Over the past 40 years I have purchased 20 new cars and RJ proved to be the most trustworthy, attentive and helpful sales professional. He takes time to explain all the details. He follows up and goes the extra mile to make sure all the details of the transaction are taken care of. I purchased my Mercedes Benz completely online and with phone conversations with RJ. This would seem to be a difficult task but RJ made it easy. I would certainly buy another car from RJ and Centennial Imports if the opportunity occurs. I would recommend RJ and Centennial Imports without reservation, especially if you are buying online.

WE THOUGHT WE WERE TAKING OUR MERCEDES BENZ MOTORHOME TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY FOR REPAIRS AFTER HAVING EXPERIENCING DAMAGES SUSTAINED DUE TO A BLOW OUT ON A TIRE. THEY FINISHED THE REPAIRS AND I REQUESTED THAT THE CHECK AND REPLACE ALL TIRES IF THE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. THEY CHANGED THE TIRES AND CHARGED 1500$+ WE DISCOVERED A DAY AFTER PICKING IT UP THEY HAD PUT OLD TIRES ON OUR VEHICLE.THESE TIRES CLEARLY DATED 02/18.THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT CLEARLY STATES THIS DATE IS PUT THERE FOR OUR PROTECTION. RODGER IN SERVICE SAYS MERCEDES WILL DO NOTHING TO SEE THAT I GET MY NEW TIRES I PAID FOR OR A FULL REFUND.WE WERE TRAVELING WHEN ACCIDENT OCCURRED SO HIS ONLY ANSWER IS TO DRIVE 650 MILES BACK TO THEM AND THEN THEY WILL REPLACE THEM. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE SHOP.
Let me be honest, the process of purchasing a new vehicle has always been a chore for me. I despise dealing with slick salespeople and overbearing sales managers.However, purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was a completely different experience. Dare I say, enjoyable. RJ was truly amazing!! From the first moment I met him on the lot, he was zero pressure. He just wanted to make sure he provided information and answers to my hundred questions. On a recent trip up to the panhandle of Florida to see my son, we had a wheel speed sensor fail on our Sprinter based motor home. Being 500+ miles from home and the thought of our home on wheels going into limp mode because of the possibility of another one failing was pretty scary. (There are four separate sensors.) I spoke to Chris in their Sprinter service department and he pulled off a miracle and got us in the next afternoon. Now, I know how busy any service department at any car dealerships are. I had never set foot in this place before today but was treated as their most important customer ever. Chris and his team of technicians are a credit to their profession. Again, hats off to a great team there at Mercedes-Benz of Pensacola.
I had such a great experience with this dealership... my sales lady Lori was the BEST... I had some unusual requests about the sale and delivery, and she hung in there all the way and made buying my E450 effortless. And boy do I LOVE that car! What a beauty!Lori was extremely knowledgable and very kind. Fun, too. We really laughed when she was showing me the auto-park feature... where the car literally backs in and parallel parks itself. I almost had a panic attack not holding the wheel, but she was right - it worked just fine. My favorite little extra was the automatic scent disburser - love having a great fragrance lightly spritz in the car every now and then! Elegant.Everything she told me about from the special ordering of the car from Germany to delivery was accurate and timely. No surprises. Great post-sale follow-up which tells me they are a quality organization all the way. Thank you!!
I had the first maintenance service on my new Volvo I bought a year ago from this dealership. The reason I bought the vehicle at Centennial was because of the service I received on my older Volvo. Their service department continues to be consistently professional, courteous, and so accommodating - it makes having your car serviced actually pleasant! I have bought a number of cars over the years and have dealt with different salespeople and dealerships— but never have I had a buying experience as smooth and pleasant as the one with Centennial and their sales representative RJ. I contacted him from out of state about a used Audi TT I saw on their website ... he provided me with a video tour with an honest assessment about the condition and features of the car, he worked with me on valuing my trade (and offered a fair offer), consulted with me about finance options, etc.A few hours later I put a deposit down and spontaneously departed for an 11 hours trek to buy the car the next day. RJ actually texted to check-in to see how I was faring on the trip to Florida.When I arrived, RJ was just returning with the car—he filled it up with gas after having the shop fully detail the car. All the paperwork was ready and easy to complete, and their finance department was super too (I usually do all my loans with my personal bank, but Centennial offered me a much better finance package). An above and beyond experience facilitated by RJ, but his fellow colleagues matched his eagerness to make my experience top-notch.I think I was in and out of dealership in about an hour and on my way for the return trip home in my fun little TT. Again, RJ called several hours into my drive to thank me for the business and to wish me a safe and traffic-free return trip. Again, not many sales reps. are that thoughtful—especially after the sale is complete (and this was not even some high-end big ticket transaction). Even the next day, when I contacted him about a small issue with the hood release and one other thing, he researched and used his contacts to find the parts needed and offered to arrange to get them to me—and I should mention this was on a day off for him.In short, RJ was impressive throughout — and as alluded to at the start of this review, this was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. I have never written a bad review on google, but I have to write one here unfortunately. I am only writing this to save others from the experience I have had. I would never let someone I know buy from Centennial. I bought my car new from their dealership and was told I would not only receive a loaner for service appointments but they would come and pick up my car for me and return it. Not only was that not true but just in the last few weeks I spent over $500 in rental charges for warranty service work because they would not supply me a loaner. My car broke down twice due to failings of the car, not due to lack of proper maintenance on my part, and they still refused to provide me a loaner car or reimburse me the fees for a rental car. I bought a new car from them in 2018 and have been broken down twice and required a tow. Both times I paid for a rental car, and was not reimbursed. I am a single mom and my kids and I spent over 4 hours on the side of 1-10 waiting for a tow truck from their roadside assistance (after waiting one 20 minutes just to talk to someone) due to a faulty car. I received no apology and no restitution for my rental car fees. I have always had Toyotas prior to this Mercedes and I have never been broken down on the side of the road requiring a tow, and I have never had to pay for a rental car due to necessary service for my car until I bought from Centennial. They do not allow you to schedule service on line if you require a loaner. You are required to call in to schedule and it is scheduled out over a month usually if you need a loaner. The service staff is kind, but the service they are allowed to provide is atrocious. There is much more I could say about how terrible my experience has been with Centennial, but I dont want to beat a dead horse. Just please be warned and dont subject yourself to this if you dont have to.

