Ms. Beth Campbell Service Advisor did an extraordinary job in repapering my 2019 RAM 1500 radio system. Ms. Campbell kept me informed the whole time the radio for the truck and was ordered to the time it arrived for install. She called and informed me of the status during the wait time. Her attention to detail on the RAM is most impressive! My RAM was purchased at Allen-Turner, but with the warranty I have will be used at Hill-Kelly from now on. I purchased 2 new vehicles from Hill Kelly Dodge. I am so pleased with my salesman Thed. The first car he got me exactly what I needed! The second time I got exactly what I wanted!!! The finance managers Joe, Adam, and Matt was able to make me feel comfortable and I understood what I was signing. I recently just had my first oil change and I was treated like a valued customer throughout my experiences which means a lot to me!! They even offer snacks and gave me water as it’s been extremely hot in Florida. Thank you Hill Kelly for all that you do and for striving to help every customer I noticed as I waited on my oil change which was extremely fast and efficient. The oil change packages has forever changed how much and even when I pay for oil changes and tire rotations! The price is unbelievable!!!!!!
I know how important surveys are especially the manufacturers survey. If you look at my survey you will see I answered everything perfectly. However, I do want to say that the MPI was not filled out. The MPI is an important document for my service records. I will continue to service my vehicle here because I know in the end they always make it right.
Awesome car buying experience. I was treated fairly with a great deal on an amazing truck. The Ram product I bought is second to none. Love the Cummins diesel 2500, and it already is beginning to pay for itself. It hauled three tons of rock. No delivery charge. No problem.I would also like to share a recent service experience I had with Hill Kelly Dodge. Quite frankly, it was surreal. The accessories manager, William Tanner, exceeded my expectations with his personal and honest customer service treatment of me. The part I needed was in stock and installed the same day in the exact time Mr. Tanner expressed it would take. Beyond the exceptional human interaction, their facilities are equally impressive. The customer waiting lounge is superbly luxurious with clean, comfortable seating, television broadcasts, electronic device charging stations, and refreshments to enjoy such as gourmet coffee, water, snacks etc. I can’t say enough. If you’ve never been to Hill Kelly Dodge, it is the car experience you have been looking for.
This is over a few visits. Been in for a few oil changes and each time it takes anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. My wife was looking for a push to start button for a dodge grand caravan, they said they had it in stock but after buying it and figuring out that dodge grand caravans dont have push to start they wouldnt take it back even though she had bought it 15 minutes prior. They also could have saved the time and told her from the beginning that there was not push to start at all. Everytime we have been its just not been great service even if th people are nice to us it shouldnt take 4 hours to do an oil change
The service dept is horrible. They have had my truck for 2 weeks now and my advisor is Aaron. I have tried to call him several times a day to get a update on my truck but can not ever get in touch with him. I have spoke to other advisors and they come back and said they spoke to him and he said he would call me in a few minutes (never heard back) so that afternoon I finally drove up there. In 2 weeks I have spoke to him 3 times which the last time was to pick up the truck. After sitting there for a hour he then comes to me and said that it would not be ready and they would look at again on Monday and call me to let me know what is going on. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from anyone or can not get him on the phone again
Great and Quick service on a Saturday morning! Bridget, the Tech who met me in the service lane, was very nice and professional and took care of my vehicle immediately. I was in and out with an Oil Change in less than an hour. Overall great service and professionalism.
