The Mini of Pensacola Team were very professional, warm, and welcoming. Everyone I met proved to be knowledgeable in their position, and handed information between departments accurately and efficiently. I had a great experience providing information only once, and the staff took responsibility to relay the information throughout the entire process from dropping off my car until it was time to pick up. I would like to add the workmanship performed was as if it was sent to the factory. Everything under the hood was neat and tidy. Great Job.Than You,Shelby Johnson
I leased my 2021 Mini Convertible a year ago from Ben Brooks. I went in today to schedule my oil change and I had a small issue with the trim around my headlight. Ben was more than happy to assist. He took me to the service department to schedule my appointment and everything is being taken care of. Service after the sale is awesome!!! Would definitely recommend Mini of Pensacola!
Purchased a used Mini Cooper Countryman and the experience has been great. Our salesman Ben Brooks was absolutely exceptional and worked with us to get the car we wanted. We recently returned for service; John Knight and Chris Cheeseman took great care of us. I’d definitely recommend Mini of Pensacola.
Oh my God, I needed to find out if they could fix a problem with my mini. Call to service department on Wednesday lunchtime, left a voicemail, no return call by 4pm the following day. Called again, got put through to the same voicemail. Hung up, called back and explained the situation. Put through to a different voicemail, which promised a callback in 24-48 hours. Really? Called back, and was hung up on 3 times. Called back again and tried to explain the situation, was lectured by the the switchboard person that they might not be able to fix the car on my schedule (No way of knowing considering I cant get to talk to the service department) So, I decided to leave this review. When I have taken my car there everything has been fine, however there seems to be something seriously wrong with their customer service!
That’s why I leased a brand new Mini-Cooper…so it could break down the only two times I took it on vacation, only for Mini to tell us, “Sorry, if you want to get home, you’ll have to rent your own vehicle.” AND Sandy Sansing never once answered my 10 phone calls or returned my two messages! AND Mini concierge, which is why we leased, was CLOSED for the holiday! A heads-up, for all you Mini-Cooper shoppers.
Fred the salesman and Jim the finance manager were amazing!
Had a customer service issue due to the person being relatively young. Spoke with someone in charge and he handled it exactly as he should have, quickly and professionally.
We came into the dealership at 4pm, June 4th, 2021 to look at a Countryman. Walked into the showroom. Looked at the little red convertible for a good 15 minutes and not one person spoke to us. NO ONE WAS IN THE BUILDING!!! So we walked around the lot outside thinking maybe someone in the back would catch us on the security cameras and at least come say hello. NOPE! This is the second Sandy Sandsing dealership that I’ve had a disappointing experience with. Thanks but no thanks!
Fantastic service department. We took the car in for warranty service and to be checked out from a minor rear end accident. Expected to leave the car for the day but when Brittany realized that they were going to have to order parts she immediately offered us a courtesy vehicle which was very convenient since we live two hours away. They took care of every detail. Excellent with communication. Went above and beyond. Both Brittany and Cathy were spot on. Love Mini of Pensacola service. THANK YOU!!
They did everything that they can do to help me get my car problems solved dispite the deceitful car company called Protect my car which left me with the whole bill to pay.
Great service and parts depts.
If I didnt have to press the single star to give a review I wouldnt have however, I am writing this review months after having my 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman serviced at the dealership on Airport Road in Pensacola. My husband and I have been upset since March of this year regarding the service or lack there of that we received regarding our vehicle. In March of this year (2020) - I was informed my vehicle was ready for pick up and the needed repairs were completed. My husband followed me to our local car rental establishment to return the vehicle and pay them $500.00 for the vehicle we had to rent while our Mini was being repaired. We then drove to Pensacola where I paid the dealership $2, 562.00 for the repairs done in my vehicle. I drove away from the dealership following my husband. During our drive my husband and I became separated do to traffic lights and he got on the interstate prior to me getting into the interstate and proceeded to drive home. I drove several miles on the interstate before my vehicle suddenly lost all power when a check engine light came on I had to drift onto the shoulder of the road from the left hand lane. That was pretty scary to say the least. After I was on the shoulder of the roadway I attempted to restart my vehicle. Nothing. Zero power!!. I exited my vehicle and walked back to the exit/entry ramp and walked to the nearest establishment which was a Burger King in an attempt to call my husband and the dealership. After reaching the dealership and advising that my vehicle broke down and I needed them to send tow service they sent a driver to pick me up and take me to the dealership. After arriving at the dealership and stating how upset I was I was provided a vehicle to drive home. I was advised that my vehicle would most likely need a new engine. I couldnt believe that I was being told that after already spending $2,562.00. My husband and I spoke to the service department who continued to advise our vehicle would need a new engine. He asked how much a new engine would be and was advised upwards of $10,000. We were both livid and asked why they couldnt tell us that prior to spending what we had spent already during the original diagnosis of the vehicle. I followed my husband back to the dealership after renting a tow dolly to pick up our Mini and returned the loaner vehicle to them and advised we could not afford a new engine. Our Mini has been sitting on our carport ever since we pulled it home. We were and are still so upset about the whole process.
