As a person that DETEST everything to do with buying a car, I have to say this was a low-pressure, nearly enjoyable experience. Great sales person (I know! What car salesperson is even tolerable?) General manager is friendly and engaging. You have to ask for every penny, but they are VERY reasonable and dont make it a fight just to get a new vehicle. My experience was enjoyable and I would recommend giving them a try.
I wasn’t looking to buy a car today I was just looking for great prices. But the people at the Mazda dealership in Pensacola were amazing the sales manager James, my sales associate Caleb and the Internet specialist Asia we’re just amazing people. And if I plan on buying another car I would totally go there to get my vehicle.

My Mazda was totaled back in early July and I was driving my husband’s gas guzzler of a truck anywhere I needed to go. I had an amazing experience here, from the stage of just looking to actually buying.I was looking for the perfect compact SUV at a ton of dealerships this weekend, and ended my search at Mazda. Everyone here was extremely nice, but I have to give a shout out to our salesman Sandy Mcmurphy! He was so kind, personable, and down to earth. We didnt experience that horrible stereotypical salesperson mentality. Sandy answered every question we had and was very patient as we were trying to make a decision. He listened to what features we needed, and found a vehicle that fit us perfectly!We left Mazda without a new car on Saturday to go home and think on the decision, and Sandy was very understanding of that. We already knew wed be back to buy the car on Monday, and sure enough, we did!The buying process was smooth and simple, to the point. I dropped off my car for two open recalls. The staff members were nice and friendly. My only only complaint is that they said my car would be done by Saturday but when I called They said the car wasnt done. I wish they gave me a call or text about the car not being done yet but eventually they told me Monday about what was going on and that the part they order wasnt in yet but they apologized and did some stuff for me while they had it and when they got done with it Tuesday they apologized again about what happened but other then that they were very friendly and kind and I recommend them for sure 👍

Received a recall notice from Mazda. Took my car to Sandy Sansing Mazda (where we purchased our car new). They kept my car for two weeks then called and told me parts were unavailable to do the recall repairs. The service department said to come pick-up my car because there was nothing further they could do. So after two weeks in the shop, my car was returned to me without being repaired. Very disappointed is Sandy Sansing Mazda.

The staff in the repair department are wonderful. My son purchased his first car, a new-used Mazda (not from Sandy Sansing), and they were helpful in answering all questions and concerns. Went in for an oil change and swapped some filters. Service was great! The service desk staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were open to my questions and concerns and offered great solutions.
It was an overall positive experience. After a smooth test drive of the Mazda 6 and some negotiations we agreed on color and pricing for a lease. They didn’t have the color I wanted in stock so we went with something else slightly cheaper and I was accommodated quickly. The paperwork took longer then it should have but at the end of the day flexibility is key on both sides and I walked out happy with my lease.
I went to check out the CX-5. They took me for a test drive in a CX-5 Signature which I found out had a turbo and an upgrade to NAPA leather seat trim. The main thing I was looking for was a comfortable ride and it fit the bill. They ended up selling me a CX-5 without the turbo. I took the car back and they sold me the Reserve which I thought was like the car I test drove. After driving the car for three months I hated the car so much I ended up trading it for a Honda Hybrid and took a $5,000 hit and I love it. The seats were so hard that after a short drive my back was killing me and it took my wife several minutes to get in out of the car. Wish I had done my homework.

I have been using Sandy Sansing Mazda for 4 years now and have always been happy. The person who always schedules my appointments is Tracy. She is very knowledgeable about the job she is doing. I trust her to tell me the truth if I need to fix something or do extra maintenance. She is a gem! She is also the one who always checks me in and out. The technicians in the back are also very good about explaining things to me. Another thing I like about them is if my appointment is at 9am, they get started right when i get there. I have never had to wait any longer than necessary. I actually drive 30 minutes to come here because of the treatment I receive. I would definitely recommend them. My next car will be another Mazda from this dealership. I am that pleased.

I had purchased a vehicle through one of those online delivery sites. Well after 4 weeks I still had no car. Because I was moving soon I had to cancel that sale and was in a time crunch. The salesperson Demarcus Horne was great, had great personality and was very helpful and accommodating. I would come back to see him again for purchase but I gave 4 stars because of the finance and warranty salesperson who in my opinion was rude and his communication skills were hard to understand and I felt I was a number more than a customer who he was glad to receive business from. Other than that the process was easy and almost a perfect experience.

I went to Eastern Shores Toyota last month on someone’s referral. I was told the best they could do with my payments was $610!!!! I was reluctant to try somewhere local. I thought I wanted the CX-5 but when I saw the Mazda 3 in candy apple red I was in love. I never wanted a red car but Mazda red is beautiful! Paul was my salesperson and boy he went above and beyond. I got a payment only $17 than I requested and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I previously owned a 2010 Mazda 6 and I toyed with the idea of purchasing a different, however when I stepped on the lot and I met Austin I just knew I was making the right decision in making an upgrade to the 2018 Mazda 6! I had a great experience with sandy sansing mazda all because of Tracy in the service department. We had brought my husbands car in to see what was wrong with it and although it was beyond repair in our eyes (needed a new motor) Tracy was very informative, honest and upfront about the cost of repairs vs what the car was worth. We ended up leaving the car there for about 2 months while searching for a new car for my husband and was never hassled one time about the car remaining there although they knew we had no intentions on having the car fixed but that it would be going towards a trade in. Did the oil change after the Christmas Day, weren’t many people there, the service was pretty fast. The lady at the service counter was very nice and helpful. Giving 4 start is because they did not fill the windshield fluid up when the service paper says they did. We checked it right after we got home and the level was still the same as before we went there.

Service department here really saved the day! Another shop fixed part of my car but couldnt fix it all. Found out the tech there and replaced the the wrong part to begin with! Very professional, made recommendations on places to stay (came in late in the day), and even drove me to the hotel. I would like to thank them all for getting me back on the road and headed home!
Would never buy a vehicle here. First time I have ever walked out of a dealership without test driving a vehicle. Because of your saleswoman, it probably cost you a sale. She made us feel like we were bothering her. She was rude and very condescending. I could not believe the amount of times she rolled her eyes at us. We told her which vehicle we were interested in and she responded with Why. Not sure if she was angry because all the other sales people were eating lunch, and she wasnt. We went across the street and purchased from Alfa Romeo. The experience was like night and day

I had a brake issue with my car and knew it was probably going to be involved as I brought my car to NAPA first, who told me to go.to.the dealer. They trouble shooted it for days and replaced a few different parts that were not working quite right. They were even gave me a discount. Good service.