Fantastic service department! Fastest oil change Ive had from any dealership. We travel across the country towing a fifth wheel RV so it allows us to see how different Ram dealerships operate. Hill-Kelly is as good as they come.
Visited the service center for the first time and was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was so kind and the waiting area was so nice! I had an appt and was in and out in a very timely manner. Then, as Im checking out, I find out that theyre pet friendly! Ill definitely be back and will be using them for future maintenance
Heads up Hill Kelly Dodge has security that will stop you because “they don’t want you looking at their cars at night. 🙄 How many people prefer to narrow down their options by looking at night without being pounced on?! jmo
Brian Chico Service Advisor did an extraordinary job me informed on the the repair of 2019 RAM 1500. Brian kept me informed the whole time unlike the service department in Fort Walton that I called 4 times for updates with no one calling back. Brians attention to detail on the RAM was most impressive! I will never use the dealership in Fort Walton Beach again, it is worth the drive to Hill Kelly to work with techs and advisors like Brian. I hope I never need their help again, but if I do I will request Brian as my Service Advisor; he is without a doubt one of the Best!
These folks take pride in their business. Rafael sold me my Ram and I couldn’t be anymore happier with it. I brought it in for an oil change and Bridgett exceeded my level of expectations. She went overboard to ensure I was pleased with yalls service. (I did have some oil stains on and in my vehicle but Brian and Bridgett got it cleaned up very nicely and gave me a card for a free detail/car wash. 2019 Grand Cherokeeheating and cooling seats not working (third attempt to repair)Start Stop function not workingrattling on sunroofoil change and tire rotationOur car was being serviced for over 2 weeks. We would call to check the status with our service advisor, Arron. This issue is we would leave a message and never receive a return call. The only way to get an update is to physically go to the dealership. We were giving the run around and never received the correct information. We were told several times that our car would be ready the next day. I would call to coordinate a time to pick up, again voicemail and no return call. Finally, we picked up our car, there were finger marks all around the front, wires hanging under the seat and so forth. Not to mention, the tires did not get rotated.I was not the only customer with issues of communication. There was a lady upset with the Advisor Arron because of his poor communication with the customer. We would not be upset if there was some effort to return our calls and to give us updates. We understand there is a shortage of parts, but not lie or completely avoid a customer. The funny thing is that every time I went to the dealership, Arron was on his phone laughing with another employee. I waited outside his office for over 15 mins waiting for his to stop joking with the employee. The craziest excuse, he gave me, was the mechanical just left because his wife is having a baby. He was supposed to finish today, but you can not stop a baby from coming....... what a jerk!I am very upset how we were treated and will be contacting Jeep to file a complaint to your dealership, better business and the State of Florida dealer licensing (FDHYP). Also, have other family members that have had the same treatment and will be encouraging them also file a complaint.Last, I prepaid for oil services and have a few left. I want a refund for the services not used, I will never purchase or bring my car back to your dealership. I will do my best to let the community know how terrible your dealership has treated us. Furthermore, I have documentation of the calls and timelines of this unprofessional and abuse that your employee has treated my family.I would be happy to discuss my issue in person along with your employee(Arron), so there is no question to the truth of my claim. I will be posting this on every social media site that I can to exposed how HILL Kelly treats its customers.R

