Tyler was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with my husband and I as we were getting new phones. We hadn’t purchased new iPhones in years. My husband’s old iPhone stopped taking a charge which brought us to the store and this made it more challenging to transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one. But Tyler didn’t give up. He was able to get everything transferred over. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be repeat customers.

Tyler is the best! He is knowledgeable about phones and very friendly. Im so happy that I went to Russell Cellular to buy a new phone.

The sales associate (Daniel) was awesome. The only thing I wish is that they had more associates today. Store was busy and only one associate. But he was doing a great job at keeping things moving.

First off the store is in the perfect place, with steady service, I had no wait, and Tyler’s welcoming was very welcoming, like being home, Tyler was great, and his associate was doing multiple services at the same time, and Tyler work on three member during my visit, didn’t miss a beat, I recommend them to all, keep up the good customer service guys.

I went into this store today to buy a new phone. And Tyler and his staff were more than accommodating. He answered all of my questions and set my new phone up for me. We will definitely be using this store instead of the other ones in the area.

At the timeVerizon wireless had buy one get 1/2 off on the iPhone 12 max pro’s so I went ahead and bought them straight cash both of them 1400 bucks a piece and was told I was going to receive money back for my 12 month contract. On the process of doing this that wasn’t enough and they also sold me a charger that was $30 for no reason after I asked don’t they come with a special cord? They sold me a charger I have laying around and tell this day I never got the promo of buy one get one half off. It’s the fact that they took advantage. Of the whole situation.

I have been with Verizon for years. Relied on Best Buy for any and all tech support in the past. Since this Verizon store has opened I have visited your store three times. Each time has been better than the previous. Brandon was able to take care of every concern and issue. Such amazing service and staff.

The Perrysburg store was quick and efficient. It was busy there but with some serious multitasking, the guys moved the customers thru with great attitudes and speed.

Since I was in the store three times in one day. the staff was amazing and totally knowledgeable. They took care of what I was having trouble with and gave me great recommendations. I remember the one guys name was Brandon and the other guy had some great local Toledo tattoos :)

Very nice group of gentlemen represent Verizon Wireless well. They were a wealth of knowledge and made sure that I was comfortable with the basic functions of my phone before I left. They were very professional and kind, and were able to move everything from my old phone. They not only treated myself and other customers professionally, they treated us as old friends. I had a wonderful experience this evening getting my iPhone 7 Plus upgraded to an iPhone 12. Daniel was absolutely fantastic as a team member of your store and was gracious from the start to the end. I was particularly impressed with how wonderful he was with all the customers who entered and exited the store all at the same time of serving me and setting my phone up. I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon, Tyler, and Calvin! I traveled 15 minutes out of my way solely to return to this Verizon store, and it paid off! Brandon listened to what my family needed and then went above and beyond to find us the best deals. He was patient and informative. I would highly recommend fellow Verizon customers to go to this store if it is at all possible and ask for Brandon, Tyler, or Calvin.

Being far from an expert on the specifics of cellphone utilization, a visit to the Verizon Store is typically not my idea of a good time. My recent experience at this store was very different! Brandon was able to provide me with options for my phone upgrade that made sense and were within my budget. He also was extremely patient and helpful in the setup of my new phone! No question, this was my best Verizon experience ever!

Customer service was awful... the guy was playing on his tablet. Took several minutes or so to start helping me after I sat at his booth ... I wasnt intrested in a new phone.. Im still paying on the one I got... I was intrested in some technical help... he just kept telling me I was past the one year warranty period.... pay $300 and we can get you a new phone.I would have been happy with a reset maybe.... back in May when I couldnt go to a Verizon store because they were all closed I called a customer service person she spent an hour on my phone turning things on and off.... it made things worse...

Excellent service. Dan E. was so helpful. I had a hardware issue with my phone which is out of my control and was looking to use my Total Mobile Protection Insurance to get a replacement phone. I was told by other Verizon representatives at the Levis Commons location my insurance didnt cover hardware issues, which is does. They were trying to get me to pay a deductible or buy a new phone (they were also NOT properly wearing masks which not only is a heath and safety issue, they were rude). Dan was so helpful and direct, he gave me a number to the right support and now I have everything sorted and a new phone on the way, 100% covered by my insurance. Thank you!

My husband and I came in to this store a few minutes before close. After running into a big issue another rep at another store said could not be fixed...Calvin stayed late to work on my issue. I came into this store in June to buy 2 phones that were supposed to be under promotion. Something happened on the store managers end and it didnt wind up getting inputed correctly. I have been struggling to get this resolved via the store. Verizon wont correct it because this isnt a corporately owned store so they cannot honor the promotion. I have been trying to get this corrected to what my bill was promised to be and whenever I call I am promised a call back and still nothing. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received and especially from a Verizon store.

Let me tell you, Calvin and Patrick at this location are awesome! They helped me transfer all of my stuff to a new phone which I was worried about losing any of my pictures, videos, etc on my old phone. I had a GREAT experience with Tyler Wilson! I Have fibromyalgia and sometimes get brain fog. The day I walked in to Verizon was my brain fog day! Tyler was on top of everything, had patience, knowledge and a great personality. That helped me a lot. I went back to the store twice since then, and he remembered me. Thanks Tyler, I will continue to come back to that store because of you!

This place was amazing! On one of their busiest days with the new iphones arriving they were friendly, polite, patient and very professional. My experience at this store was phenomenal. I knew what I was signing for and what I wasn’t signing for which is hard to come by in this market. Patrick was great at walking me through everything and helped me set everything up while also calling me to make sure everything was still working good. Will definitely return!

We were very pleased with the great service and details provided by Tyler. We have been with Verizon for over 20 years and I would say this was the best experience through all the years we have had. Tyler explained everything in detail regarding upgrading our phones and our bill and how that would change. We’d rate him a high 10 for his great customer service he showed us!!!

I have been going at this Perrysburg store with Calvin pruitt and i can not be more happy, this gentleman is a a super honest and easy to work with but also he goes above and beyond expectations for any issue. I wish all the other store had more managers like him.

Highly recommend this store!!! Patrick was amazing in helping me choose a phone for my upgrade giving me honest detailed info about each phone and not trying to “oversell” me. Both Patrick and Dan were incredibly nice, easy to work with, and they were friendly and cheerful—something you do not find in customer service very often anymore! I typically hate going to the Verizon store, but my experience here was exceptional and I will definitely return for all of my phone needs!

The guys were helping in steering me to a less expensive phone and watch within my budget... but when I looked at my bill I discovered a protection plan added to my phone and watch that I did not agree to and wasnt even told about. If I hadnt caught it, it would have added $32 a month to my bill. Wasnt too happy to discover that.
