Definitely would probably come by again for anything I need regarding my bike. Needed a quick tune-up on my bike and picked it up 2 days later for it to be a smooth ride. Price is reasonable and service was very professional.Only issue was when i first dropped it off, I was told I would be able to pick it up after 1-2 hours but it ended up taking longer which I don’t mind.

I had a problem with my rear derailleur on a day I wanted to ride. I showed up a little after they opened, and they were immediately welcoming. Quickly diagnosed my problem and let me know what it would cost - and would I mind waiting an hour? Of course! They had it fixed in 40 minutes and I had a wonderful fall ride. Great service, lovely people!

Today, my bike pedal snapped off on my commute home. I arrived at Velojawn at around 6:05, maybe 6:10- shortly after their closing time. I pulled out my phone, hoping to find the next open bike shop when the workers inside kindly welcomed me in for a very quick and minor repair. I walked out a few minutes later with fresh new bike pedals and a new shop to recommend to the cyclists in my life. They did not need to open their doors to me, but Im so grateful they did.

Very good, professional work at reasonable prices. Will provide estimate of any repairs for free. Good pricing on their new bicycles although stock fluctuates due to manufacturers availability and shipping delays. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services.

I love Velojawn! I recently bought my first bike in ten years and brought it in for service. Even though I am new to biking, they did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and the services were very reasonably priced. My bike is running much better, and I realized after I got home that they put new reflectors on, free of charge. They have the nicest people there -- I will definitely be back!

I called three minutes after they closed for the day and they actually waited for me to arrive. I had a flat tire. I was literally finished and out the door in five minutes!! The shop is female friendly, the price was great and the young lady who fixed my tire was super friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

Certainly knowledgable, but a little pretentious and condescending. They seem to be more oriented towards cyclist rather than the everyday city commuter. There are better places to go.

I just got my bike tuned up here -- Wow, what a great job they did! It has not been this clean since I bought it (many, many years ago!) and it feels like a new bike with great brakes and perfect shifting. I have always done my own bike work, always stayed about 1/2 step behind what was needed. This is really a treat. Maybe I am done doing it myself!

I showed up at Velojawn last Saturday stranded with a blown back tire. I was impressed with the quick service from Evan and Mark and really appreciated how they just fixed my problem, made a few suggestions but didnt try to upsell or overcharge me. Great shop!

If it has to do with bikes they are the place to stops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that just love to see people out riding!

Very Pleasant and Efficient Staff. Nice energy.

We went for the grand opening on Saturday and had a great time. We were able to ask lots of questions and Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable, and even told us how to get our son involved in cycling. We will be back for sure and will recommend to our friends.