I called to see if they would take a look at my 2005 Jeep Wrangler, but was denied Service due to the vehicle being too old and since they didnt have any service history on it they wont look at it. My neighbor recommended them since he had them do some work on his 2003 Jeep Wrangler and said they were very honest, plus they employ a person that is considered an expert on older Jeeps. Im the 2nd owner of this vehicle and it was meticulously maintained by the prior owner. I just wanted a thorough inspection and was prepared to have them do what they deemed necessary. I really dont know who to take it to at this point since a highly recommended Jeep dealer wont look at it. Ugh!

Had a brand new Ram 1500 with less than 200 miles on it that had an issue right off the lot. While we have bought several vehicles from Hill Kelly and are about to buy another one from them. We did not buy the truck from them though. We did however drive an hour away from our home to bring the truck to their service department because we love this dealership (especially over our local dealerships). We did get off to a rocky start with the truck in service, but that was probably my fault. After that, Beth in service was great and has been on top of everything. We have since brought multiple vehicles in for service and Beth has handled them like a champ. Great place to buy from, great place to service your vehicle!
Was told that since my truck was over 10 years old that they would not work on it because the parts are too hard to find. The woman also told me that they would not uphold the warranty on work that was done at another dodge dealership. So do they not expect a dodge ram to last past 10 years? Im very disappointed. I was looking for a new dealership to continue keeping my truck in good condition. This dealership will not be them. I will also not bring my 2020 gladiator to this business.
Wow this place is amazing! I had an accident and had to take my car to the to the collision center, but I also already had an appointment to have my car serviced. The collision center was so helpful even my insurance gave them issues but Maria was amazing and got it done! After my car was at the collision center it was supposed to get serviced since my insurance gave the collision center some problems the date got pushed out a little bit. I had to get my car serviced that same day I was moving and I would not be back in Pensacola originally Aaron was supposed to do my car but since I need it done that day and had limited time they spoke to the manager and I was able to have Mike do it he was so helpful as well as everyone in that office at the service center they were so understanding I was very thankful they really made it happen for me!
I would like to start by saying the Sales department is excellent. Shout out to Prince for a smooth car buying experience. Unfortunately, the service department is terrible. I made an appointment for my brand new Jeep to be serviced due to the check engine light being on. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would take possibly until the afternoon to diagnose the problem. When I explained that I would not be able to wait all afternoon and needed my car before 1pm, I was told to make another appointment so I could get a loaner car. Ok, great, except the next appointment wasnt for another 3 weeks. I made the appointment and during that 3 weeks I went to auto zone to have the light diagnosed. The engine light ended up shutting off during the 3 weeks however, I still showed up for my scheduled appointment since there were other issues with the Jeep and I wanted the problem from the engine light to be addressed. When I arrived at Jeep I was told I would not get a rental car since the engine light wasnt on anymore, as if I had shut the light off myself?! Not my fault that the earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. The manager was accommodating and put me in a rental. Fast forward 4 days, no one called me when my Jeep was ready to be picked up. I had to call them and ask for an update. I was told by the advisor that I was called 2 days prior that the Jeep was ready. I never received a phone call. Come to find out, they had my number wrong. Not quite sure how that happened as I got a phone call and text message before my appointment to confirm it. Here is the worst part about the whole thing, HILL-KELLY JEEP DROVE MY JEEP AROUND AND PUT 54 MILES ON IT WHILE IT WAS IN THE SHOP! In what world is it ok to drive someones car around for your own pleasure?! I called to speak with the service manager and SURPRISE!! No answer and no call back. Never in my life will I ever return to this place.

