PSA Kia is so backed up always! If purchasing a car note that any service you need will be a month to 2 months out. Definitely makes it hard to stay Up to date on Your required services to maintain your warranty. Love the car just wish services didn’t have to be booked so far out. I have never been able to get an oil change at the dealership. Now my forward collision radar isn’t working so it’ll be end of December before it can be looked at.

We werent sure what kind of vehicle we needed. We needed something that could accommodate mobility equipment. Our salesman Nathan was so patient. We pulled 5 or six cars, we test drove each one. We finally settled on the car that fit us best. Nathan was excellent and Ive already given referrals.

Sales experience was good. Kenny was very personable and honest. Was not happy with Kia though, as the colors and combos they offered were very limited. Ended up buying (ordering) our 3rd choice. Found it strange that all interiors arent available with all exterior colors. Overall happy though.

I had the best car buying experience ever due to the excellent work of my sales person Bill Herder. From my arrival at B lot, he was attentive and knowledgeable on all the cars in his inventory.. He knew I had visited for other dealerships earlier and I was not interested in buying a KIA, THAT IS until he told me about Kias special offers and warranty program. He was not forceful or pushy in any way. After negotiations, we decided on a Forte. Up until the arrival of my vehicle, Bill checked in with us weekly.. This was a great experience!

We love our Kia but let me tell you something. Make sure to totally check out service departments before you purchase your next vehicle. When you have to wait almost 2 months for a routine service thats nuts and totally unacceptable. They do great work but. We will shop around for better service for our next vehicle purchase. Kia Auto sport has been getting worse over the past 2 years. They better do some soul searching or they are bound to lose some customers.
Our wait time for the oil change and recall fix appointment was 1month. Took the car in as specified at 10:00 AM. We were contacted at 3:30 that the car was ready to pick up. Upon arrival at the dealership we were told they had just started on our car-it could now be picked up the following day.Sadly, not the first time having issues with this crew. We have purchased 4 cars here-the sales staff is great.

This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. Neil Patel was absolutely wonderful made everything so easy. He got me in and out in hyper speed time. I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul last year and I was so impressed with this car I had to get a second 2021 this year and now we are a Two Soul Family.
I dropped my vehicle off for regular maintenance. Later that day, I received a call from the service manager that my car had been hit by another customer. When I went to pick it up, they had already gathered the needed information, filed a claim and been in touch with a body shop for repairs. I wasn’t thrilled about my vehicle being hit but the fact that it didn’t just get dumped on me to take care of and that they had already taken care of all the paperwork relieved a lot of stress for me! I cannot recommend salesman Desmond highly enough. I am very picky when it comes to cars and dont settle for trims I dont want. I also wanted to pay less per month than my current payment, but on a brand new Forte GT. Desmond listened to my concerns and never once did it feel like he was pressuring me into a car that I didnt want. There were 2 Forte GT Lines on site the initial day I went down there. I had already test driven the GT, but I decided to take the Forte GT Line for a spin. The interior and outside was very sleek and appealing, but it didnt have the punch and the power that the GT does. I told Desmond this and that was the last time the GT Line was mentioned. He knew that I wanted the GT.So we ordered the Forte GT in white and he said it will most likely come in the next 6-8 weeks. Not only did he get my monthly payments significantly lower than my previous car, it only took 3.5 weeks to get here!In closing, Desmond is great and he goes above and beyond to make 100% certain that his clients needs are met and they are satisfied. I went from a 2018 Fusion SE to a 2021 Forte GT and I could not be happier. The outside very sleek and modern, as well as the comfortable bolstered seats and BMW-esque interior.If you want a salesman that isnt going to strongarm you into a car you dont want and is going to be honest with you every step of the way, go to Kia Autosport and ask for Desmond. He will get you in the car you want in the trim you want for an affordable price.

I walked into Kia Autosport of Pensacola just to look at a Kia. I had never driven one before and was curious. I was looking for a larger SUV to replace my Audi Q5. I was in no hurry to buy, still in research mode. Bill Herder quickly got me up to speed on what the Kia had to offer. Then helped me pick out two cars to test drive. One with full amenities, one a little cheaper and less amenities. I loved driving both cars. I was amazed at the handling, the tech stuff that came with the car and it looked beautiful. Still not ready to pull the trigger as I had other brands of SUV I was considering.. the Bill Herder said...we have a brand new white Sorento that was delivered today. Want to take a look at that? Full amenities... love at first sight...with the car. I bought it that day. Great customer service and they laughed at my jokes. Really please all around with service and the vehicle. Thank you!