RJ at Centennial Motors made my new car experience a breeze! A few days prior to my purchase, I was the victim of a rear end collision by a distracted driver. I was at a complete stop when the driver plowed into the back end of my 2016 Volvo XC 60. The driver was traveling at a speed of 57 mph when I was rear ended. Volvo’s safety features saved mine and my daughters life. I will drive a Volvo for the rest of my life after this experience! I purchased a Volvo because of their safety reputation. I never planned on experiencing their safety features first hand!Needless to say, I was in need of another Volvo. I was fortunate to have RJ as my sales person! RJ took care of everything for me. I purchased my new car while laying in my bed recovering. RJ was quick to answer any and all question that I had about my, soon to be, new Volvo. RJ was always friendly and courteous. RJ brought my new car and paperwork from Pensacola to Summerdale so that I didn’t have to make the journey into the dealership. I could not have dreamed of a better car buying experience!Because of my accident, my mother also decided that she wanted a Volvo. RJ was not only assisting me purchase a new car, he was helping my mother at the same time! I had been car shopping for far longer than I care to admit trying to find a car me and my wife loved, and I came upon this dealership through google that had the car with the exact specifications that we were looking for. I immediately called and was put through to RJ and was told he’s ready for me to come whenever and answered the absolute barrage of questions we had for him both over the phone and when we got there. Absolutely fell in love with the car after the test drive and he made the buying process so fast and easy it took me longer to get insurance than it did to test drive, ask questions, and actually purchase the car! Afterwards he even gave us restaurant recommendations because we wanted to celebrate our purchase. Good Afternoon,Today marked my second visit to Mercedes of Pensacola (Centennial Imports) after a month long wait for warranty work. Both experiences the dealership was not prepared to properly service my vehicle and place me in the agreed upon rental vehicle per my purchase agreement. Very disappointed with Mercedes service departments inability to contact me to reschedule or provide a solution to repair my 2020 vehicle. After another attempt to get my vehicle warranty work complete they promised to call me and reschedule yet has still failed to follow through. I do not recommend using them for future Mercedes car services or purchases.
My husband and I genuinely appreciate the care and assistance RJ Jarman took in the sale of the pre-owned Jeep Wrangler we purchased. Buying a vehicle during a pandemic is challenging, but RJ made the transaction seamless for us.