I drive to Pensacola from Ft Walton Beach because Hill-Kelly does such a great job of taking care of its customers vs the FWB Jeep dealer. They have great customer service, honest service dept and customer communication thats how they earned my business. This time Bridgette took care of me in the oil change center and Aaron took care of my AC issue. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment yesterday to have a engine code looked into. I waited until after lunch to hear from Hill Kelly and when I never heard from them I began calling. Never once could I get anyone in service to answer the phone. I tried at least six times between 1:00 and 5:00 to speak with someone and never could get an answer. Finally I got a voicemail and left a message and still no call-back. At 5:15ish I pulled into the parking lot as I knew they were closing at 6:00. As I was pulling in, someone called. At that point it was no need to answer as I was at the dealership.When I walked into the service area, I was never approached for assistance. I stood and stood watching several employees come and go to smoke but no one offered me any help. One came out of his office on a personal call and walked around talking on his cell phone. Another female service advisor (oil lube lane) walked out and walked to the other side of the shop and never asked to help me. I tried to get her attention but she was socializing with another employee and paid no attention to me.Finally someone who was pulling a vehicle up asked if anyone had helped me and when I said no, he walked me into the cashier....wait, she was out back smoking.Once I finally got to a service person I was told they had not been able to perform the diagnostic as the vehicle had too much fuel in it and I should have been made aware of that when I scheduled the appointment...I was not told this.The next issue was that the mechanic had left for the day and left my Jeep in the service bay and locked my key in some box that they couldnt immediately get into. So while waiting on this mess to be resolved, I heard someone yell this is f.......... ridiculous that they overload us and now people get mad at us.Finally I got my vehicle and was asked to bring it back on Friday. I use my vehicle daily for my job and that is not an easy task. I waited two weeks for my appointment and I cant just drop off anytime. They told me they couldnt offer me a loaner vehicle. Needless to say I did not reschedule.From a customer who tried numerous times to get someone to answer the phone, it does not look well to pull up and see employees standing around outside smoking and talking on their phones. I could hear the phones ringing as I waited and no one answered. By the way, I was the only customer in the serve area at that time.knowing customers are trying to call and get information.I know help is hard to find. I know employees who show up are stretched thin. However, this is not the first bad experience. When trying to schedule an appointment, again it took multiple phone calls before someone would answer.As much as I dont want to drive to Sandy Sansing Jeep in Milton, I feel I have no other option.
Just dropped my truck off, hopefully it doesnt take too long to repair. It took them alot longer than we expected, but in the end it turned out good. My service writer kept me informed every step of the way. As a technician for a different brand, I understand the situations that can come up.
One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. Mason Donahoe, was our sales representative, he was very professional, no pressure, Mason listened to what we needed and wanted in a new car. (Updated - Avoid at all costs for your safety and sanity!!) Came in for 2 new front tires. They damaged both rims. Took two attempts to repair it. Had to re-balance tires. Alignment was done and falsified.Vehicle aligned 3 more times yet still values are at the max tolerance ranges. During shop time, someone left windows down while blowing out shop floor. Car interior and vent system filled with a metallic brown dust that smells similar to brake dust. Dealer failed to fix this two times so far. Makes me wonder if this wasnt intentional.... Should be noted prolonged exposure to brake dust/particles can cause health problems....Total time since first visit for new tires - 1.5 months.... Will update accordingly.Dont get your tires replaced here. They will damage your rims!!!
My husband and I purchased a 1500 Ram from Hill-Kelly in July. We had changes in our life that required us to need a larger truck. Hill-Kelly went out of their way to help us. They gave us a more than fair price for our 1500. We also got a price that no other Chrysler dealer would match on the 2500 that they had to bring in from another dealership 300+ miles away. We had Andy and Will as our salesmen. With the service that weve received on both occasions we will be life long Hill-Kelly customers.

I called ahead to make sure they had the part for my van recall. I was told they did. I arrived and they showed me to a sitting area and came back and told me they did not after the part. I drove hallway across town to get the recall taken care of only to be told they do not have the part. And I had to sign a waver saying they were not liable if my van is in an accident due to the recall because I was leaving the dealership without the recall taken care of. It was ridiculous 🙄. They refused to give my keys back till I signed the waver. If they would have told me on the phone 30 minutes prior I would not have made the drive to have the recall done at this time. 😑 they kept trying to push me to buy a new van 😒 I finally had to tell them no leave me alone Im disabled I dont need a new van I am just here for a recall. They they claimed they had the part then 30 minutes later no longer had the part. Unfortunately this is the only Chrysler dealership near me so when or if they ever get the recall part I will have to go back and deal with them all over again. 😕

