Top Notch ServiceMy son is stationed at the base 2 hours away and needed a car so he could be more mobile. It is also his first car buying experience. Since we live in another state it was hard for us to help him or know who to trust. I found Pensacola during a search for local cars in his price range and had him call on a car and work through the process. The service he received was top notch. Since he was 2 hours away and would need to find a willing ride it was a priority that the drive would not be a waste of time. They answered his questions thoroughly and helped him understand what he was buying before he got there. They also gave him a military discount along with an end of year price drop that helped him get into the car with the cash he had. While all of this service was impressive, the most impressive thing about this whole experience was the time the staff took to show him how to drive a manual. They gave him an hour lesson so he could comfortably drive the car home, going above and beyond the regular services of a car dealership. My moms heart rejoices that there are places that show that kind of service to a faraway son who is making his first adult decisions in the world. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Personal andMainly been at a chevy dealership.Ok lets talk about customer service.I give them a 10 out 0f 10.Communication was amazing.A situation happen to my car that I had to take it back. They admittedly FIX THE PROBLEM WITH NO CHARGE.They allowed me to drive one of there vehicles until further notice.The process was soooooooo smooth and easy. Now you have to mindful I paid CASH FOR MY VEHICLE. Im not sure how long or easy a process is when you financed.I am so GLAD I came to them. I didnt feel like a number. They treated me with dignity they did not brush me off when I asked them questions.I recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle from them.I paid a reasonable price for my car. They sell bad cars

Went to Pensacola Auto Depot over the weekend to buy a van due to one we had bought 6 months before being a horrible buy. Garrett was amazing he made every part of the car buying experience so easy. We were very stressed about buying another car 6 months after we just bought one and it being a lemon. With us having 7 kids a van is a necessity. He was able to get us a great deal and interest rate on the van. There were a few issues with the van when we test drove it like it needed an alignment done and they didn’t even hesitate. They told us they would have it done before we left the lot with it. We will defiantly be using them again for when we buy a new truck. Very grateful they were able to help and make everything so easy .

Pensacola auto depot sold me a 07 Ford F-150 4x4 two days ago. They told me the 4 wheel drive worked on it. Also said it had been inspected by their mechanic. Before I bought it I had it inspected by tires plus which is not a 4 wheel drive shop. They found the front struts and rear brakes needed replacing. Ok that is minor we worked that out no prob. I had shifted the truck into 4wheel in the parking and the transfer case did lock in but I had no way to test further. After I bought it I discovered the front tires were not locking in and pulling while in 4 wheel drive. I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at immediately. He discovered both front front actuators were bad causing the front tires not to lock in. $600 to replace them and auto depot said they would cover half (though I feel they should cover it all after they said the 4wheel drive worked and it in fact did not). So today the shop starts working on it to discover both front hub assemblies need to be replaced. Someone had driven the truck with the hubs locked in because the actuators went bad until it completely wore the inner gear out. This puts repair cost up to $1100 and auto depot doesnt want to pay for it. They want me to bring it back for their mechanic to look at it. These problems existed when their mechanic looked at it the first time. So either their mechanic is incompetent or they were deceitful about the whole deal. Either way I dont trust their opinion on it and believe they should be liable for it. So come on auto depot step up to the plate and do the right thing. Which is pay for the issues you told me were not there when I bought the truck.

I had wanted a new car for a very long time. I really wanted an SUV, but never thought it would be doable with my budget and trade-in payoff for my other car. Garrett Brown at Pensacola Auto Depot was amazing! I went in and sat down with him to discuss everything and what kind of car I wanted. He told me to be patient and he would find what I wanted for the price I needed. I honestly did not think it would be possible, but he did exactly what he promised! A few weeks later I was driving off the lot with my new Hyundai Santa Fe and could not be happier. The process was smooth and easy, and I had such a great experience with Pensacola Auto Depot and buying my new car (which we all know is not typical of buying a new car!). Highly Recommend.

