I went in to trade in my Mini Cooper. Alexis Jade was my sales person and she was so helpful! They payed my mini cooper off so that I could start fresh on payments. Of course that was extremely helpful to fix the negative equity I had with that vehicle. They helped me pick out a vehicle I personally liked and that fit my needs and my future needs. There were a few minor things wrong with the car since it had just come in. They are fixing all of those things for me and gave me a loaner car to use while they did it. The only things wrong were it needed a new radio, a new windshield (only had 5 rock indents just from normal day to day driving), and the side buffed because it used to be a company vehicle before they possessed it, so it had some lettering on the side. Overall, it was a great experience and Im very happy!

Had the pleasure of working with Alan Strott, who had great customer service skills. He was very much a straight shooter with my husband and I, he was very easy to talk with and made financing feel painlessly easy. Unfortunately the car we bought did run in to some issue less than 2 days after we drove it off the lot (unexpected.. something even my mechanic said couldnt have been predicted). We contacted Alan with the issues and there was no hesitation about getting the car back to their lot to get the issue fixed. Very pleased with the service we received and the fact that they made things right. I went to this lot first when I was looking for my car because all the great sports cars that it has on the lot. A 2011 orange Charger caught my eye and had to have it. A really nice car salesman named Noah? who just started there was really great with showing us the car. I was sold on the car and had to get the terms right before I bought it. They are really good working with people with good or bad credit because I hadnt bought a car in 13 yrs. so it was important I got helped with the right lot. This place should be your last choice, every car they showed me had multiple repairs if not salvaged titles. As we approached 3 cars I inquired about everyone had major issues but “ready for a sale” I’d be embarrassed to be a salesman there.. or show any of those vehicles..I hope the owner is not cutting corners on commissions too, poor sales reps.

I purchased a 2016 dodge dart at a good price. The salesmen worked with me on the price and I would reccomed this place to anyone.My only complaint would be they promised my car would be washed and detailed upon pick up but it wasnt. I also I picked it up with a quarter tank. A full tank would have been nice. Besides those few things, Im happy with my purchase and plan to keep the car for a very long time.

They worked with me to get a truck and a work van. The truck I was able to see and go through so I knew the condition of the vehicle but as for the van, I had to explain what I needed (dependable and not overly concerned with the aesthetics, but functional) and they got one for me at auction. I told them I needed it to deliver mail out of and that I was going to convert it to right hand drive. The van they got has been nothing but a headache.The van was running fine with 139k miles on an 05. Had damage to the front fender, headlight, and hood and the left sliding door was off track but closed and secured. They agreed to replace the headlight and fender and drop it off at my friends shop where it was to be converted. The headlight was fine but they replaced the fender with a green one. No big deal, I matched the factory black while the van was being converted to right hand drive. After it was converted, I discover that the interior door handle for the now driver side didnt work. Ok, Amazon had it. I also discovered the front windows didnt roll down. Replaced the driver switch and motor and got that working. Drove it for the first time after the conversion and discovered it needed both rear shocks replaced. Got that done. Discovered the air conditioner compressor needed replaced. Great. Ordered one and during the process of installing it, discovered they had used zip ties to install the fender they replaced. Yesterday, after putting 2k miles on the van, the head gasket blew while I was on my mail route.I realize any used vehicle comes with inherent risks but they got the van at auction for $800 I discovered, charged me $1500. Fixed it with zip ties and now the thing is going to cost me substantially more in lost wages because I cant use it at work and in shop costs getting it back in running condition.They do not seem like bad people but thoroughly go through vehicles before buying.I wish I could have gone through the van before placing my trust in them that they would get a good one.

Listen to these reviews. Do not do business here. Most cars have been in wrecks. I was actually going to buy a cadillac that they had for sale even though i saw that the vehicle had frame damage only because i contacted the dealer and they guaranteed they could get me in the vehicle if i traded in my vehicle and also because this particular car was my dream car and i dont have great credit. I live in Alabama. So i call and me and the salesman started texting and i sent him all the info he asked for and his exact words were im going to get you in that lac today and all i need to do is trade in my vehicle. So one day after a long day of work i drive all the way over to Florida and i get there and its a totally different story. He told me that i wasnt going to get much for my car as a trade and that i needed $2000 down and he said i could put $1000 down that day and that i could bring the other $1000 back in a couple weeks. So i was really excited because i had $1000 that day to put down. So he leaves his desk and goes in the finance office and i here the man in there yelling at the salesman saying NO NOT FOR THE CADILLAC so the salesman comes back to his desk and he then tells me i had to have $4000 down. Mind u this vehicle is already over priced with frame damage. They should have been glad to sale it to me but yet all he did was lie to get me over there. Im really glad that i didnt get that car now because that car probably has major issue do to the frame damage. If they reply to this post saying im lying i will take screen shots of all the messages between me and the salesman. Stay clear of this lot. Listen to the reviews. I didnt but i got there and saw exactly first hand why they have so many bad reviews.

Nice little lot, these guys work with you quite a bit, I bought a Beamer off of this lot, and they are handling they are taking care of the dash lights, paint touch ups and everything for me. The garage is a little slow, but I understand due to the fact that they have other cars and deadlines.

Then we got to first choice. It was the last dealer on the way out. We were tired and ready to give up. We pulled up and out comes a young man. He was quick to smile and shook my hand (the right way). He introduced himself as Alan. We were looking at a pickup and he asked what we needed and where our budget was. I told him what I was really looking for was something like a Dodge Nitro and what our budget was. Alan looked at me, thought a minute and said, I have a sweet jeep liberty at my other lot. Lets go look at it. So we did. I liked it immediately. Alan was an eager seller but not pushy. Im looking over the Jeep and he cranks up the motor. The radio comes on and its playing Cherry Pie by Warrant. Which is funny because I have a history with that song. It was like a sign. I decided to purchase the vehicle after a test drive and a promise to fix a small noise problem. (which was fixed as promised). The purchase process was smooth and easy.