I always have a good experience when I come here for my Jeep oil changes and maintenance. The staff are always so courteous and friendly and the service is pretty quick, too, considering the volumn they do. Theres a nice lobby with refreshments to sit in so the time passes quickly. I Highly recommend them!
I came for an oil change and Michael got me in and out in no time. He answered my questions and provided me with information regarding the upcoming services which would be included in my 30K checkup. He is always courteous and helpful. It’s been a great experience each time he has helped me.
Buyers beware!!! We bought a used car from them on 2/27/2021. Paid cash and the deal was final. They were going to clean the car and take care of some service work. They realized it had an airbag issue that would need to be fixed before we could take the car. They tried to say we wouldn’t be able to purchase the car because it couldn’t be fixed. After we had already paid for it, titled it and had insurance on it. (They didn’t want to pay what it cost to fix it.) Here we are almost 2 months later and I still don’t have the car. We are being told the part hasn’t come in. I haven’t had 1 call to update us, we have had to call every time to see when the car will be ready. Still have no idea when the part will be in. So I have paid for a car we can’t even use. It is my sons first car and we bought it early so he could get use to driving it before he turns 16 in June. So much for that. This was our third time doing business with them.
Stay away if you have a trade in. They want over NADA retail but won’t come close to rough trade in on your vehicle. Several dealerships across the country will treat you a lot better. Be smart when considering a trade in. This is NOT the place.
Scheduled my appointment in the morning at 8 am and got the software updated around 2 pm. There was a nice lounge with water, snacks, and tv. They offered a free shuttle to drive me home and pick me me to retrieve my car later on. I didnt opt for the shuttle but when I picked up the car it was raining. Without asking the employees were very kind to drive my car to their garage and I didnt get a drop of rain on me. Very great service!

We Have a 2019 RAM 1500 and a 2020 RAM 2500 and have had multiple issues with getting good customer service from the service department. I recently had a slow leak in both rear tires and had them look at it. There were small nails in both tires. I was told by the service technician that the they could not be patch and I needed to buy two new tires for approximately $750. I picked up the truck and took it to a local tire store and the nails were not close to the edge of the tread so both tires could be patched and were, for $50. After paying as much money as we did for these vehicles I would think we would get a little more honesty from the service department. I was very dissatisfied and would not recommend them.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. “Buster” was great!! He was very nice, answered my questions and made sure the numbers were right before I test drove the next vehicle. I highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market.

I bring my here Jeep for regular service & maintenance. I like that they offer a package deal for oil changes in advanced so I dont have to worry about paying every time I need to come in real quick.
My salesman was great and the whole process took less than 3 hours. Another place had done oil change on my Jeep and blew the motor within a week and a half of having it done. Took it to Hill Kelly and they took it as a trade and paid off my balance. And I got a brand new Charger!!
I was really disappointed with the service and experience I had today, I was told that it would only take 4 hours for repairs was there at 7:30am and left at 2:30pm was never offered a ride. The service guy (no names) was confused and lost.
I called asking about having my transmission fluid checked and was told because I said the gears changed a little ruff they could not check it unless I have work done on the transmission. Which doesnt make sence and she also said they couldnt check it for 2 months. It may be changing ruff because it need fluid.I cant believe they wont check it without doing work to it...its a closed system on a Dodge, I have no way of checking it. Terrible business for a dealership.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Hill-Kelly. My salesman, Prince Ash, was great. He worked with me, answered all my questions, and didnt pressure me, which is hugely important in my book.After purchasing, I noticed one of the doors didnt shut quite as easy as the other doors. The sales manager, David Milne, ensured that everything was made right and now the door is perfect. I am very happy with the service and attitude of every Hill-Kelly employee that I came in contact with, including the sales guy that opened the door for me yesterday morning. The big things, like getting the door fixed are great, but its the little things like making sure youre comfortable, and offering you coffee on a cold, rainy morning that make Hill-Kelly such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
My Salesman was Buster Hartford, very professional and knowledgeable about anything I asked . He went above and beyond what I was asking for while looking for my Jeep. He showed me several different ones and I finally decided on the first one he thought would best for me but again he was so patient in showing me so many. He made the entire experience so easy since I live out of state and could only come into the dealership on the weekends. When I showed up to pick up my Jeep, Buster had it ready and Andy in finance was just as amazing and quick with the paperwork ready to just sign and out the door. Again, Buster went over everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Yes, I would recommend Buster Hartford to any and everyone and I will return to him to buy again.

