck. When the truck was ready, they came pick him up! Excellent service and great people!!

Definitely a five star review. We rolled into town for our annual beach vacation. We were 1/4 of a mile from our condo when the crankshaft pulley failed causing the belt to break and stranded the vehicle. This happened on a Sunday evening. I had the vehicle towed to Keys Auto Hospital without speaking to anyone going only on the reviews I saw on line. I met the shop owner as they opened the doors Monday morning to try and get some help and get our family vacation back on track. Not only did they take care of the issue, they had us back on the road within a couple of hours. The diagnosis was accurate, the price for the repair was fair and the service was very friendly. Very thankful that Keys Auto Hospital was close to our location and the reviews I read were accurate. I highly recommend them for anyone from out of town.... Would absolutely use them again.

Took my car to a dealership this week, they had it for 3 days and said everything was fine except the battery. Had my car back less than 36 hours and it messed up again. This time i had it towed to Key Auto and they diagnosed it in under 30 minutes and had it repaired in less than 3 hours. Price was a little high for me but their service was worth not having to go back to Car City again. Thanks guys for the quick turnaround!!!

Good service. Was on vacation, had a throttle position sensor go out. Offered me a ride if I needed to go anywhere while I waited. Price wasnt terrible, only about $50 more than I wouldve been charged back home. All in all not too bad

We traveled across many states to get here to vacation with our family. Our check engine light came on in our GMC Yukon XL Denali. We brought it into key Auto Hospital we were very apprehensive of course because we are not from here. We were so afraid that they were going to tell us that we had a host of problems which would entail of course a huge financial expense. However instead we were met with a very high level of not only customer service oriented owners but extremely knowledgeable honest and trustworthy mechanics. We were only charged the standard hourly rate of $104 due to the time that it took for them to do a thorough diagnostic. We were told we were safe to travel it is just a sensor that needs to be replaced, that we do not have any problems with our vehicle. Instead of them charging us to replace the sensor, they said it would be better for us to have it done once we got back home in case there were any further issues. Coming from a good size city, it is very hard to find this type of integrity. They also offered us transportation to and from our condo since our vehicle was our only means. With all of that said I highly recommend that you them.

Fourth time there with different vehicles (yes, I have a slow learning curve) and each time I ask for an estimate (check and advise) and they go ahead and hang parts on and then tell you they had to do it. Very poor customer handling skills. $200+ for a battery that was not asked for or approved. Ill find another place to take my vehicles and I recommend you do the same. Read the other reviews and stay away until they change their business methods.

We recently spent some time in Pensacola due to Hurricane Irma. Unfortunately we had some car trouble. We could not be more pleased with the service that we received from Randy and his team. They were very honest and provided us with a very detailed estimate and explanation of our issue. The cost was very fair and they went above and beyond to help us.

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle into this shop based on location. What a mistake that was. Had a couple check engine lights on, and wanted to have it looked at with the intent of having it repaired. The estimate I received for repairs was absolutely beyond ridiculous. It was bad enough that these crooks we’re trying to completely rip me off with this insane estimate for repairs. They had the audacity to charge me $127.00 for labor to diagnose the issues with my vehicle!!! I have never felt so violated or ripped off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear away from this unscrupulous repair facility. The labor charge was for an hour, when clearly there no where near an hour of labor involved. I think it’s a terrible practice to do business this way. There couldn’t have been more then 30 minutes labor involved for this simple inspection. I will be reporting this shady operation to the better business bureau. Thanks again Key Auto Hospital for nothing. It seems actual work being done here isn’t really necessary when you charge unsuspecting patrons $127.00 for literally nothing. The scum bags that run this rip off facility should be ashamed of their shady business practices. Anyone considering taking your vehicle here... do yourself and your wallet a favor and go elsewhere. One thing you can count on from Key Auto Hospital is reassurance your going to get ripped off. F.Y.I. I took my vehicle to an honest reputable repair facility and got the repairs I needed at $1,500 less the the quote I received from the con artists at Key Auto Hospital. DO NOT GO HERE! There is a reason no locals go here. They can only hope unsuspecting tourists end up here by accident.

I can not say enough about the owner and his staff. I have a 2014 GMC pickup truck. The A/C was out, and the back door handle was broken. They showed me the problem with the air conditioning condenser ordered the part and called me right after lunch and said that it was all fixed. I have recommended them to several other people. They are an amazing group of people. I am a snow bird living in Ohio in the Summer and south for the winter. Not sure as a shop I could trust. I say this with my word... I trust these guys. I had spoken to Randy in the past about the benefits of fuel injection over a carburetor in older model applications. I finally bit the bullet and took my 85 Jeep Grand Wagoneer to get a Holley Sniper fuel injection kit installed. The mechanics were great, the installation flawless and I cant say enough about how the FI kit woke up an 80 low compression smog motor. I highly recommend a Sniper Kit for any carbureted motor and highly recommend Key Auto for the installation.

