I came in for a flat fix and the mechanic there noticed I needed my brakes adjusted. He adjusted them for free which was great. They are always super helpful and professional whenever I come by with my bike. Awesome shop, I am happy to be a regular customer.

Great design and great customer service! Ive had the bike on sand, mud, and snow and the bike is fun when no other bikes will be!

I brought my electric bike to them. They said they worked on them. Well they had it for three weeks and I had to contact them for any info. I even waited two weeks. They were rude and unprofessional. They also lied to me about contacting the company that sold me the bike for help. Do not bring your bike here if you want to ride it anytime soon. How places like this stay in business is beyond me. You have been warned.

Holly, Randon and Larry were so helpful. They fixed up an old bike I bought off eBay after my OG one was stolen. Tune up bikes is an awesome friendly neighborhood bike store 💖 way better than trek. They did a fantastic job, my bike feels brand new!

Excellent staff; knowledgeable and patient. For a fee they were willing to deliver my new Surly Disc Trucker. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Steve Christini is quite the gentleman. I live in the neighborhood and visited his shop on two separate occasions with issues with my motorcycle and BMX bike. Was able to get me gliding in no time with free product and machine work. Great generosity, not accepting a dime.
