Brought my bike in for a long overdue tune-up and was very happy with the responsiveness, service and final product. My bike runs better than I can even remember, and I feel informed with what was fixed.

Keystone is the best! All of the worker-owners are super friendly and knowledgeable.They always answer all my questions with patients and care. Thank you for the sick handle bar swap, my wrists are already feeling better!

I had a quick and wonderful visit here - the bike shop is stocked and charming - nice hang and good prices (I got a new chain, oil, and bike wraps for 13, 4, and 10) The woman working the shop was happy to walk me through cleaning my bike and I went home and put my new chain on!

Iv been to a lot of bike shops and this was one of the best experiences i ever had. Everyone seemed to really care about what i needed and went out of their way. Its hard to find a shop that looks this nice but has a interest in serving everyone from novice to pro. I really enjoyed being in the store and honestly felt really good about giving them my business and that doesnt happen much.