Our Salesman, one week ago today, was Prince Ash... He is the BEST! We didnt necessarily go to buy, but to look and see what they had... There was absolutely no pressure... it was a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.. We made a deal and out we drove with a 2018 Plum Crazy purple Challenger! He is patient and always willing to answer questions and help in anyway possible... Thanks Prince!
I had a awesome experience at Hill-Kelly Dodge with my salesmen being Greg King. I came in wanting a used Dodge journey but they recommended getting a new one because I didnt have a down payment. I left with a 2020 Dodge Journey within my budget! And awesome customer service. Also I have a 1 year old they had a little kids area for him to play in where I was within reach and could still fill out paperwork.

So I was looking at a newer vehicle for my wife something a little bigger, I started my inquiring online and was helped but a Ms Audrey and helped me get everything set up and the ball rolling. Set up a appointment to check on the vehicle in person and met Tim, he was on point and didnt stray away from the goal. He knew what I was interested in and he got me in a new 2020 journey without any hiccups. He even got me a hat which Im very grateful for lol. If you need a vehicle ask for Tim. If you need help in service ask for Beth. And the manager Kevin was involved in the sale and made sure everything was good to go. Thanks everyone Ill be back for a truck eventually.

This is the first time I’ve had exceptional service and I’ve been going for yrs now. My service advisor Brian went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. He explained everything to me as to why I was having the issues I was having with my vehicle, even went over my extended warranty info as to what’s covered and not. No one else had even taken the time to explain everything. He was polite and very easy to talk with

I had the best experience here! I was leery to begin with because we had an awful experience with Nissan. We had a sticky situation trying to get me out of a bad lease, so I was unsure if they could help. I knew a few people who had bought from here and recommended it, and they were 100 percent spot on. Andrew is who we worked with but there were many people along the way that went out of their way to help us and make sure we knew everything and had our questions answered. Thanks to the wonderful teamwork here we drove off in our Chrysler Pacifica today :)