Friendly and efficientKept me informed on vehicleStatus
This is our very first MINI Cooper Convertible! From the first time we first walked into Mini Pensacola meeting salesman Ben Brooks, to learning about Mini’s from Ben, to the entire sales experience was 5 STARS & beyond. I cannot thank Ben & Tommy enough for making this experience a super easy one. They made us Mini peeps for life!
My experience was fantastic. The service writer was very helpful. Not pushy at all. They identified a few more things that I needed. The pricing was very reasonable.
Drive 2 hours from Panama City beach to have warranty work done. Waited an hour. All is good I was told and I get 40 miles away only to realize the item they replaced didn’t work and none of the interior lights worked. I call service and was told they were going to talk the tech and get back to me. I decide to turn around and go back to dealership. When I arrive back, I’m greeted with “I tried calling you (my phone never rang) and she said that the tech leaves in 15 minutes let me see what he can do, not I’m sorry this happened, not how can we make this right!!84 unplanned miles out of my way!!This is unacceptable customer service.
My wife Grace and I feel weve always been treated most professionally by Sales Specialist Ben Brooks and Sales Manager Jason Phillips. In fact the entire staff at Mini Pensacola including Svc Mgr Tom Muir bend over backwards to make sure our needs are met each and every time weve used their services. So when we traded our 2005 Mini Cooper Sport for a 2016 Basic Mini, the transaction proceedings went flawlessly. It was indeed refreshing to not be pressured, patronized, and bamboozled into buying a car. Mr Brooks did his up-beat presentation and pitch about the car without the unwanted technical-ese and other highfalutin terms regarding sensors, wireless connectivity and the Internet of Things (IOT). Suffice it to say Mr Brooks and Mr Phillips were up front and honest about the entire transaction. And oh by the way, the Mini Cooper sells itself...
Nen Brooks is the best!
Long story short, the service department sold me the wrong size battery when I lived here in Pensacola. Two and a half short years later I needed a new battery. My new local Mini dealership in NC sold me the CORRECT one and my out-the-door price was less than HALF of what I paid at Mini of Pensacola. I’m not sure why there was such a huge price difference between two dealerships and why I paid MORE for a smaller less cranking amp battery. I called and spoke with someone in Pensacola about it and I got zero apologies or answers. I was told that “according to a chart” back when I bought the battery, it was the correct one. I drive a 10 year old Mini. Why is there any question as to which is the correct battery? I asked my local dealership what chart they might have been referring to and they laughed! They had no clue and told me I had been lied to. I can’t help but wonder what other mess Mini of Pensacola created for me. I’ve been fixing things they’ve supposedly already fixed before... To make things worse, I wrote a letter to the service manager, Ms. Cathy Haley back in November of 2018. It is now Feb 2019 and I have YET to be contacted with answers to my questions. This is disgraceful service.
If there were more stars to give they would have them all. Huge thanks to Ben Brooks for the memorable test drive. He knows his product. I had always wanted a MINI since I first saw the Cooper. But after test driving the MINI Countryman with Ben Brooks educating, describing and demonstrating everything about the car, I have fallen in love with and have set a goal to one day own the MINI Countryman. When I do, Ben Brooks will be getting the commission. Thank you for your service and excellent experience!
This is our second Mini from Mini of Pensacola. We love their staff and finance experience from BMW. Mini is one fun to drive brand of automobiles! Buy one!
Working with both the motoring advisor and the finance manager was a breeze. Both were knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and kind. Ill come back for my next purchase, without a doubt. Thanks again to both Ben and Tommy.
Such a great place. Always takes care of anything I’ve ever needed fixed or looked at. Amazing service. Specifically Johnna is always a delight to see and amazing service. Very helpful and accommodating.
