I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra from this company in October 2020 after shortly moving to Pensacola, and I was so stressed and nervous to do the dealership experience-- Ella and this company took all the anxiety and stress out of it! Professional, patient, and a low-pressure environment, I test drove two different cars before settling on this beauty! Ella made something I was dreading to do into such a pleasant experience!I have also had a windshield and fan motor replaced recently, after a couple of issues arose and they fixed both things quickly and only charged me for the parts. Very nice people, just wish getting a car through you guys was easier. a bit of a hassle to call a bunch of banks myself to see if i could get a loan and i would have to have an account which i didn’t with any provided banks and had to open and account with them than providing my information.

CarDeal is a very trustworthy place to buy a car from. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from them back in February, and I have been happily driving the vehicle for the past five months now. Before buying the car, I wanted to have it inspected by a Nissan dealership to ensure the car was properly rebuilt. I offered to pay for the inspection, but Ella insisted on paying for it to reassure me that their cars are of top quality. Since purchasing my car, I only had two small issues with the vehicle - the front motion sensor was finicky, and the battery kept losing power. I called Ella immediately, and CarDeal quickly fixed the problems with the car. Since then, the vehicle has been very reliable and has not had any issues. Overall, my experience with CarDeal has been excellent. Anytime I hear of a friend needing to buy a new car, I recommend CarDeal to them.

08/05/19. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from here! The car is in great condition and came with a fair price that was a little lower than KBB value. I am very happy with the service I got from Mrs Ella! They are a small lot but with that I believe they are able to better focus on providing quality over quantity like the lots in car city. I am most happy with that the people here at cardeal weren’t pushy and that they made sure to highlight all final prices for the vehicles I tried out. I visited the large lots in car city before coming here bc these were the lots that people “trusted”, however while there I felt that the salesman pushed me to upgrade only based on price and not value of vehicle. One saleswoman from car city told me about a vehicle I was interested in that “I wouldn’t trust or sell a wholesale to the public vehicle to my own son bc of the terrible quality of vehicles they normally are” and then 15 minutes later come back offering for us to go test drive that same vehicle. Here at cardeal I was no pushed like so. All goods and bads of the vehicle were made known upfront! I really appreciate the folks at CarDeal and will be happy to shop here again! - Hunter Delee

We had a great experience at CarDeal! The staff was very helpful and informative but not pushy. They allowed us to test drive the car before we purchased which allowed me to see how the car feels. After we had looked at some other car sales and decided to buy from CarDeal, the staff was very flexible in setting up an appointment that would work with our schedule in order to do the paperwork. They also submitted the registration paperwork for me and mailed me the license plate which was a lot easier for me. Overall, we’re very happy with the car we bought and the price, and the staff at CarDeal made the experience incredibly painless!

The staff is really nice, however, the vehicles are basically wrecked or total loss vehicles purchased from insurance companys or auctions. CarDeal is up front and honest about everything. The lady even went as far as showing pics of the wrecked vehicle prior to the repairs. Also she provided a full Carfax report. Although the customer service was great, this car buying option was not for me. I actually found a newer model vehicle, less miles with no history of damage for around the same price of the vehicle I test drove at Cardeal.