So where to begin, bought a new vehicle from here 3 months ago and the sales team was great. However, service department needs some work. One selling point at Kia is free tires for life as long a you get your services done here. That’s fine as long as no prominent issues occur because they are booked out over a month, roughly 6-7weeks for simple things such as a tire losing air pressure and a routine oil change. Using anyone else for services like oil changes void the free tires. Very disappointed in this establishment with using this sales pitch to only disappoint .
Dropped off for an oil change. Picked up car was driving ok. More I drove the worse vibration/shaking got. Right rear wheel all the lug nuts were NOT secure. Tightened them & could drive about 4 miles before forced to pull over & tighten them again. One was stripped. Took my KIA for an inspection at other than Pensacola KIA and yes 1 was stripped with wrong size lug nut, 2 others had washers behind the lug nuts that should not have been there. WHY? Why was this done to my vehicle? I have NO TRUST OR FAITH AT PENSACOLA KIA. Will return to KIA Ft. Walton Beach for my services. I do not even believe my oil was changed. Again NO TRUST, NO FAITH they are serving my vehicle properly 😤
The salesman, which was Neil Patel was very nice, courteous, and showed true professionalism when my wife and I first met him last month. But on the day of 10Sept2021, that changed. We had driven 2 1/2 hours from our residency to go pick up our Telluride vehicle instead of going to a nearby dealership close to home because we thought we could trust him and that he was going to take care of our needs, but we were wrong. En route to the Kia dealership, I specifically asked him would the price change if we altered the amount of months the vehicle would be financed and he told us it wouldnt. When we got to the finance office to discuss the details of our contract, we decided to finance for lesser time and the price changed drastically. Also, he notified us that the paperwork was being handled as we were on the road, but turns out, the guy in finance (William Murry) told us that he was given the task of drawing up our contract as we pulled up to the dealership, so therefore we were at the dealership for approximately two hours. Theres more that I could say, but I wont. Moral of the story, be careful coming to this dealership, but to anyone whos reading this, be careful of Neil Patel. Thank you.....

The service and customer support could not be any better. I really appreciate my visits to Autosport. The only drawback to most likely all auto service these days are the long waits to schedule any service appointment because of I assume a lot of requests and a lack of licensed technicians to complete the services.Again, I have complete trust in Kia Autosports service department...
When we arrived at the dealership, we were approached by Drake. He is a great person to do business with. Actually...by far my best experience when buying a car. We told him what we wanted and told him our budget and if he could make it happen and not to spend all day at the dealership, then we have a deal. He said, I can have you out within an 1 1/2 hours..give or take. We were done in 1 hour 45 minutes. By far Drake was amazing and going forward, I will continue my business with him. He is your guy if you want to buy a car.

Dealership was clean. people were friendly. Last time I bought a kia car the warranty 10 year bumper to bumper came with it . This time I had to pay for it . Not so happy about that. Makes me feel like you have lost confidence in your cars ability to last . The price for the warranty I felt was very high. Wish someone would build a Kia place in Crestview Fla. Mr. Smiley was very helpful I liked the man. Don`t care for the drive about 70 miles from my house to have it serviced !! Hope I get as good service from this car as I did from my last one .
Good sales obviously they cant wait to sell you a car. Service however service leaves a lot to be desired, take there time to since of urgency what so ever. 3 hours to change oil when I set and appointment a month in advance do better.

Worst possible exp. The usual service advisor we had was great (Willie). Now you try and get an appointment and they are booked out 2 months. So you have 2 choices, get your service somewhere else and void their tire warranty or wait it out. I think we will just be getting it serviced somewhere else and getting rid of the vehicle since youre obviously not interested in keeping risidule business. Never again will we purchase a KIA or make that recommendation. Your service department is horrible, and not customer service oriented. That or your management lacks the ability to schedule services that are dire to your guests as priority. Bigger jobs sure schedule those out, but your oil changes should be at miniumum available within a week. Spend less money on advertising for the Blue Angels and other things and more on hiring a decent sized staff.

Took 3.5 hours to do a simple oil change and software update.
It was a nightmare dealing with Kia. I was without a car for 4 months as a result of a defective engine. No loaner car was available. I was paying a car note and having to pay people to take me around. This became a hardship for me. All of this inconvenience and the dealership didnt offer my me not even a oil change. I have a bad taste in my mouth for Kia. I thought about getting a sign and picking in front of the dealership. I am not happy with my treatment. My service person at first was not even return my phone calls.
I had the best experience with my Salesman. He gave me exactly what I wanted and made the process easier than I had anticipated being a first time buyer. Nathan is very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Their pamphlet said the cost would be around 55$ for the first service appointment and it was triple that price. National back order wont allow me to get the part I need from a storm impact and they dont have any solution. I hit a nail driving and they patched my tire, but they offer tires for life and they said they cant replace the tire.Why would they accept and advertise a policy for tires for life that I paid for when roadside hazards arent covered? Why purchase a new car from a dealership if they cannot assist you with the troubles that come with it when they say they will? Its hard for me to recommend this dealership after working with the service department and being told details that werent advertised from their promotions after the fact.
Let’s just say I was not overly impressed. I did not feel welcomed and no one came to help me look at cars. The staff was very rude. Over all, I’m truly disappointed with my experience.