A good place. Neat. Clean. Friendly. If you are servicing your Mini.... fantastic. If you are buying a Mini do your research, or you will pay too much. Just like any other car dealer.
Went for a test Drive ! 😎
Had a great experience at MINI in Pensacola. Bradford helped us out and was wonderful to work with. My husband is in military training right now and we had limited hours to test drive the car and fill out paperwork, but Bradford was very flexible with whenever we were able to make it to the dealership. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and are all MINI owners. Such an enthusiastic team!
They did a great job and got my mini back on the road again! Thank you MINI of Pensacola!
Brought my 2009 Cooper S here when the fuel pump went bad. Its covered by a 10-year 120,000 mile warranty because so many of them do go bad. They told me I needed over $2000 of other work done, but that the fuel pump was fine. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee, and took the car to my usual mechanic (happens to be a MINI tech) for the rest of the work. He cant honor warranties for side work, so he didnt touch the fuel pump. When the repairs recommended by the dealership were done the car still didnt start properly, so back to MINI of Pensacola. This time they replaced the fuel pump, for free. Long story short, I got charged $100 and recommended another $2000+ of work when a warranty covered component was bad the whole time... Not only that, but I asked them to check that exact component to begin with. I asked for my $100 to be refunded and the service advisor compared the transaction to a doctor cutting off a patients arm when they say it hurts. Her manager eventually refunded the diagnostic fee after I spoke to him, but by then it was too little, too late. Ill drive out of town for repairs before I go back to MINI of Pensacola.
I love my new mini. Great experience. I forgot the bag that contained my belongs from my trade in. How about Ben...he delivered them to my home. Thats SERVICE.
Best car buying experience ever!! The sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. Best thing is, John (aka Mungo), Bradford, and Jason are all mini owners and enthusiasts. Bought my first mini from them six months ago and LOVE the car. I liked the product so much; I bought another one for my wife last week. Each time was the easiest process I have ever had purchasing cars. I would recommend this auto, this company, this dealership, and especially the sales experts to anyone hands down.Jason “Rookie” Rooks
I just bought my second one and couldnt be happier!! everyone there is nice, accommodating, excited about their product, funny, fair, informative and warm.buying a car here is not your typical stereotypical experience.they bend over backwards getting you the best deal (even if youre a female buyer by yourself) rather than trying to get over on you right out of the gate like almost every other place.they have a way of making you feel like owning a mini makes you part of something special.this diverse unique quirky group of people in love with their cars that are well made with great care, and that make life more fun and efficient.everyone on staff supports each other and gets involved in helping/welcoming both new and return buyers.I hope they last forever because Im two minis in and cant imagine driving anything else now or buying one from another dealer!
Ben Brooks was super helpful, reliable, and patient with me on my first car purchase ever! Would highly recommend his service to anyone looking at buying a car! Thanks Ben for everything you did (:
Excellent customer service from start to finish. i began the process through email where they found the exact mini i was looking for and set up a test drive. My Salesman Abraham was superb, very knowledgeable about minis and went above and beyond providing what was easily the most pleasant car buying process ever. I highly recommend him as a Salesman and Mini of Pensacola in general for your next vehicle purchase
I couldnt be happier with the car buying experience I had at MINI of Pensacola! I worked with James Phillips, who is an exceptionally nice guy, and a true MINI enthusiast. I had THE hardest time deciding which car I wanted (WAY too many wonderful options), and James remained patient and helpful throughout the whole process (thanks for that James!). We traded in a used car and were given a fair price. They went above and beyond to make this a FUN, not stressful, car buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for James. Lisa was also extremely helpful and gave lots of great advice! We LOVE our new MINI....Thank you all so much!
I love my 2015 Mini! The experience from start to finish was effortless and straightforward. I worked with James Phillips who has the experience and knowledge to help me make this purchase. I am a part of the MINI Family.
We just bought a 4 Door Mini Cooper S from Ben Brooks. We had a fantastic buying experience with both Ben and the rest of the Sandy Sansing Mini of Pensacola staff. We received outstanding customer service. And we love our new Mini Cooper S!
I traded my 09 Mini Convertible S in for a 16 Convertible S. I worked with Ben Brooks for the car, Ben was the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with and I have purchased my fair share of new cars. The entire staff were excellent to deal with, and the dealership is always spot less every time I go in for anything. We have 2 Minis and always get great service when they are in for service.I would recommend Ben to any one wanting to purchase a new car in the Pensacola area.