I had a great experience working with Jason. I was an out of state buyer and he did a great job in providing pictures and detailed any minor cosmetic issues. He also helped to have vehicle brought to Toyota for inspection as well as made sure it was loaded on auto transport. the only slight negative was the time it took for the title. Not sure if delay was dealership or DMV issue. I would have no problems with being a repeat customer.

We came across Pensacola Auto Depot because there was a certain SUV I saw that caught my eye. As I approached they have a wide variety of vehicles, from Trucks, Cars, SUVs and I am pretty sure I saw a 4 wheeler hidden in the back. But none the less I was greeted by a Mr. Garrett Brown, he was dress like a professional and had a great attitude. I told him I had my eye on a Gold Jeep Laredo, he let me test drive, which of course I feel even more in love. We talked priced, and was able to get it lowered a little, so it was more in my budget. I dont have the best credit, but he worked his magic to get me off the lot in that car in the same day! I recommend all my friends to go see him, and in fact 3 have purchased vehicles from him as well.

I recommend this dealership. They have a great staff. Cars come and go, but you cant put a price on good ppl. Jason and Garrett worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately, the car was for my wife and she had the final say so. She chose the prius over the sport model vehicle I liked. If I had not been out voted, I would have purchased from them. However, I look forward to the possibility of doing business in the near future. Dont wait, dont call, head there NOW!!!

BUYING A USED VEHICLE LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE PENSACOLA AUTO DEPOT!!My son is stationed at the Navy Base and this was his first car purchase. He was treated beyond what any dealership would typically do for a customer. Sean, Jason, Steve and the rest of the crew walked him through the entire process. A few weeks after the purchase there were a few issues with his vehicle. The company gave him a loaner while they repaired what was wrong. Additionally, Jason kept me in the loop as to the progress of the repairs. The 30 day warranty was never a concern as Jason and Sean went above and beyond to accommodate Brandon and make his purchase a memorable one. Thanks again guys!!!!

A good dealership for someone who doesnt have any credit and needs to build it. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze in April 2015 and I can honestly say it was the biggest piece of junk Ive ever owned. I dont blame the dealership, it was just a poorly designed car with A LOT of flaws that needed to be fixed (since it was the very first year they made the Cruze). Jake was phenomenal at getting me approved and into a car I liked. The approval process and pick up was easy and straight forward.Here is my story after buying my car from Pensacola Auto Depot:*If you go to this dealership, do NOT finance your car through Coastal Credit LLC (just google them - it explains itself)*Be aware of the car youre buying - see how much maintenance it will cost and the amount of issues it has. I thought the car I was buying was fantastic because it was only 4 years old with 53k miles on it with a balance of powertrain warranty. I was very wrong, within the first 3 month I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed because the same thing was going wrong. After about 6 months, it started over heating so every time I went some where I had to put coolant in it. That was a $300 repair. It was fine for about 2 months, until it started doing the same thing. That makes about 8 trips to the shop in less than a year since I got it.Since my interest rate was sky high, I was upside down almost $6k, and I still didnt have established credit (come to find out Coastal Credit doesnt even report to the credit bureau unless you make bad payments), trading in the piece of crap was going to be impossible. I bit the bullet and asked my sister if she would cosign with me, and luckily she said yes. I have never been happier to get out of a car loan than I have this one. I should not have to worry about my engine blowing up while sitting in traffic for a car thats only 5 years old. It was a breath of fresh air when I got approved for a 2016 VW Jetta sport. I cannot begin to say how lucky I am to be out of that horrendous 18.99% interest rate car loan.To put it in perspective: After the $2k I put down on the Chevy Cruze, I financed $12k with a 18.99% interest rate. So if I made all my payments on time, at the end of my loan I wouldve paid over $22k for the car ($10k just in interest!!)Know what youre getting yourself into!!

AWFUL. My wife and I bought a car here ~ 3 years ago. We have since discovered that the car we bought was most likely in an undisclosed serious accident and/or flood. The dealership claimed that the car was minimally damaged upon removal from the shipping truck. Also, the car had been repainted by the dealer using a poor quality paint, causing it to peel one year after purchase. We would NEVER consider using this dealership again, as we feel we were misled by their dishonesty.
