They are e helpful they help me find a nice car when I needed it the most to get back and forth to the hospital for my Cancer treatments.

I have personally bought 2 cars from here, and am on my way to get my next car. Everyone is very helpful and insightful if I have any questions about anything. The owner is extremely nice and helpful and will to negotiate. You can tell that it’s a family type of environment and not just another corporate type car lot. I normally do not do business with car lots that are buy here pay here. I have had too many friends with issues from those kinds of lots. I decided to try this one, just to browse. I encountered Josh upon walking in. He was the reason I not only bought a car there that day BUT also am going back to go purchase another one. He was knowledgeable, personable, VERY HONEST in every aspect, and went to great lengths to see that I was not only satisfied but extremely SATISFIED~ He was sympathetic to the economic restraints I was under, and went above and beyond to make sure that I could find what I wanted AND still stay in the guidelines I needed. I recommend this business, and especially JOSH for any and all car needs! He is one of a kind, and I was lucky to have the pleasure of doing business with him! Great atmosphere! Very professional and respectful. They are willing to work with you, especially when you pay and communicate when something is wrong if late. I have bought and paid off two cars and working on my third vehicle from Rusty Moye Auto and havent had an issue. They are fair and easy to handle business with. If you want to buy from people that wont just take your money and sell you crappy vehicles then this is the place to be. Honest business, good people, nice vehicles.

The owner needs a BIG lesson in hospitality and customer service.. treating people inside looking for vehicles better rather than extending current customers a proper hello or decent conversation around unresolved issues not even 90 days into having the vehicle. When he can have a conversation and he not be a sarcastic jerk then Ill change the review not to mention I have the video of the conversation to prove it.. and me and my baby are looking to get a new car we were considering Rusty from my cousins referral but after taking her up there today #NOT I will spend my hard earned money with someone who cant talk to their customers with some respect & decency

Bought a awesome car here for a great price love this car lot

I would like to start off with saying that I am a firm believer of doing the right thing. These people do not. I purchased a car from them 2 1/2 weeks ago. 3 days after getting the car the check engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic and was informed that it needed a catalyst converter. I called the dealer and since it was late friday and I was out of town they said to bring it in and they would look at it. Fast forward we had to make an appointment for when the part came in the next week. Even though the car had several issues we still made the first payment. In the mean time it was still driveable just had to be careful because it pulled off slow. I went to the beach on the weekend and the car wouldnt crank and had to get a tow. Again when Monday came I called Rusty Moye. They had it towed to the dealership. They said they had to reprogram it. We went to pick it up and took it back the following Wednesday for the appointment. So today I go to pick it up and was brought service paperwork that had several issues written down. We asked what was it about before we signed and they tried to rewrite it. No idiot would have signed it. So we refused to sign something that was shady. Rusty comes out clearly hostile and we exchange words. He says we cant have our car if we dont sign it. I am getting a lawyer because he cant refuse me my car if my payments are to date. I have it all recorded. There is still other details that were shady but I am trying to shorten this as much as possible. No one should go here. I have never dealt with any car dealer as shady as this. These are con artists and crooks! There so many other car dealers in Pensacola. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

Will never buy from here again. Bought a 2008 Dodge Charger from here that had “clean carfax” which it had been in two accident prior to me buying it and they weren’t reported to carfax, my insurance company pulled a Lexis nexus report and found out. Also I have had nothing but mechanical issues with this car which some he did fix and others I had to pay for. I spoke my mind to rusty and he says “I’m not dealing with you or your car anymore, take it to another shop to have it fixed!” I now try and be nice but he’s still rude and mean. Worst car buying experience ever!!!!

This place truly should receive zero stars for the way they sold me on a car. They sold me a 2007 toyota 4runner which is supposed to be one of the more reliable cars on the market. The first problem I had occured right when I drove it off the lot after purchasing it. I started to get a vibration in what I thought was the steering column which turned out to be transmission later on that month. I then called rusty because it happened whithin the firstmonth of me owning it. He got frustrated that I would even bring that up to him and then basically told me goodbye without offering me a solution and hung up the phone. 3 months after spening almost 2000 on a used transmission the water pump, thermostat, and hoses going to the radiator were all leaking or broke so my car red-lined and is costing me another 1200. I purchased this car in the fair selling price range on kelly blue book but am way over that now. I have never felt more impelled to write about a company in order to warn others of there terrible buisness

This car dealership is great, Rusty Moye Auto Sales has a plethora of vehicles to choose from new as well as late model cars. I have purchased three cars from them with more than affordable prices and if you have credit issues it is absolutely no problem ! I highly recommend this dealership.

Buyers BEWARE!! They will sale you a car knowing something is wrong with it, and reset your check engine light so it wont come on while youre test driving the car.. I had got a car from them and a week later the check engine light came on... every time you try to call and speak with Rusty they lie and say he is not there or he is unavailable. Rusty is a con artists and his son is just like him. Please listen to me, do not purchase a car from them...

I Tamika Mathis purchased a car from Rusty Moye Auto Sales an I havent been the car within 2 months an the engine blowed up in it .I had it towed to Rusty an he Told me that he know it wasnt my fault.But he would put a new motor in it an charge me $4000 more Dollars on 2007 GMC.I already payed 2500 down an All of my taxes on this car.I dont understand y I have to pay again when it wasnt my fault.Now Im without a vehicle going two weeks with 8 children school have started with no transportation. Neither the less RUSTY MOYE GAS NOT TRIED TO DO NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR HAVE he tried to put me in another vehicle, I had to walk to vote,Im catching ride, taking cabs everywhere I go its expensive I put all I had down on a vehicle trusting Rusty Moye for reliable transportation and was sold a lemon a car(SUV) that wasnt sufficient transportation I dont have no 1000 to put on another vehicle with school starting and all etc......

The worst car lot ever I rather buy a bike than to buy from them they want you to put alot of money on a car with high mileage than if something goes wrong they want u to put 200 down the mechanic all on drugs I watched them go into the register and get money and write their names on a piece of paper they have the worst cars and dont leave ur car up there there known to go in it and steal ive had it done to me

So far so good. As a 18 year old, I havent had much experience with buy here pay heres. Ive always done my car shopping on Craigslist. After 3 bad trips, I decided to save up and try out a dealership. Upon arrival I saw many cars that would fit my lifestyle. I drive nearly a 100 miles a day and need a reliable and gas efficient car. A guy came out and helped my mother and I browse through the cars. Josh I believe was his name. He was very straightforward and told us how it is, but not in a rude way. I browsed all the cars and finaly found a 2013 chevy cruze. I was excited because Im 18 and Im driving a 2013 car that is MY car. And they kept my payments down to 360 a month. After 3 days of having the car, the a/c went out. And instantly I thought oh man, I just got screwed by a buy here pay here. But I called them up and they said to bring the car by. Obviously, I did and they fixed it, for free. Not only did they fix it for free but rusty, the owner, told me if that happens again, tor bring it by and they will fix it again for free. I would recommend this place. In fact my brother will be coming by soon to get a car. I dont know about these other reviews but this place was nothing but nice and helpful to me.

Rusty Moye is a great carlot they will work with u on payments and on ur maintenance we have bought 4 cars from them and they have been nothing but great ppl.
