Stopped in for a screen protector and Alex took care of me.I have prepaid screen protector replacement coverage on my phone.For 2 months Ive tried to get it replaced with no luck.I travel 5 hours one way every 2 weeks and have stopped by a dozen different T-mobile stores.NOTHING THEY NEVER HELPED ME, ALL THEY TELL ME IS WE WILL ORDER INE AND SEND IT TO YOU.NEVER HAPPENED IN 2 MONTHS.ALEX, I POINTED OUT THAT ANOTHER PHONE IS ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME SO HE EXCHANGED MY SCREEN PROTECTOR AND IM VERY HAPPY.THANK YOU ALEX.WHEN I UPGRADE MY PHONES ILL BE BACK TO THIS STORE AND WORK WITH ALEX.THIS STORE IS 3 HOURS NORTH OF MY HOME TOWN LANCASTER OHIO.THANK YOU ALEX, SINCERELY Mike

Sprint and there employees are not worth my time or yours. I was verbally assaulted by an employee of this store last week for not having a “proper mask” when entering the store. I’ve worn bandannas in many stores around town like Costco and have had no issues. My nose and mouth were properly covered. I asked to speak to a manager and the associate repeatedly called me a “Karen”. We did not exchange names and my name is not Karen. I googled what being called a Karen means. There wasn’t a manager on site. I then asked to get them on the phone or call a district manager. Said they don’t wanna speak to any Karen’s that don’t wear masks. This is a franchise and I will be following up with the owners after I am done switching to Verizon.

Weve been Sprint customers for 18 years and in the past have had good experiences with this store. My husband went in today with plans of buying a new phone and the guy working (and what appeared to be his manager) said they couldnt help him and he needed to call and figure it out ourselves that they couldnt help us. Zero assistance and were very rude. It was baffling.

Called in to ask why my Sprint service hasn’t improved at all since they merged with T-Mobile. I saw the ads where they claim to have all these towers now. More than any other carrier. It’s all false marketing, misleading. They told me to do some updates once I got off the phone and I should be all set. Well I did my own research. They have towers and own cell sites but you can’t use them because the networks won’t be fully merged for 5-6 years because they gotta keep the old Sprint towers on for Boost customer that they divested to Dish. I’ll go back to Verizon and give them another shot in 5-6 years, ha!

Just came out of the store fuming MAD- don’t deal with Hannah If you have questions on your bill too troublesome to pull up your account for you - was told I had to call customer service- almost kicked us out of the store because of not having a mask on- barely walked in the door- Not posted on the door that it is REQUIRED- tried to show her on our phone we paid our bill auto pay via online bank she about jumped out her skin was very rude/ if you are in customer service- answer the questions and take care of your customers- Sprint is ridiculous rip off company.

Sprint is by far the worst company, the store may be nice but the company has the worst service. I was on call over night. Apparently my job called me two times I never received the call. My job even left me a message I didn’t get the message until 2 days later. When I reached out to them they took no responsibility. They even said maybe you should be checking in with your job if your on call. They took no responsibility as to having reliable service. So if you want reliable service you may want to avoid this company

Looking at the reviews saddens me. I’ve been coming to this store since it was open. Everyone is so respectful there and helpful. Lauren and David are ALWAYS friendly. I’m black and I’ve never been treated unfair. This store is the most honest and kind staff you’ll ever find in a cellphone store. I’ve considered switching before for a better deal and I never did because of the exceptional customer service. So if you are going to switch or upgrade or do whatever, id do it her over any other store.

I do not recommend Sprint. I took advantage of the 30 day trial and had a very bad experience using Sprint. The savings are not worth the headaches from poor customer service from the stores, online and the 1800 number. The lack of quality in the service compared to Verizon was very distinctive. And the fun didn’t end after I returned the phones. Because you have to sign up for automatic bill pay I got a bill for the first month of service and the full retail cost of the phone that I returned with in the trial period. I am still trying to get my money back on to my credit card (over $1000). Trying to save some money turned into a huge headache. You get what you pay for and it’s worth paying Verizon $20 to $40 per month just to avoid all the incompetence at Sprint.

I made an appointment at 7p.m. I waited for 40 minutes and they finally saw me. They never asked if I had an appointment but I told them I did. Apparently that didn’t matter. They setup my phones but couldn’t activate them. They blamed the other carrier I was porting from. This was not true. They said wait 4 hours and all should be good. I am guessing they wanted me out as it was the end of the night. The holdup was on the sprint side and all that needed to happen was to call to activate the phones of which I did not them. Within the time stated my phones were active. I received an email the next day that said I missed my appointment which I didn’t. The email stated that if I didn’t reschedule my order would be canceled. I activated everything I should be fine right? No. This morning everything was cancelled. Thank goodness for online chat as they were able to reactivate my service. I will never set foot in the Perrysburg store again. To say I am upset in an understatement

Make sure you get all the info before you sign up with Sprint. They try to seem super transparent but they are just illusionist like all other sales people. My bill jumped up over $30 after I upgraded a phone. The free phone in the buy one get one wasnt free anymore. I am outside the return policy and customer service wont help me.