Today was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I myself sold cars for quite a few years and I am well aware of the constant finagling and the back and forth. I researched the car before arrival. I chatted with RJ about what we needed and he got straight to it! He made sure we were comfortable offering food and drinks. The dealership is taking COVID-19 very serious by practicing Social distancing and providing hand sanitizer wipes and constantly cleaning all things after use. They all had on mask. And Get this, never have I ever thought in a million years that I would meet a car salesman or a finance director that was honest straight forward about their products and they absolutely were!! Two days ago I received a picture in a text from RJ Jarman at Centennial Imports of a beautiful Lexus that was just traded in. I texted him back to save it and met him the next day. Talk about great customer care, RJ is the top of the line. He took such great care of my wife and I and he made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Not only that he was totally up front about the deal. If you’re looking for a fine previously owned car make sure you ask for RJ. You’ll be glad you did. When I picked up the car it actually looked brand new and I feel lucky RJ thought of me.
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I called and scheduled a Service B for my car. When I arrived for my appointment I told them I was there for a 9:15 appointment for a service B. I waited 3 hours for a service B. When I paid, I paid for a service B. What did I get? NOT a service B! They charged me over $320 for an oil change and a new car key battery. When I realized this on my paperwork, I immediately called and was told they decided on their own to give me a completely different service than I was originally told I would be getting. They said due to former customers being overwhelmed by the price of a service B they decided to take things out of the normal service B package and call it a basic service, which i was never made aware of until after I had paid. I drove an hour to get there and it was a total waste of time. I’m so disappointed.
Small dealership with a big impact. Make sure to speak to A.J. for a no lie, no sales pressure experience. He is AMAZING. My wife and I recently were looking to trade in her car for something nice. When I contacted Centennial Imports, I spoke to A.J. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him the model, color, and features I wanted. We made an appoint to view their selection. When we made it to the dealership, A.J. was waiting with the exact car we wanted to look at. He gave us a complete tour of the car. He sat my wife and I in the car, and showed us every feature that the Mercedes had to offer. After test driving, we knew we wanted the car. A.J. never once tried to claim that they were a no sales pressure dealership. Instead, he allowed us all the time to decide we wanted to buy, never once asking about financing, or if we were really wanting to buy. Once all paperwork was in order, we received their offer for our trade in. Surprisingly, it was for more than what we could have sold it for privately. The finance manager and sales manager were both super friendly, and didnt try to push us into tons of extra add-ons we didnt need. Since buying the car, when I went to the dealership to buy an accessory for our car, A.J. smiled and joked with us while were there. Seriously, best darn car buying experience I have ever had. They definitely made us customers for life, and we will be upgrading our new Mercedes with a newer one when the time comes. I am from Virginia, therefore, I bought my 2013 SLK in Virginia. I drove it down to Gulf Shores, AL., this year and two weeks before we left to go back to Virginia my ABS and check engine light came on.I contacted Mercedes-Benz in Mobile and their response was to have it towed, although it was driving fine. I was told my engine could freeze up. When I asked if they would have a loaner car, if I drove my car to their dealership, the woman said they are two weeks out for loaner cars and I could pay out of pocket for a Hertz rental.OK....so I called Centennial Imports in Pensacola. They said I could have it towed via Mercedes (since its still under warranty) yet since it was driving fine, it would be OK for me to drive it, but it was up to me (this was exactly what my dealer in Virginia said) They scheduled my appointment three business days later and gave me a loaner car. They had the parts shipped overnight and had my car ready at the end of the next business day. Since I live an hour away, they were fine with me bringing their loaner car, and picking up my car the following morning.THANK YOU so much for being so professional, prompt, and courteous!!! I will do business with you in the future!!!
I have A Mercedes-Benz sprinter van that was converted to an RV coach by airstream. It is known as a airstream interstate. To service a sprinter van, you have to service it at an Mercedes-Benz sprinter dealership only.I live in Miramar Beach Florida and the closest was in Mobile Alabama. This dealership opened up their sprint area one year ago. It saves me half the time in both directions.The dealership is building a new show room, the people were professional and timely. I really give a five star rating, but they deserve it.
BEWARE OF SERVICE HERE!!! I sent my daughter for a service B on her c250. They changed the oil and gave her a list of things to do which are usually included in a service B. When I called to inquire they informed us that they, at Pensacola Mercedes service have decided to change service B to exclude everything but oil change and Fluid check .she got $400 oil change and a $5 battery instead of service B.