Best car buying experience I ever had! These folks love what they do and it shows. We actually had fun - imagine that. :-)
This was the best car buying experience ever for us. John Genduso (our salesman) made the entire experience fun, educational, interesting, and did I mention fun? He introduced us to the Mini-he didnt have to sell it. He showed us what the car could do-which was so impressive-and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through ordering our car (theres a myriad of options to choose from). After taking delivery of our car, a loaded red 2015 Cooper S Hardtop, we left the next day on a 7,300 mile ultimate road trip that took us from Pensacola to Seattle and back. The trip was fabulous, and the Mini was better than we ever expected-averaging over 34 MPG, no problems, surprising roominess, and a blast to drive. Everyone at the Pensacola dealership has been terrific, and the entire staff seems more like our friends than employees. We highly recommend both Mini of Pensacola and this wonderful little car.
Quick check in. Polite staff. Clean faculties. No complaints at all. Will be back in August next year for another service.
Wonderful people there! I got my car there and they have been very helpful in teaching me all about it! The service department is excellent also!
Worst attitude I have ever had to deal with from the parts department after owning 7 minis and ordering all my parts from them for my Minis and my customers Minis What happened to the caring staff?
Outstanding customer service. They should teach others on how to treat people.
I had several issues re my 02 Mini S. I live 180 miles from Pensacola and decided to try service at Mini of Pensacola rather than the dealer in Jacksonville where I had gone before. Shawn Neary the service manager notified me within a hour after I delivered my car that the problem had been diagnosed but required unusual parts that would not normally be stocked. Rather than sending me home (180 miles) he ordered the parts overnight and provided me with a rental car until the next day so I could attend to some other business in the area and visit the Naval Air museum. He called the next day after the parts had arrived and were installed and I was on my way. I was very impressed with competency and friendly atmosphere of the deanship and Shawn.
I went to purchase a care from Sandy Sansing yesterday and worked with a very nice gentleman. I wanted to pay cash for a 2016 and asked what discount I could get. I was told I would get a $200 discount BUT if I were to finance at least $9000 I would get a better discount. This practice may be legal, but its not right!
I have been a longtime mini customer and after yesterday really contemplating ever going back to this dealership. The service departments pricing on parts and labor is absolutely insane. 300% mark up on parts??? Really!! Not a single person actually cared, no one tried to be empathetic to the situation. I hate feeling like I was taken advantage of!!!
Ive always been happy with my service there
Customer service I received here has been ludicrous. I brought my vehicle in to get parts replaced and had the displeasure of dealing with Kathy and her maintenance team.Kathy treated me with disrespect, constantly interrupted me both in person and on the phone when I was speaking and was unprofessional at every turn.On top of that, when I went to pick up my vehicle, it REAKED of gasoline, the workers left trash in my car, and my personal property was damaged. I filed formal complaints against the manager and her team.So if you have a Mini, take it somewhere else to be serviced. These people lack common courtesy, are disrespectful, and will do everything in their power to ensure that you waste the maximum amount of your valuable time and pay the price.
Its ok what u expected not much more
I personally worked with Bradford Kindergan on special ordering a new Mini for my Mom. The entire experience was a complete pleasure! We designed everything online then emailed the specifics to Bradford. The order was placed and we were kept in the loop about where the vehicle was in the build process. Upon pick up of our new Mini all the paperwork was ready to sign, which made our 6 hour round trip much more tolerable! The entire staff was very friendly offered refreshments and any comfort we could have ever needed. Thank you again to Mini of Pensacola, specially Bradford Kindergan for making us part of the Mini family!