The wife and I have bought a couple vehicles there the last few years and the experience has been pretty smooth. Unlike many dealers, the Hill-Kelly sales guys actually know what theyre selling. This is one of the few local dealers I will actually buy from. No real need to make the trip to Atlanta or Orlando when Hill-Kelly acts like a big boy dealership and treats you well with realistic pricing and without the typical runaround many of the local dealerships tend to do. Definitely coming here again.
My husband and I made an appointment to see a vehicle and we drove there after them sending me text twice that day to make sure we were still coming, when we got there we were left standing by the door while they went to go get it from the detail shop. Why was it at the detail shop when you knew we were coming to see it. So needless to say we were there for 45 minutes and did not get to see the vehicle. A total waste of our time. Our time is valuable also, time is money! So we wont be doing business there. I am sure someone at one of these dealership wants my business.
Went in to trade in our vehicle and buy a new one. We asked a bunch of questions about the paperwork and prices. We were satisfied with everything until a few days later. We went over the numbers and they werent making sense by what we were told before we signed. Called to ask about it and they told us they dont remember the conversation they had with us regarding the trade in price. And that there is nothing they can do now.
Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer..our salesman was Prince Ash...was the best buying experience...he worked with us on every area of our purchase.. It was late on Saturday afternoon past closing time and he made sure the vehicle was washed and even filled it up with gas. Would highly recommend asking for Prince when you are looking for a vehicle at this dealership. And Jay the sales manager worked with us on our trade and made it happen..gave us a fair price and was great to work with .
Made a deal for a new Rubicon, in the color I wanted, after Internet manager, another salesman, finally passed to a 3rd salesman. Over the period of a week, I spoke with salesman 7 times. Had a quote in hand, asked him 7 different times Is that Tax+Title+and License out the door, Im traveling 200+ miles, when I get there Im going to write you a check for this amount, Circled in a Quote, Salesman said No, youll have to add $20 dollars for temp tag. So we agreed 6 more times on a price, I asked him to add a spray in Bed Liner, he wouldnt do without a deposit. I sent a $500 deposit. When I got there, I sat down to write him a check for agreed price, he kept asking me to wait, We sat down with finance manager, He then added Tax + Title and License which added to the price of course, I called the salesman out on it, He tried to make it seem like I was trying to get out of paying Tax, I told him no, I asked you 7 times is this quote with Tax+Title and License you said YES, now youre adding to your quote after I paid a deposit. He said well Im only charging you half the tax youll pay the rest when you get back to Louisiana, I went off on the salesman, which copped an attitude after LYING to me. He then stated well if you dont buy the vehicle since I added a Spray In bed liner, you forfeit your deposit. I closed my checkbook and walked out. These people are LESS THAN HONEST, and figure after you drive mies away to buy from them youll just accept their deal. I purchased a Jeep that afternoon from a dealership who made an acceptable deal, But whatever you do, AVOID this dealership at all costs..... and NO my deposit wasnt returned, so he made $500 Dollars, and Im quite sure added it to the price of the Jeep for someone else to pay for twice. and after I closed my checkbook and started walking out, he went and asked his sales manager if he wanted to work something else out with the Jeep, of course they didnt want to work anything out with the price. The price went up $5,000 Dollars. I have told my Jeep club, and everyone I know, AVOID this place, and if your an Internet buyer, BeWARE!! This place is a Ripp OFF and will lie to you in a second. Definitely not the place you can trust to spend $60,000 dollars, they have no Integrity at all. IMO
We purchased a used car from Hill Kelly on 8/3. The car buying process was not as efficient as it could have been. One of the documented conditions of us buying the car was having the dealership touch up a few nicks in the paint. We were assured this would not be a problem and that the dealership had a guy that they used to complete this type of work.We were told someone would call us on 8/5 to schedule this paint touch up. Of course, no one called, so I called the store at 6pm on 8/5. I was transferred to multiple people before finally reaching someone that said they could help. I was told that this work could not be scheduled until the week of 8/12, because paint work could not be done when rain was forecast or the paint would not dry appropriately.As soon as I ended that phone call, I looked at the forecast, and clearly noticed there was rain forecast for every day the week of 8/12. However, there was not rain forecast for most days the week of 8/5. I called back and explained the weather and asked to schedule the work for 8/7. I was told that would be fine.When my husband and I arrived to pick up our new car, we could not believe what a horrible job Hill Kelly had done on the paint work. It looks like someone took some white out and unevenly spread it onto the car.When we spoke to General Manager Kevin Bragg, he said he would not go into the parking lot to look at the paint work. He also said he had already seen it, and this quality of work was fully acceptable to him and that if we were looking for a better paint job, that we should have bought a new car.He then refused to speak to us any further, because he said he had no idea what had been promised to us on the day we purchased the car, since the staff that was present was on vacation for the next week. He said this, despite all transactions being fully recorded with sound, as is stated in Hill Kellys dealership in multiple locations. Additionally, their empty promise to touch up the paint work is in the documentation we signed while purchasing our car.It is additionally notable that during our conversation with Kevin Bragg, he put his hand up in my husbands face and asked him to stop speaking.I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I have included photos if anyone has interest in the level of quality of work Hill Kelly and Kevin Bragg find acceptable.

Stopped in to look at a few Jeeps. Didnt find the one I was looking for and was chased off by the rain but it was a no pressure atmosphere. I didnt talk to anyone while there. I walked inside to check out the Ram TRX and one person said hello as he walked by. I wasnt able to buy that day so it was all the better.
Was treated very well with all Associates at Hill Kelly. Thed was very knowledgeable on the truck I purchased and walked me through every part of it. We was treated so good there that we returned 3 days later to purchase a car
Outstanding service. Aaron is a top notch Service Representative. He had the mechanics quickly troubleshoot my problem to get me back on the road same day. Although I never met the mechanic, his/her work was stellar. I feel like I have a new Jeep again.Thank you to the entire team at Hill-Kelly!
