Even as a fairly new hire, Alex M went out of his way to take care of all four family members. We had very tight time schedules due to our daughter getting married and the other one in from Texas. He was able to not only sort everything out, but also helped me get the phone I was looking for. Returned a smart watch, within the 14 days grace period. After realizing we werent ever going to use it, and it most certainly wasnt free like they had told us it was.Here we are months later and still being charged for a watch we dont even have. Went into the store about it, they told us we were good to go and it was taken care of. And that wasnt the case as we were yet again charged.Called them and were told they verified the return they just needed to get some things straight and they would call me back.Its been a week and no one has called back of course. So we called customer service. They claim they have no proof the watch was returned. And have no proof of where the watch is! And that they suspended that line, but I needed to go back into Verizon and have then call customer service to sort it out or I was going to be charged the remaining $400 for the watch. THAT WAS RETURNED 2 MONTHS AGO AND I DONT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. I was also told to never trust the representatives and what they say so thats comforting.Im not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones. But this is just insane to me.

This is an update to the review.I purchased my phones and transferred my service a year ago at their location in Perrysburg, OH. I spent over 3 hours in their store as the girl who helped was newer and learning which was fine. She was having issues transferring our numbers which I completely understood. The real issue came after I signed up. I was quoted a price of around $130 give or take a few dollars a month for our plan. So I left not thinking much about it and trusting them (my fault) that the plan was setup correct. I placed our billing on auto payments and forgot about it. After a few months I was auditing out account and noticed that we were billed $337, $208 and $230 for the previous 3 months.I immediately went to their store to speak to the manager who told me without my paperwork proving that they screwed up there was nothing he could do. He did make changes to bring our bill down to the price that it should have been at least. Some time later I decided to make a review of my experience to warn others. Their customer service at corporate saw this and reached out to me to find out what happened.I explained the situation and they said that it looked like I should be credited back the amount of the overages. However, they had to send it to upper management for approval. I knew then what answer I would receive.My phone call today was one that I fully expected. They said upper management wouldnt approve the refund because they had no way to see the contract and since I had signed and their manager changed my payment to the correct one that they would consider that a plan change.My advice if you are dealing with their locations make sure that you read the whole contract before doing anything and make sure that no matter what you do not misplace your contract as I had when we purchased our new house and moved.My background is as a retail store manager and I have seen some bad management decisions. This is one of them. My purchase from them was the first and last I will be making from their company.My advice to this company is to take a look at the training program and paperwork storage as it seems you are unable to locate paperwork that in todays digital age is easy to store and keep for a number of years. I do commend your customer service rep Brittany who did an outstanding job and genuinely felt bad to call me about upper managements decision.

Double talking, money robbing company I have run across in my years....scams and excuses...I pay for a insurance plan....but Ive got to go elsewhere from who I pay the insurance to, to get a new replacement...my mistake...just the week before they told me it wasnt worth using my insurance...only to be charged 35.00 for a transfer.. LOL...they dont tell anyone that! All of you wake up and run from these crooks!

Beware! My teenager saved enough money to buy her own iphone. We came to Cellular Sales because they had the best deal, $200 off with a trade in. The store manager, Reem, helped us with our transaction. My daughter traded in her old phone which was in great shape, and we were told we would see the $200 as a bill credit in a few billing cycles. That was in May, I just received my Verizon bill for Sept and STILL NO CREDITS. In fact, this whole time they are charging my bill as if I owe $200 extra. I have dealt with Verizon and Reem numerous times with NO results. I would recommend going to an actual Verizon Store or Best Buy (never had any issues with them).

I went in for a simple insurance issue and was told my Total Mobile Protection Plan didnt cover a new phone and I had to pay a deductible. This was false. I called the Verizon help center and my insurance DOES cover hardware issues out of my control, and what do you know there is no deductible to pay. Your staff were trying to get my to spend money and were so rude about actually trying to help me.Also the men I spoke with at this store should all be wearing their masks FULLY and not just covering their mouths. The men I talked to kept removing their mask in front of me. If you really care about your customers, public safety and health, you would enforce proper mask protocol for your employees at all times!

Hearing lots of bad reviews from this store, the phone kiosk inside Costco doesnt have extra fees and has Costco cards on top of promos that are Costco based as well. Good customer service and highly recommended. No shady sales here all phone cost without promos are 30-100 cheaper than all Verizon stores as well.

This was my 3rd time doing business at this store since moving to Perrysburg. Every time its been outstanding. This time it was above exceptional. I called trying to get a new phone for my wife because her employer was switching to work from home because of you know what, 19. Casey addressed my concerns and switched everything over from her dead phone and hooked her up with a new phone. She was in and out in 15 minutes and did everything on her lunch break. Erica was so helpful and accommodating throughout our time there. We previously had a poor experience at a Go Wireless location, so we went to this location because we heard great things about it. When we walked in we were greeted kindly and Erica started helping us right away. She had a few tricks up her sleeve to get us the best deal that we could possibly get. They didn’t have the color of phone that I really wanted, so they gave me a temporary phone and ordered the one that I wanted. It took a couple of days to get to the store, but Erica even came in on her day off to allow me to get my phone. Even after spending the whole day frustrated at another store, we left this location so happy and satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend going to this location for any of your phone needs!!

I went to this store thinking it was an actual Verizon store because there are no discernible markings inside or out showing it as a 3rd party store. They charged activation fees on top of Verizon’s activation fees. The salesman never disclosed they were separate fees. Also told me upgrading my phone, changing my plan, and adding a line my bill would go up $20/mo due to the changes he made. I reiterated what he said back to him and he said yes. My average bill went up $100/mo. Very poor disclosure of costs and fees. Shady sales practices. Go somewhere else.Edit: Now I find out the plans I asked for are not what I got. My hot spot was supposed to be upgraded but it’s gone.

I called the store and asked very specific questions regarding pricing, fees, and charges. I asked that they set a phone aside as I was coming in later that evening. When we got to the store there wasnt a phone set aside, nor would they match the price I had been quoted earlier. Surprise, there was also an additional fee that had not been disclosed over the phone. Im not sure if this was a bait and switch deal or just an ignorant employee giving me bad information over the phone. I felt like I was being called a liar when I had to show the salesman my phone to prove that I had called this store. I needed the phone so was going to just pay the nearly $75 more in fees and costs but I was not allowed to pay for the phone outright, I was told a portion had to be financed. No thank you. Needless to say, we left empty handed and extremely displeased.

Racial Profiling at its Finest!! Do not shop here!! My wife took my niece and nephew (who are Peruvian) to this location and ask an employee (Dan) if they could look at an iPhone and were completely blown off. He was rude, told them he didnt have the time to unlock the case to show them the phone, and refused to even tell them any information about the phone. They went there fully prepared to buy the phone and left with nothing.

The staff is professional and courteous. A week ago I purchased a new phone and bought a new case and screen protector for it. Less than a week later, the screen protector had a chip on the edge, I took it to verizon for an exchange and it was done seamlessly. I have never had a problem with this store.

Be very, very careful when dealing with this store. I switched from Sprint and was told Id get rebates of $900 via Mastercard for switching. Ended up getting $250 total and after calling Verizon and going into the store, got some measly credits applied to my bill that didnt come close to the amount I thought Id get. Are they shady or just incompetent at knowing what promotions they have ongoing? They were excited to get my business but cant make things right when the customers are unhappy.
