Can hardly call this place a business when they aren’t even open during their scheduled business hours. I tried coming in during their normal hours and no one was there, lights completely shut off. Are they even in business?

The two men are wonderful and l believe they are siblings. It took them 30 minutes to fix my i-phone8+ screen .The price may be on the high side but, I will give them 5 stars.

Todd at Choice was very knowledgeable and fixed a problem correctly that another place in town try to fix but made my phone worse. These guys are very friendly and experienced in repair. Another plus is the store was very clean which was not the case at the other place I went to. I highly recommend them and will go back in the future. Thanks again for the great service.

My sons phone had a broken screen and dead battery. It only took them 30min to fix. The owners are not punctual for the times posted. We stopped by 3 or 4 times when they b.c were supposed to be open and they were closed. I called the 5th time and left a message. They did call back and was glad they were able to fix it fast. His phone works great and now my teenager is not depressed anymore. Though he did break the screen three days later, lol! We will be back!

Hands down the best place to buy used phones or have your phone repaired. Good, honest owners who are always helpful. We will only buy our phones here!

The owner Todd is a complete scam artist. And after reading his other reviews I am 100% convinced he has no morals with business. I purchased a vehicle from him and it broke down 20 miles after my purchase. He claimed there was only one issue with the car and completely failed to mention that there was a transmission leak somewhere. I drove 15 miles and the engine light came on and all of the transmission fluid was dripping out of it. I contacted him. He claimed nothing was wrong with it when he had it. Hahaha. What a guy.

Came in last minute last night in the freezing cold with a broken screen that I needed desperately fixed for work. Guys stayed late and fixed it as well as even put my screen protector on for me. Great service! I’ll be back again

My girlfriend went in there and bought a used phone that cost 500+ and the phone was acting up, nobody told her anything was wrong with it!! The touch screen had problems and wouldnt work at times then finally the phone crashed she took the phone back under 30 days wich is there policy and told her she could only get store credit back less then what she paid for... Since she couldnt get her money back she used her store credit to get another phone and it was also broken so she went to get it fixed and gave her a broken screen and charged her $60.

The reason for the one star is due to customer care/service. Awful experience! Purchased a phone $500+ on the spot, assured me that I was okay for 30 days to return the product for a full refund...went in there 3 weeks later (22 days to he exact) to return the item and get my money back due to family/plan troubles and was completely shut down. I was told that wasnt there policy and they couldnt help me other than to buy the phone back for nearly $100 less than what I paid for it. But wait, if the gentleman who told me this originally was there at this time, maybe that would help? Nope. Even the supposed owner of the store was there, and witnessed the employee not denying anything I was claiming he said, gave zero care or concern for the issue. Ended up walking out and sold the phone to another person in need on my own and took a loss. Will not go back and wouldnt recommend it due to their lack of care and communication issues. Management needs serious work here! Beware of their whatever it takes to make the sale attitude and good luck if you ever have an issue with a phone from them.

Sold me a broken phone then blamed me for breaking it and then raised his voice arguing with me in front of another customer. Very unprofessional. Will never go there again.

I took my iPhone 5 to this place to simply have the broken screen replaced. The owner destroyed the phone . This place is a wrecking ball. Do not go to him for anything. He denied breaking my phone . But I was told by qualified repair experts that he did damage my phone.Lost a lot of data that I wish I still had.

Be very careful with this place dont believe what they say. I traded a factory unlocked note edge for a, supposedly unlocked note 4. At the time I was with att. Then 2 months later I wanted to switch carriers like I did on my note edge, and the note 4 they traded me was still under contract with att. Meaning someone still owed $$$ on the phone. And att will not discuss anything about the cell that they traded me and it surely not unlocked note 4. I called them back and the guy that did the trading said he said nothing about being unlocked, but was a lie as he said it was at time of sale. Be careful with the phones he has. He said almost all phones he has are locked not unlocked.

My experience here was horrible. My ipad screen was replaced, yet, in doing so they snipped the wifi antenna and busted the home key. The salesman denied it and was rude to me, he claimed he didnt do it....watch any youtube video on this bud, maybe you could learn how to do it right instead of rip people off for the $70 you charge to bust their devices.