I do not live in Perrysburg but work nearby so whenever I need to visit a Sprint store I visit this location. Great customer service and they are generally not overly busy so the wait time is zero to minimal compared to other high traffic locations. This location is also a repair center and are again quicker than any other repair location. I would highly recommend this Sprint location for all of your cell needs.

I drive truck and I pulled through to get me a starbucks. They offered me 25% off the car charger I needed just for getting a cup of coffee next door. Then they told me how I could save some money and getting a tab by changing to the new plan so I did it. This tab is gonna be great for those long trips. Best of all it was FREE!!! After a bad experience with another company we switched back to Sprint. Theyve been awesome in everyday. Unlimited everything at a great price. We even added a fifth line at no extra charge. The Perrysburg staff are all super helpful. They even mailed out one of our phones to an out of town family member. I highly recommend!!

I be at Sprints all over. I never had such a bad experience. I dont know if they got something against blacks or truckers. I am both so I suppose I be walking in with 2 strikes against me. I came through this way about 4 years ago and upgraded my phone. Just so happen to be in the area and having an issue with texting. I walk in they werent busy, no one in the store. Told me I gotta go to airport highway. Told them I was from out of town and just had a quick question. Guy and gal screamed at me what dont I understand they dont work on phones and to leave before they called the police. Yall messed up I making reports to corporate.

I had a wonderful experience at the sprint store on Fremont. Brian G. and Justin L. were very nice, courteous, professional, and answered every question my girlfriend and I had. Easy to say they really knew their stuff when it came to phones and plans. They were also pretty quick with the whole process. The thing that stuck out the most to me was their willingness to work with us on prices for cases for our overly priced phones. All in all it was surprisingly a good experience. Dont waste your time at this location. The representative contradicted the information on my online sprint account. He informed me that my account is ineligible for benefits that i was advertised to receive. I left and drove directly to another location in Toledo where i was helped and had no problems at all.

I called prior to going in about my options for cracked glass on my phone (not the LCD, just the glass). I have their insurance (which comes with a $200 deductible and basically just provides you with a refurbished phone), and wanted to see if there were any additional suggestions. The guy mumbled into the phone asking if they were big cracks or small cracks. I just said the glass had cracks running through it. He told me he couldnt help me because he didnt know how badly it was cracked and that it was like trying to diagnose a car over the phone. Incredibly rude and unhelpful.I proceeded to the store to get a straight answer and not only did I wait for over 30 minutes for my 3 minute question to be addressed, the associate was less than professional. My family has been with Sprint for over a decade and they did basically nothing to help my issue. The associate actually started texting while I was at the counter asking questions and continued to look down at his phone. I will never return to this location even though its about 3 minutes from my home. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Now i am going on 2 years and still have not seen the money for my tablet device. They are a joke! Was told we would save all this money with sprint and that was a joke. They added charges to my account that i didnt ok. The spending limit charge??? What the heck is that!!! Told them no equipment protection plan. They aaid for the first month it has to be on there so i called after 20 days to cancel. Well guess what....its still on there. With many many phone calls to sprint and this store on Fremont Pike. I went to the Sprint store on Fremont place Ryan and Justin went out of their way to get my phone problems fixed lower my bill and it was very efficient very polite very courteous they went above and beyond their jobs stayed after the store was close to help me get my phone situation resolve. Sprint store is a place to go it is located in perrysburg, Fremont pike across the street from Krogers wonderful store is very clean very lighted very colorful a great experience if you are looking for Phone or phone service.

Horrible place to go. Towers were down all morning to begin with. Went here at 6pm and there were only 2 people working. The one guy was just joking around with customers and not working thinking he was funny. Sorry maybe work is more important. Just needed a phone activated from an old phone the process takes 5 minutes to do. Waited an hour and a half and no help was given. Worst sprint in town do not go here! Maybe you guys should hire some more workers what a joke!!

Store representatives are not honest and will not disclose you the complete information about any plans or promotions:- They did not told us that the monthly plan would be $100 after using autopay, without autopay it is $110- For Referral you are eligible only if you are not adding in your own group,they will not inform you about such conditions- Sprint overall network is too bad within Perrysburg, i have raised concerns about call dropping, very poor data services