If you want terrible service and to overpay for it, these guys know exactly how to do that for you and they wont even apologize for it. Literally the worst service staff you could possibly find. From start to finish it was a terrible service experience. I got there at 12:50 for my 1 oclock appointment and didnt leave the dealership until 4pm and when I did leave the car was shaking and was in worse condition than when I initially brought it in. Between the length of the service and having to return to get a spark plug replaced (a spark plug they supposedly replaced in the first place), we hadnt left the dealership until 5. That is not a comfortable feeling when it comes to trusting someone with your vehicle for a routine service. To make things worse, their level of customer experience or knowledge is seriously concerning for a group of people who get paid to schedule and deal with people. I was told the service would take 1 to 1.5 hours and 2 hours max to include the wash and I was there for 4 hours total. This is with an appointment, not a walk in. I finally got the car back at 4pm, paid my overpriced bill and left. I had to return immediately because the spark plugs that they replaced were causing a misfire and thus making the entire car shake. When I returned to the service department, there was no apology whatsoever about their mistake. None. That is customer service 101, whether it was your personal wrong doing or not, you still apologize for the mistake and then deal with the person whos fault it was on your own time. Michael Frazier blamed it on a faulty part from the factory and left it at that and told me it would be a while longer when I asked how long it would take to fix a mistake they made. Before we started the service, I asked for a price estimate on the service and was told by Michael Fraizer that the techs will give him the invoice and that he would go over it with me when they were done. They billed me for two and a half hours which is $110 more than what I was expecting to pay for their labor rate. I brought all of this up to Cathy Haley, the service manager, and of course she was no help. I dont know why I was expecting much more from her when she obviously manages the two that dont know how to treat customers to begin with. Ive been a mini of pensacola customer for 2 years now and never had an issue and for whatever reason, this time I experienced poor customer service, an overpriced bill, and far from expected quality of service. This whole thing could have been avoided with proper customer service and better mechanics. Ive dealt with peoples mistakes before and had it worked out immediately and I felt like this service department doesnt deal with anything well. Ive got 2 minis that I will now take anywhere but this place. Before this situation, I would have recommended this place to anyone and now I would say youre better off doing it yourself than to trust this service department with it. Id gladly pay double what these guys overcharge elsewhere for the piece of mind of quality routine service and customer service because Id never go back to this place.I still cant believe they had the car in the shop for that long and didnt notice a bad spark plug they installed when their only job is to work on Minis and this is a Mini. Also dont bother calling this place because no one answers a phone nor returns calls.
Love the service when picking up my car!
By far the best car buying experience ever! Im am used to sitting in a dealership for hours to get a deal done. Working with Bradford Kindergan, I had my financing pre-approved and the deal all but done before I even walked in the door. All I had to do was show up and test drive a few cars. The team were so friendly and all Mini Owners which made me feel even more confident about my choice!
If you are considering a new car and the MINI strikes your fancy, check out MINI of Pensacola. Their team looks after every detail. Talk to John Genduso at MINI of Pensacola.Great experience!
Leased a vehicle and the process was smooth and properly streamlined. They have dedicated personnell for each step of the acqisition.
Used car department is a joke. Negotiated a price for a car they had on the internet only to find out afterward that the pictures were not accurate and the car had completely different / cheaper wheels than what was shown. The salesman did at least called me before I made the 4 hour drive to pick it up to let me know about it. After deciding that I did not like that car with those wheels I decided on another car that was on their internet listing. After agreeing to pay FULL ASKING PRICE for that car and scheduling yet another trip to Florida the dealer slipped another $900.00 in the purchase agreement for Dealer Fees. When i questioned the charge I was told this was the dealer profit, seems like their profit would have been in the list price of the car, especially since I agreed to pay full asking price. Saddest part is that at no time was any effort made to make either of these situations right. They basically had a do you want it or not attitude.
My recent purchase at Mini of Pensacola was by far the best car-buying experience of my life! I can not say enough good about Bradford Kendergan, and how helpful he was in the buying process.Talking wiith Bradford and John, the sales manager, was more like talking with friends rather than having someone trying to sell you something.I love my new Mini and Mini of Pensacola as well. My only regret is that I didnt buy one sooner!
This was the best experience weve had dealing with buying a car. Weve purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 2 years and John Mungo was by far the best. He was very thorough and didnt pressure us into making a purchase. He told us that we would receive our 2013 MINI Cooper S Convertible in 8 weeks or less and he delivered. Thanks Mungo for everything. We are now happily motoring on.
Ive lived in three different cities in which I have had my mini serviced. My mini and I were treated like royalty at all 3 other dealerships until I called Mini of Pensacola. First time I have ever been blown off by a Mini dealership. Rude receptionist and never heard back from the service department. Mini is better than the people at this dealership. Cant speak for the sales experience but according to other reviewers the salesmen are truly wonderful. Dont expect much after youve driven off the lot though.
Bought a 2018 Mini Coopet Countryman. Ben was great to work with!
Extremely good service and they take very good care of their gas while theyre waiting
Horrible service, dont waste your time and money coming here. Service department doesnt know what they are doing and the Manager Cathy herself doesnt care about customer service. So much for Luxury Car Dealerships, never again will i be back.