I purchased a very nice 6 month old MB 250C from the pre-owned people and they were splendid to deal with, pleasant, cordial, helpful, even friendly. The best, basically. Ive had the car service there twice since (in 2 years) and both time service has been impeccable. Theyre fast, friendly (easy loaners), and very responsive. No hint of overcharging or anything like it. The service people were excellent and the work was done on time and at budget. Cant really imagine what some of these reviews are talking about--maybe that was a previous administration or something. My experience is mid-2014 to the present (2016) and very much as good as one could hope for. I will buy again from dealer even though I have to drive some distance to get there (and to avoid my local MB dealer).
I had a 9:30 appointment, got there a little past 9 and they ushered me right on in. I didnt reserve a courtesy loaner just thought Id wait on it. They were nice & friendly, kept me in the loop on progress (which was appreciated) but after three hours I was done and heading home. In a word, they were professional.
They are remodeling this place. I did some of the plumbing. The staff seems great. And the fact they are spending the money to remodel means they want to give you a better car buying experience.

The service here is always great exclamation point today I went in with the problem for my tire and they were very thorough, honest and due to me being a repeat customer charged me a minimal amount! So appreciated, will continue getting Services there!
This is the worst Mercedes dealer I have ever dealt with. They are hugely incompetent and I strongly recommend that you seek out alternatives before you buy or service with them. The Mobile AL Mercedes dealership is not that far away and they will take far better care of you than Centennial. Centennial is the absolute worst and by giving them one star, which is required in order to post this review, I am overstating the quality of this dealership.

