This store is cute. Very neat and organized. You can tell the employees stay on top of it. Its like a more lit up and better marketed dollar store, but for $10 or less instead, and better quality items/more selection. Awesome place if youre looking for a gift for someone without breaking the bank. Got a nice makeup sponge here for only $3. And a good screen protector for my phone for $5.

I went to this store on Friday and was greeted by the lady that was working the front. She was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I walked around the store and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of items I found. I purchased a screen protector and a air pod case. Check out was simple and easy. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Really cute store. Has a lot of things to offer and goodies to buy. Some things are really neat and cool gadgets to have for adults and kids alike. A wide variety of different things from accessories to clothing. Really great ideas for gifts especially the holiday is coming soon. There is something for everyone and what ever you are browsing for your love ones or yourself. And when checking out, you do it yourself but theres someone there in case you dont know what to do!

The kids and I love this place. The only thing I dont like it takes awhile for this one to get new stuff. So we have to go every couple of weeks. Other than that its super clean and great quality in some items for the price.

This five below is well organized and clean and staff is helpful. However, they either run out of things quickly or are late to put out seasonal items in comparison to other five below. Overall still pretty good.

I was back in my hometown of Pensacola, FL visiting and to my surprise I found out they had a Five Below so surely I had to go check it out with my little sister and I was not disappointed. The store was clean, well stocked, and the self checkout was a breeze but the best part was the customer service! I always try to remember names so I can recognize the associates when I do my reviews and to my surprise I believe I remember them all this is how friend they were. The Manager, Mrs.Theresa was a gem, Ricky and Sandra were doing a great job of ushering on the checkout line had it moving swiftly. And Nate and Ashley were holding down the floor by readily assisting us with any questions we have. For safety purposes, I was so pleased to see everyone wearing their masks. I hope you all keep up the good work!

FIVE & Below has been such a blessing to PCS Outreach Ministries non- profit organization for over a year Now. The assistant manager Theresa on Airport is fantastic she helped us tremendously with assisting us with ringing up over 80 Toys within 20 mins. I will definitely be back!

I always find what I need, the stores is always neat and customer service is always on point!

I would definitely go here if you are looking for hard to find candy, they have a pretty good selection outside of a shop that specializes in candy!

This store has all kinds of neat things

We came 10 minutes before closing time and they had the door locked. All I needed was headphones 🎧 ... the guy was literally standing there at the door laughing & socializing with coworkers refusing our business. 10 minutes before closing. So unprofessional.

It was ok. It isnt one of my personal favorite stores though so my review is biased. It has some good deals but a lot of the stuff is cheap made in China packaged to look better than it really is. Customer service wasnt great either.

My favorite bargain shopping store.

I was actually quite surprised to see all the awesome items available. The store was clean, employees were helpful and friendly, and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Great product and deals! Was greeted with a warm welcome and had great customer service from the managers and staff!

Constant closing announcements starting 30 minutes before close make you feel unwelcome and rushed. 30 minutes prior? How about instead of closing announcements, you provide customer service to people assisting in their selections? 5 employees in the store, not one register open, had to check ourselves out. Then the register wouldnt take cash!! Had to wait for a manager to fix. Product and pricing are great. Store was not well recovered, far more than just one days shopping would cause. Lots of empty pegs and shelves. Bathroom was rough. If the store focused more on service to drive sales, than on saving payroll at closing, perhaps the store would look better. Will not be back.

It is crazy i walk in there the last few times and things are NOT 5 snd below anymore they are getting products that are now costing 10 dollars so that means they got cheaper made items to replace the 5 dollar stuff..thats not cool..if they get any higher idk if ill shop there anymore..and they need to change the name or something too..because 5 and below doesnt suit or fit it anymore..

Great selection and great prices, but it took forever waiting at the cash register to get a cashier to ring me up. A cashier came up to me and tried to direct me to the self checkout instead of checking me out himself, which I feel is incredibly rude and lazy. Terrible customer service.

For now its a 3. Last time I went there were so many empty shelves its like they didnt restock after the holidays. There was hardly anything which way very disappointing. Since this isnt the norm I rated them a 3 but I really hope they restock and get back to normal
