Went in 2 days before our wedding looking for a specific ring and found it, but to small. They said they would probably have to cut it and add a solid piece of white gold and to our surprise they didn’t! They were able to stretch it. It’s perfect! And also got it done within 24 hours!

Went to get me wifes ring resized. And were in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. Did some looking around while they were getting the paperwork squared away and instead of trying to sell me something they only asked if I had any questions regarding items in the case or specialty made jewelry. Very polite and refreshing staff team.

Watch out buying anything from Jared!!!!Buyer Beware ....In the last 2 years, we have made 3 major purchases at Jared ....... over 5 figures in purchases .........because of the opportunity to eliminate customer services .... (and blame it on Covid)Jared will not honor their warranties - protection agreements .....Anyway..... thanks for nothing Jared! You sell, you try on, you size your sales ....You Fake your “abundance of caution” when it’s customer service - not money making ....* funny * after refusing to complete sizing - the manager is trying to sell other merchandise ....Disingenuous! Short Cuts!

Cathy at Jareds was very professional and helpful. My wife brought her engagement ring of 56 years to be looked at because she thought another jeweler switched the diamond on her after cleaning it. Cathy assessed the diamond as the original but stated the clips holding the diamond needed to be repaired because the diamond might fall out. So we had that done. Cathy then sent photo copies of the diamond and ring from all angles via email so we would have a permanent record of the diamond for our file. Great service, reasonable price, Cathy was great. The entire staff including the gemologist made for a pleasant experience. In fact we bought an $1,800 enhancement for the ring. We will do business there in the future, Im thinking of upgrading the diamond.

In December I stopped in Jared to get a price for resizing my wedding ring set. I spoke directly with a manager who then took my set back to the onsite jeweler to make sure they could be resized. At that time he came back and told me it would not be a problem to resize my set, they could do it for $250, on site and same day. I didnt have the money at the time, took his card and told them I would come back. Today I went into that same Jared, spoke with the same manager but this time they told me they could not resize my set. Said it would have to be mailed off and I would need to wait at least 30 days to get it back. I dont have a problem with the fact that they cant do it, my problem was with the way the situation was handled. Needless to say I left there and took my business to another jeweler in town. I will not be returning to Jared. Bigger advertising budget does not mean better service.

Sales person was super helpful and friendly. For those of you looking for diamonds for special occasions or just looking to upgrade stones Jareds does have a trade up program. Im taking advantage of that since I already have a stone. Its only good for diamonds though they dont do trade in for any other stone.

Great customer service! We bought a necklace in from Jared in 2013 that recently acquired a small cosmetic issue. I was so sad! We brought it in and within 15 minutes they completely replaced the piece with a brand new one. Thank you!!!

My fiancé bought me an amazing engagement ring and this is why I gave it one star . I have had it on my finger for less than two weeks and two of the diamonds on the band fell out ! Personally jewelry should never loose its diamonds if their made right . Driving two hours to another Jared to see if they can make my whole ring secure. Feel like such a beautiful ring was poorly put together .

So far, not impressed. My wife and I purchased a Vera Wang ring for over $3000. The sales person was very attentive, up until she closed the sale. As soon as we agreed to purchase the ring, she abruptly turned us over to another associate. On to her next prospective sale! Also, without my permission she added a service contract for $200. When I told the associate I didnt want the contract, I was nearly coerced to add it back to the sale. I didnt. When I got home, I discovered that the paperwork for the ring didnt describe the ring in detail, just the stores SKU. I called the store and requested a more detailed itemization, I was told that I would have to return to the store to get it. They wouldnt email or fax it to me, nor would they agree to mail me the information. They told me they didnt have a way of emailing or faxing it to me. !! Seriously? When I told the associate that if I had to return to the store to get a simple form which should have been included anyway I would be returning the ring. Only then did they agree to mail it to me. Im still waiting for this to arrive. I plan on returning the ring to the store if I dont get the information I requested soon. The ring is beautiful, the store is beautiful, the stores after-care customer service is ugly. We went to Jareds because we thought they would be more professional; I should have shopped elsewhere.

I went to this store once and will never return. The sales lady that waited on me was friendly until she asked what my price range was. I told her what I could afford and apparently it was too low for her to bother with me. Her demeanor changed immediately and so I left without making a purchase.

Best customer service all around from employees all the way up to the GM. Had my fiancés ring resized the other day & later one of the diamonds on the side fell out which yes is upsetting. I had called in the morning before they opened to notify someone & when I came in later that day everyone knew & I was taken care of immediately. I received a call about an hour after I left From one of the assistant managers who was on her way to deliver the ring to my house so I didnt have to leave again, still mind blown that they went out of their way to do that. I want to say thank you to everyone who was working today & let you know we are customers for life & we look forward to doing business with you very soon. Thank you again for everything!

Ruined my 10 year anniversary evening. My husband brought me in to pick out some jewelry and this sales woman was trying to force him to purchase something I didnt like nor want to spend that much, she said it wasnt my money, then told me I would look good in a coffin wearing it. HORRIBLE

We had jewelry repaired there, which was at too high a price in my opinion, but we were already in the store and wife was anxious to get her favorite jewelry fixed. Returning to get the item, wife wanted to look at rings, and found one she loved. We were told about the 12 month no interest financing, but never told that it would be through a credit card application in my name to a bank I would never have agreed to. First clue was when the NEW credit card came in with a stated interest rate of over 27%, tied to the market. It took a few calls to that bank, but the account should be closed now once payment processes, and the never agreed to credit pull will be removed from my credit record. Other than the warranty inspection and cleaning to maintain warranty, they will never see me in their store again and never get one more dime of business from me!NEVER use Jareds financing, they do not offer in-house financing and you will be getting a HIGH interest rate credit card without your informed consent. I wonder how many young couples have suffered from this ruse?

My fiancé received a credit card statement in the mail that he had a payment of over $150 to make. First off, my fiancé did apply for the credit card and got approved. But he never PURCHASED a ring. The sales associate Linda, said to my fiancé, We can go ahead and order the ring for you, but you will NOT be charged until you come and pick it up. Then, we got the statement in the mail... In my opinion, if youre being charged for the ring, then you should have the ring. My fiancé never received the credit card in the mail either... So, how was he being charged?! Went up there yesterday to fix the situation. The manager Michael was disrespectful, questioning my fiancé over and over when clearly he had the statement in his hand, and yall had the ring in the back, and even brought it out. Was hoping for a really good experience at Jareds, but not now. Yall just lost a sale of about $3,000.

Loyal customer, spent thousands there. One of them was a thousand dollar movado watch and the battery died in a year and they wanted to charge me for it. Never going shop here or at any other jareds, kays or zales. Since ive had similar problems in the past with them as well. I would give a negative rating if such option was available.

I went in and asked for my semiannual diamond inspection and also a ring cleaning, and they didnt clean it. I didnt realize until I left, and was almost to my next destination. Was disappointed! Also customer service was minimal at this location, not very friendly at all, and it was only midday.

The customer service was good up until financing offered 12 mo 0% interest never mention 20% down got first bill which had a crazy interest rate call the store General Manager that sold me the ring was very rude and unprofessional so to all be warned stay away from this store and to all my military friends get the word out stay away from Jared Pensacola Florida Cordova Mall