We made our third and last trip to this dealership today. The first time we had to wait for them to detail the vehicle before we can look at it. When it was time to go back, they had already sold it. The second time was a similar situation. Our salesperson was out of town and said he didnt even know about the vehicle. We go there to check it out and they tell us it sold fast. He calls my husband and tells him it wasnt a good deal, thats why he didnt call?!?! We were again tricked into going there today assured they have the car we are looking for only to witness someone else buy it. My husband was given the key and we were waiting for our salesperson to finish with another client when another salesperson got out, took the key and went on a test drive with his clients. They came back and started closing right in front of us. Supposedly the same people were there a few days ago and had left a deposit. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional service. Not only they wasted my time on several occasions; I am convinced they dont care about the customer, all they care about is who gets the deal. I will definitely be looking to buy elsewhere and you should do the same.
Had wonderful experience at Centennial Imports. My sales person David Wrynn make sure that we were taken care of and that we found the perfecr vehicle. I love my new Volvo. Everyone at the place was down to earth, straightforward and honest. Deal was quick no unnecessary back and for.
This was my first car buying experience since my husband passed away three years ago. While I was at the dealership, I never felt alone. I felt nervous and imitated when I arrived, but I left in my brand new vehicle feeling like I have about 5 new friends that I have already stopped by just to say hello :)
Ive called multiple time in the last few months. The operator is rude and the mechanic, I am guessing, who we spoke to about an appointment never seems to give us one. Runs my info and says things that are on recall or factory warranty, says I will receive a letter in the mail about my airbags and I am like, All I want is a new key fob and a B1 service done. He never set a scheduled date and when I call to confirm anything or double check anything...nothing. never a record of my calls. Dont waste your time with these people.
Centennial Imports is the worst car dealership I’ve ever visited! I was outside looking at a few of their models, for at least five minutes, before the salesman approached me. When the salesman finally came outside to assist me, he didn’t introduce himself or shake my hand, like every other car salesperson I’ve met, at every car dealership I’ve visited. He acted as if I was bothering him. I asked the salesman why one the new Volvo SUVs had a different style grille than the other new Volvo SUVs, and he said, “I don’t know. I guess they ran out of the other grilles.” He didn’t bother to give me a legitimate answer. The salesman wasn’t helpful or friendly, and the staff members were rude. I was so angry with the way I was treated, I said to one of the salesman, “There are plenty of other dealerships where I can buy a Volvo,” and I began to walk out. As I was leaving, I heard one the salesmen say, “Go to Mobile.” With that type of rude, disrespectful comment, obviously, they didn’t want my business. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Furthermore, this was the most low-end Mercedes Benz/Volvo dealerships I’ve ever seen. In terms of inventory, they don’t have much of a selection of new vehicles, and they barely have room on their tiny lot for their inventory. The lot is so small, they have to park their $70,000 Volvos in the grass, covered with dirt and ants. The place looks more like cheap used car lot, not a high-end dealership. I will never buy a vehicle from Centennial Imports!
Went to buy a Mercedes for my 50th Birthday, no one never came to assist me. I bought one in Mobile. A little advice for Pensacola Mercedes... NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER 😇

Went there to get a part for my old C220 (still expensive, cause Mercedes just are) and they were very friendly. They had the part in two days for me. The service tech took a few minutes to explain to me what I need to do when I take the panel off. Great folks!

Very expensive in Service, tricky as well, over does and over charges for routine maintenance compared to factory recommended items. They do not disclose this properly to the customer. Tires and alignments are also 20 to 25 percent higher than reputable tire stores around town. People are nice as can be, service pricing structure is a rip off though.

The difference between the Mercedes dealerships in Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach are like night and day. The people at Centennial Imports in Pensacola treat you like family, their customer-service is the best I have ever seen, and their facility is a immaculate. When I first bought my Mercedes I took it to ZT motors in Fort Walton Beach, because they were a little bit closer to my house. I needed some minor warranty work done, and they were rude, disrespectful and seemed thoroughly annoyed that I was only there for warranty work and that they werent going to make any money off of me. In contrast, everyone I have interacted with at Centennial Imports in Pensacola has been kind, courteous, helpful, and above all made me feel like I was their number one priority. I highly recommend getting your Mercedes serviced at Centennial Imports in Pensacola, whether you live in Navarre, Fort Walton Beach or even Destin. Trust me, its worth the drive.
Had a system malfunction message show up. Made appt to take car in this a.m. and John in maintenance shop got right on it. The problem was diagnosed rapidly and fixed.Service was excellent. Thanks guys.

Trouble with a purchase of used Mercedes from an individualWe took our newly purchased Mercedes GL450 to Centennial Imports in Pensacola. From the start, we worked with Robert Adkins. Not only was he helpful, knowledgable and customer-service oriented but also sincere in helping us with an unknown issue that was encountered after our purchase of the vehicle from an individual. Robert worked with our extended warranty company by providing the information needed and supporting claims of what was required to repair the vehicle.