I have purchased every car Ive owned from Sandy Sansing and each and every time I have had a great experience. I am loving my 2016 Mini Cooper Sport, 4 door hardtop-Wendy made the process from start to finish painfree. I started the process online and there was very little to do when I arrived at the dealership after work, just test drive my vehicle. This definitely will not be my last vehicle purchase from a Sandy Sansing dealership. - Sheena W.
Sadly, our experience with the Service Department of Mini of Pensacola was not as good as previous reviewers. We have had our Mini for six years and never had any issues with it. Since it was purchased in Baton Rouge (5 hours away) we use a local mechanic for routine oil changes and maintenance. About six months ago, the Mini began misfiring and it got progressively worse. We decided to take it to Mini of Pensacola (1+ hrs away) as we figured their diagnostics would be able to figure out the problem. They told us it was the timing chain and it needed replacing at the cost of $1500. We replaced it but it didnt fix the problem - it began misfiring on the way home. We called the Service Department about 20 minutes after leaving and instead of telling us to bring the Mini back, they told us to drive it for a few days and see what happened. When it didnt improve, Mini of Pcola did come and pick it up and left us a rental car. However, they were not able to find the problem and we had to go back over to Pcola and pick up our car. The problem has continued to get worse. We finally took it to our local mechanic who diagnosed it correctly as a problem with the plugs and coils. Unfortunately, we are now out $1500 for a timing chain that most likely didnt need to be replaced. The most insulting part was the fact that the Service Department documented on our invoice that the timing chain had gone bad because we failed to do routine oil changes although we have all the service records showing otherwise. Apparently they only consider oil changes done at a Mini service dept. as being valid. Wont be going back.
Had an awesome buying experience here and absolutely love my 2014 cooper s! Bradford Kindergan and John Genduso helped me for hours to find the exact car to fit my needs. The finance manager, Neil Merrick explored many different purchase options with me and made sure i understood everything he was also extremely professional. These guys are a class act and great to do business with! I came in to get a final detail after my delivery and Christy in the service department got me out quickly and my car was absolutely perfect. I will be
My sons 2011 needed sevice and decided to take it to the Mini Dealership instead of a Local Mechanic. Dropped off the car on Sept 13th and got the car back on the Fri Sept 15th. Mini replaced a Crank Seal and Thermostat Housing. After bring the car back home I discovered Fresh Oil coming from the car, called Mini at 3:30 pm and they stated the Mechs have gone for the day and that it would be Monday Sept 18th. So for the hassale and inconvience they offered a loaner car for the weekend. Monday rolls around and its 11am before I here back from them and they dont see a leak ??????? BTW when we brought back the car on Friday it was still leaking from the drain plug! Asked if they could keep the car and continue to monitor it. In the mean time I called to speak with the SERVICE MANAGER ( Cathy Haley ) who never returned my call the whole day! So it is now 2pm and Mini calls stating that the leak was from the Drain Plug. Duh! that is what I told them on the previous Friday. Service rep who wrote up the car was in constant contact with me I will give them that but there SERVICE MANAGER doesnt care or take the time to return my call has Poor People Skills and doesent care about the CUSTOMER the very reason why she has a job there.
Its the best car buying experience; however, the service department needs a lot of work. Cant ever get anyone on the phone and when you do and have even a slight question the lady has to ask her manager every single time. She has worked there for years and this is literally every single time. I had to get the roof flag replaced under warranty, but then they had to repaint the roof because the old flag was pulling the clear coat off the paint. Well, when I finally got my car back, the white paint was all over the car even drops of paint inside it. They must of had grubby hands when they were putting the new flag on because there was black stains on the cieling of the car along the doors. Now its only been about a month and the white paint is chipping off. I have to now pay someone to fix all of this. They screwed it up and are refusing to fix it.
Just bought my 2nd Mini from these guys. Love it, and love the place!
Love my baby. Thank you
Everyone is very helpful and they DO NOT pressure you!!!! Couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of people!!!!
Excellent service and comfortable waiting room.
First time at a dealer since I got my Mini. As a new driver it was the first time I got my tires rotated. It was a great experience, very smooth!
This is the second MINI I have purchased from this dealership and I couldnt be happier! Will definitely use again.
Customer service was excellent!
Very inviting, clean, best group of employees
James answered every question and even antispated my next question!
Brittany is awesome.
The staff is OK but its hard to get a call back when you need one
