By far THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ATT. The manager refused to give me my upgrade phone 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I talked to customer service and they assured me there should be no issue. To make matters worse he disconnected my phone service!!!! OH AND HE GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PHONE BY MISTAKE.
I sent my maintenance supervisor in with our cracked maintenance phone to get it replaced today. He had a phone he was replacing it with and he just needed a new Sim card. Since I am the owner of the account they sent him away saying I had to personally be there. I don’t know why I couldn’t have gotten a phone call from the store to authorize this…I have authorized actions on my account before, now he is going in to be gone for several days and I’m stuck with a broken maintenance phone because they wouldn’t just work with us. I’ve been an AT&T customer for years and years and years. Literally as long as I can remember. I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service until now.

This manager needs to be fired. He gave my sister’s phone to the wrong person, didn’t ask for an ID or anything just gave it to them.

I was having a problem with my IPhone putting different appointments on my Day to Day calendar. I tried to click on the appointment to delete it. No luck. In the store, I told Shane the problem. He suggested something to do to fix it. Only problem was I could not recall my Apple ID password. Shane told me what to do when I got the password. Came home, did what he said. Looked to see if it worked, and it did perfectly. Thanks a lot Shane!
The 4 stars are for the incredibly professional and personalized service that our rep gave us at the Perrysburg, Ohio location. However, I give ZERO STARS to the two other reps that were working that day. We were interrupted twice by these two employees who would try to give us unsolicited advice usurping what our rep was trying to tell us. Our rep was great and these two employees were pushy, intrusive and annoying to say the least. They were not helpful and we ended up going with the recommendations of our rep. The female even went as far as to tell my husband that the screen protector hed picked out wasnt good then proceeded to slap a different one down in front of us. The other male associate interrupted our transaction with our associate and lied and told us that if we walked out without insurance on our phones that we lost our window and wouldnt be able to get it at all. We know that was not true and he only made himself look like a fool! Hed be great working as a used car salesman, but he was a bad representation of your company. Our rep was so patient and never said a word, but we knew he was embarrassed. We were embarrassed for him! If AT & T would like to email me Ill be happy to give you names. PLEASE EMAIL ME!!!

We have had a fantastic experience every time we go into this store. Since it is an actual factory retail store (and not just an authorized retailer) they are able to answer all our questions about our devices and our plan. When debating which plan to go with, the service rep laid out the cost of each plan with whichever discounts would give us the best deal. In addition he patiently went through each question we had and even set up HBOmax for us on our phones. Well done AT&T!

This store is the only reason my wife and are are with at&t. We had some serious issues with online and over the phone customer service. As well as a terrible experience with the Findlay Ohio store(on tiffin ave). We were directed here after the BG store made us aware that they were a corporate store and had a fuller service available.The saleswoman I spoke with was very polite, knowledgeable and driven to help. The manager was also amazing. Their customer service and work ethic was exactly what you should expect, but miles and miles above any other AT&T representative we had experienced.The switch to AT&T has been very rocky and filled with frustratingly rude representatives. In hind sight, if my wife and I had just went to THIS store in person I think we would have been over the moon with AT&T.

After 3 hours on the phone with customer service, AT&T still could not reset my password of their own app, so out of desperation and anger I went into a local store and told the problem to an employee, who got the app reset and all my problems fixed in less than 30 minutes! So SHANE at the Perrysburg store is the only reason I did not quit being a customer w ATT. THANK YOU SHANE SO VERY MUCH!!!

Every time I have been here I have been promptly help. They can and do get busy, but they take the time to help every customer fully. Wait times can sometimes be a bit long but well worth it for the level of customer service. I have never had a bad experience with them, and Ive been there quite a few times. Stop in with any questions or concerns and Im sure they can help you.

Bought two phones in store, one for myself and one for my wife. One phone was in stock and my phone had to be ordered and sent to the store. Fine with me, I can wait. The lady that helped us the first time was awesome and very helpful, making the process extremely easy.Once my phone arrived in store, I went to pick it up. Everything was going fine until it came time to set up the new phone. Although it took some time to backup my old phone, the girl helping me could not figure out why my information was not downloading onto the new phone. I did show up about 45 minutes before the store closed, not thinking it would take more than that to get my new phone set up and ready to go. I was still at the store 15 minutes after closing, still with my new phone not set up. The girl‘s belief was to keep restarting the new phone hoping it would magically work after the fourth or fifth time restarting it. That did not work, so I decided I didn’t want to make the girl stay any longer and took the phone home to figure it out. Suffice to say, all I needed to do was UPDATE my old phone and Bam it worked and new phone was all set up.Then came time to take my old phone back to be traded in. Walked into the store and told the guy I needed to trade my phone in, as I had already gotten my new phone that the store ordered for me. He tells me that I need to send the phone back in the box that I received it in. I explain to him that the box my new phone was sent to the store in did not have a return label, therefore making me unable to do that, as I had also been told by the two previous workers I dealt with that I would just need to bring the phone to the store to trade it in. Guy continues to say I have to send my phone in on my own and that they will not do it. I explain the entire situation again and guy again says they won’t take it. Guy seemed to really not care whether he helped me or not and I felt as if I was getting shown the door with the “tough luck” attitude from him. I then asked to speak with the manager, which seemed to make him care even less about helping me and he finally went over and asked another co-worker for assistance. Co-worker comes over and has the issue figured out within a few minutes and I finally get my phone traded in. After these experiences, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store, as they clearly don’t value their customers.

Very helpful group of people with a good sense of humor. On a holiday, when they were closing early, they still offered to help setup a pair of wearables we had just purchased. All around pleasant group of people. (Otherwise its what you expect from AT&T. The items we wanted were in stock and in the colors we were looking for.)

They are experts at dodging the responsibilities. I were told that they do not solve problems made by other AT&T customer service department. They handle the same problems only if they themselves made the mistake. Vince is OK, though not willing to help but at least being patient. Andrew is arrogant and do not care about customers. As a customer, I will switch to another carrier, and will try my best to persuade my friends to stay away from AT&T.

Other than crappy service and unreasonable data overages, their customer service is less than sub par. I had to cancel my cell phone plan so I could switch carriers and have my company pay for my phone bill. Their store associate misled me with little information on how to take my phone from at&t to my new carrier. Instead of telling me I could pay my phone off and have it unlocked to take to a different network, they instead told me it was strictly an at&t phone and could not be taken to another carrier. As ridiculous as this was, I find it even more upsetting that I cant even pay off my phone once my account was cancelled. I am trying to give them money and they make it literally impossible.
