I have to wait 7 hour to fix my issue and paid $1466.00 and the issue still the same not fix OH lord I have to call them back next day to get scheduled in tow days and I have to leave to another state to go to my family I stock in Pensacola 3 days I can’t travel to my familyWas easy to charge me not easy to take me back the same day to fix my issueI go to Meineke BC I believe I am in good handI just I don’t believe they did me wrongPower steering still leak and problem still there but my pocket get empty and this is the picture after the job done. Ooooooh lord

Brought my civic in over a week ago. Was told Id get a call Monday the 23rd about a part. Never did. Was clean in the lobby. Knowledgeable staff.

Went in for oil change and brake pad replacement since I never replaced the pads (70k miles). They let me know my brakes are at 30% left, so they do not have to change unless I wanted to. Places that let me know when I don’t need to spend money will keep me as a customer.

Im not from here, and generally I do my own maintenance. Considering I dont have my tools here, I went here for the normal oil change and checks. Love this place! Theyre honest, straight forward and they dont try and haggle or trick you to buy unnecessary things.

Came here when my check engine light came on after leaving an oil change somewhere else. They were awesome, patched up my problem and ordered the part it needed right then and there. I came back the next afternoon and they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. They were respectful, kind and very fair. I will be coming back for any car troubles or maintenance. 100% recommend.

I made an appointment to have my wheel bearing replaced on my car. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The person that worked on my car was finished with my car in a timely manner and I felt that I was charged a reasonable price for the work that was done. Went in for first visit an ac check. Because it blows cold air sometimes. Well after the check I left was going to go back. However, the little cold air I had is gone, and it’s making a ticking noise when you turn the air on. What did they Do???? I’m not happy at all

But the store in Pensacola on Michigan st have restored by trust is auto machanics. They Tate do much good care of me, even take me home when needed! This store totally rocks!! I know that the work is done and there were no tricky actions happening! The manager always look give me the real issue..I tell him how much I have snd he tells me what to get done first!! Took my F150 there to get the brakes bled and an issue with my low beam headlights. Brakes where NOT bled properly and told me they couldnt figure out my lights. 4 or 5 bays open for service and only 2 mechanics on duty... Thats a joke. Management is a joke and rude. 10/10 will not even look at that building again. I would personally like to see it and all the mechanics or techs go bankrupt and turned into a Jiffy lube.

Checking car in for service was very professional with the details. I was delighted that the representative offered me the best package for my car. This all took only 2 to 3 minutes. Wow, I have had great service each time I take my sons, or my vehicle there. They listen as I explain what is going on. They explain the sevice or work completed so anyone can understand. I came in and talked to Kevin and had my car checked. I discussed several services that they recommended. When I can back two days later and talked to the same person about those services with a print out they gave me. The store would not honor the quoted price. I tried to reason with then to get the service done anyway at reasonable price and they said I had to pay what they wanted regardless of the misquote! Horrible customer service!!!

I requested to have the Synthetic Oil change at $34.98 and when I returned the guy charged me $78.00 stated he thought I wanted the premium Synthetic Oil change. I was very upset. He never stated that he would change the price to my satisfaction. I would go there a lot to get my oil changed . Never again unless I get a call to have this price corrected of what we had discussed up front.

Went up to Meineke for a diagnostic granted I paid $110 for a $20 part in a faulty diagnostic told me it was my computer changed my computer still not it turns out it was my fuel injectors and they refused to tell me told me it was my computer instead easy to blame a computer very hard to have a fine mechanic

These guys in this shop are among the best around. They dont try to gimmick or upsell customers. No one likes having to spend hard earned money on car repairs. They know this and explain all options clearly and then do the best they can to get you the best parts and service at the lowest prices. Make an appointment, they stay busy at this location because customers trust them and come back for all of their vehicle maintenance and service needs.

I love this shop been to many shops over the years, but this one really takes care of you. They dont pressure you to buy anything you dont really need, and when you need a repair they take you to your car and show you the problem and they give you options for paying for the repair. I recommend this shop to anyone. Even though it has a big name franchise behind ot. You can tell its family run. Best shop in town!!!!

Changed my stars. This location is slowly going downhill. Ive been going for 3 years. Started with 5 stars. Now down to 2. One star for each year.Today at 10:15, only one customer in lobby. Only 1 car in the bay. 3 guys in the shop standing around talking while one working one the one car.I asked the big guy in the store for an oil change. Oh man, its gonna be an hour or more before I can get to it.REALLY? 4 of the cars are workers. Couldnt have been drop vehicles.. because 2 hours ago when I drove those same cars were there. And if cars were ahead of why werent the guys going to pull them in?Sounds like to me they dont want my business. There are too many places in town for this

Excellent service! Been taking my car here since I came back to Pensacola with an older SUV.Recently when I would get at highway speeds I was getting a tremor in the steering wheel. I brought it in and got the High Mileage Service. They do the oil, all the fluids. make the air pressure perfect and rotate the tires.Just that little service makes my SUV feel perfect again.

The owner is a great guy. Ive been going there for 3-4 years and theyve taken care of me with everything Ive needed. They dont try to sell any extra products or services like other places try to; they recommend things and will show you if they found a problem but they always seem honest about it.I took my fiances Honda Civic in there for an oil change, and they even told me that I dont need to bring it as frequently as I did (approx 5,000 miles) due to the synthetic oil lasting longer. That was a great experience because other places Ive lived wouldnt mention it, they would just let you keep bringing the car in.

My car broke down right before the summer semester started. All the money I had was supposed to go towards books and tuition. Here at Meineke, they didnt nickel and dime me for every fix. They were knowledgeable and considerate towards my budget in advising me what would be best. Tom was very friendly and didnt make me feel like $$$ to him. Im new to the area, but I will definitely only be coming to this auto shop.

I have had my oil changed several times over the years, and I have never been to a shop that was kept as clean as this one. Coming from the Northern part of the country, I have had a few shops turn me away due to the rust on the underside of my car. These guys were incredibly helpful, they had my oil changed and ready to go in a timely manner. Friendly, trustworthy, and intelligent. I look forward to my next oil change.

This is my first visit to any Meineke, apparently they have a new manager after some bad performance in the past, but they seem to be on the right track now! The gentlemen in the waiting area was very organized and professional in dealing with a lot of customers on a Monday morning, and accurately estimated my wait time. I did have to double check that everything on my coupon was completed, which it wasnt, but it seemed to be a misunderstanding by the mechanic, and the clerk was happy to help and make sure the work was completed to my expectations. When a hole in my tire was discovered during the tire rotation that should have initially been completed, they plugged it free of charge. Overall I am pleased, but I urge you to check to make sure everything you asked for is completed to your satisfaction before driving away, as with any auto shop!

Went it for a brake job and was not disappointed. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They walked me out to my vehicle to show me the condition of my brakes. They even worked with me because I was low on funds. Give them a try! I will return.

Went the there for a simple oil change and of course they always find other issues with your car. Was told that I need tie rods for both my front wheels for a amount of $419 plus tax is what was quoted. Bought parts at Advanced auto parts for a total of $74 they were trying to charge me $230 for the parts. Then come to find out from my mechanic that all it needed was a wheel bearing on my drivers side. Never going there again, not even for a oil change. Very disappointed say the least. I understand trying to make a living, but so am I. Trying to rob me blind.

Drove to this shop for a simple oil change, but wow what a shocker all of a sudden my car has an oil leak, I mean all of the oil leaked out on the spot! right when they looked at my car in the shop!, not to mention my car had no issues with oil leak, no spills, no spots, no nothing before I came to this shop. Had to tow away my car from this place