I have a 91 Corvette with a 383 stroker motor that I had built in 2014 the car ran mediocre at best for 4 years. It was hard to find a shop that could work on the car at a reasonable price. This started in Clarksville Tn I have since moved to Navarre FL and found Key Auto Hospital they installed a Holley EFI system on my car and it runs great thanks to everyone involved at Key Auto Hospital a great group of people.

My family and I have been using this business for many many years. I have nothing but compliments. I am now the owner of a Toyota and needless to say, Key Auto was able to diagnose and repair the original problem and also repair the new damage that BOB TYLER caused (and yes Bob Tyler willingly repaid all my money back admitting fault). I told Randy to order the car part for my oil leak. When I called a few days later his wife told me she knew nothing about it and he would call me first thing Monday morning. Randy called my dad, NOT ME, to let him know the part was there. Didnt give me an estimated time when I took it in. Lied to my mom a couple hours later, saying he told me it would be ready at 2:30 and we would receive a call. Never received a call at 2:30. Absolutely disrespectful.

They fixed up my old jeep quickly, were very helpful, and seemed to be knowledgeable with old cars. They dont get all five stars because their cost of labor per hour is pretty steep ($95)

Went there for a check engine light, car was hooked up to computer and problem was identified immediately. However, they told me to go to a dealer since it was too much for them. They charged $92 for a simple computer hook up and when questioned why, they just said sorry and walked away. Sad to see lack of integrity from a local business.

I had some car issues while out of town on vacation. After reading reviews I decided to try key auto. Randy was promt and took care of my car issue. Everything he said was on point and at a reasonable price. This is a repair facility i would recommand to anyone, especially while being around the orange beack area on vacation.

We live locally and Randy and Lois have cared for our 2000 & 2005 Toyota vans for several years. We have received nothing but personable and outstanding service from this team, with honest and competitve estimates, and the work gets done quickly usually within a day or so as fast as the UPS or parts guy can deliver. We never been sold a part our vans didnt need and I am comfortable putting my teenager behind a wheel of a vehicle that is safe to drive because it has been worked on by someone who is knowledigble and efficient. Take it from a daughter of a mechanic.

Family owned business. Brought my Jaguar in for new rotors, brake pad maintenance, new caliper, plus they gave it a look over. I walked in without appt, they had it done same day. I reviewed on the internet, costs of parts and labor and Perdido Key Auto Hospital was right there in the ballpark probably even a little lower. The ONLY place to go in Pensacola if you have an old school car. Randy and the guys seriously know their stuff when it comes to upgrading the classics and muscle cars. Couldnt find an exhaust that fit just right on my Chevelle, so they just made one from scratch. Got a brand new plug n play EFI and wouldnt you know it, it didnt play once I plugged it in lol. Lucky for me, they know Holley brand stuff inside and out. I felt pretty important when they got Holley on the phone and bypassed all the hoops I would have had to go through myself. Cant thank you guys enough!!! You made my project car come to life :D

We hobbled into town the last 60 miles from Jonesborough TN with 4 grandbabies and a bad water pump on our 2014 Dodge 3500 Diesel. I researched garages I am so glad I didnt give the couple of negative reviews on here much attention. Randy treated us with great honesty and integrity. He gave us a quote and available time slot over the phone that we were very pleased with. We dropped the truck off that morning and by lunchtime, he called to let us know it was ready. The invoice was exactly as he quoted (a little over $400) and the truck is running great. We were able to enjoy the rest of our week vacation here on your beautiful coast! This is our 4th year and should we ever have auto issues again, we will always call Key Auto. Thank you Randy!

Stay away at all cost. They will try to overbill, the fix may be only temporary and they will tell you that you have problems with your vehicle that dont exist. Got ripped off once 5 years ago on an a/c repair but I thought since they were still in business they must be doing something right, I was wrong. Same people same rip off. Get estimates from other places. Youve been warned. It was my bad for going back. Never again.

Went there because of the high quality NAPA name.Randy charged me 154.39 to add 5oz of freon R134a .If you are from out of state beware.My Mechanic at home said he charged twice as much as he should have.

I needed an HID head light bulb replaced. The quoted price was about $600.00. Brought the car to a different shop and paid $150.00. Just shows you how ridiculous this shop is with their pricing.
