A very nice looking place with delicious desserts lined up! We came in here to try a slice of cake and we were not disappointed! We had a slice of the strawberry chocolate cake. The staff was very nice and brought the slice to our table. This is a great spot to get something tasty on your walk through the city.
Happened to pop in here on my way to grab some Ramen for a quick coffee. The experience was very similar to 85°C chain in Texas. Loads of delicious pastries, a full selection of cakes, a variety of coffees, some teas, and much more.Currently the inside is closed for dine in, but great for take away. Ordered a latte and a mocha and was very happy with both!Wish I ordered some pastries!
Ive had Paris baguette many times now. My review is just to state an opinion I wanted to let out. Ive tried almost every pastry and dessert. Paris baguette taste good, no doubt about it. However, I do urge anyone to try the local bakeries. Ive lived here for almost 10 years now. When I first came prices of pastry around the local shops were avg 80cents. Im no economy expert but a few months after Paris opened, locals had to increase the prices dramatically to keep up. Chinatown is very small and the majority is run by mom, dad, son, and daughters. Its mostly lower income households around the area, even tho I have no second thought of spending money on better things. I wish we may still see these bakeries open years from now. This isnt to slander PB, or corporate chain businesses. But when you can, do try the small bakeries. If you ever find a pork sauce bun. You may fall in love. You can still use 6 bucks and get 4 buns and a large coffee! Ty for reading
This place is amazing! Every time I visit Philadelphia is a must. Their pastries are delicious!
I love the pastries, the coffee. Great service, i love the place!
First time of 2020 that I went there and it clean and pretty inside! I bought the mini cake for 24$ it came with candles and fancy utensil! It was so yummy! I wish it wasn’t that pricey for small cake!
So many sandwiches and salads to choose, from egg salad sandwich, turkey sandwich with avocado, or chicken salad with mango. They also make different kind of small cakes such as the green tea cake and the.coconut mango cake wtih a price of around $36 per cake. The bakeries and pastry are yummy! with a price range of $2.50 and up.You can also get different kind of desserts here, sit down at a table and enjoy your pastry and drink.
I am a customer this branch more than 2 years but I sometime went to another branch since I have been moved but I prefer to visit here coz of freshness of the bakery and friendly staffs.👍
The name seemed odd, especially for Chinatown, but the treats were unique and tasty. I wish I had a ruler as the pictures dont do justice to the size. I was hoping for one of the jiggley cheesecakes that have been on fb of late but the one I picked from the front display case was more like a pound cake version.
Really yummy pastries. I go every other week for Japanese milk bread (for sandwiches).
Love they put one in Chinatown Philadelphia. Such nice fresh pastries 🍮🥐🥖and great people and cappuccino ☕🍶🥄
Food and service was excellent. Every thing was fresh and delicious.
Super clean, great and friendly service!
This is the place to go for sophisticated cakes and pastries that are not TOO sweet. Thats always a problem--getting hit in the face with sugar but the flavors here are subtle. The savory pastries are amazing too. There arent many Paris Baguette locations in this part of the country so its so exciting to have one in Philly. Grab a shaved ice bowl during the summer (seasonal only so hurry!) or relax with some pretty decent coffee. The full size cakes for special occasions are amazing and worth the price for folks that always complain birthday cake is too sweet!
Delicious Cake, roll cake & fresh bread ^^
Fabulous bakery items which are so hard to say no to!
Used to love their king cream donut, but there is much less cream in it recently...
Cute little bakery.they have 2 vegan muffins blueberry and chocolate chip very yummy.
Always good service. Good food. Nice and clean
Nice choice and Center city for small and quick snacks.
Wow, really nicely displayed and well organized bakery. The quality is awesome and we have lots of people in and out of the store. It is pretty spacious including self grabbing trays and also eat in tables. Overall, good place for sweets.
I will probably become a regular. The prices are fair for the quality of food. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.
Some of their pastries are really good. The pineapple stuffed pastry was buttery and perfectly sweet with the tartness coming from pineapple. The mixed fruit pastry and the croissants were good too. My only concern - it does not feel freshly baked. They bake a new batch only when the previous one gets over leading to the pastry becoming cold and soggy. You may also not get what you want if it gets over because when I went they did not add more. Maybe because it was during the evening but they should consider giving this a thought.
A little bit pricey, but for a good reason! The cakes and pastries are delicious! Wonder little cafe to enjoy a treat in. They also have coffee and tea. 🌼😍
Very nice new little pastry near the heart of Chinatown. Great selection of savory foods, as well as incredible assortment of desserts. Stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even for some coffee. Service was friendly, quick and clean. Would recommend checking this new place out!
My husband picked up a birthday cake for me there. An amazing looking coffee cup cake ! A wonderful surprise and a delightful display! I could tell it was hand crafted and boxed very well with care. Each piece was heaven. Best cake I ever had, a rival to the Laudre in Paris. A destination. I am looking forward to visiting soon!I had a tough time finding you on line. Should look to open up in NJ near Moorestown.
My dessert obsession! Beautiful and delicious cakes, many fresh fruits and not overly sweet. Its a special pick-me-up for me, a treat for your eyes and your mouth.
The pastries here are great and seemed fresh. Place is not very inviting but its good.
Service was great, buying food is generally really quick and easy. The displays were stocked with food even with many customers there. Each food displayed has a small card that shows ingredients, which is very considerate towards those with allergies. Pricing is between cheap and pricey, depending on what you buy.
Very odd layout for a store nevertheless they have great desserts and bread. I got a pound/loaf cake variety which was incredibly fresh and not too sweet. The cheesecakes, croissants, pastries are beautifully presented and quite tempting just by sight! They also have drinks such as bubble teas, coffee lattes, etc and enough seating.
They have such a great selection of cakes. I got the chocolate strawberry cake for my friends birthday and it was SO good. The cake is fresh, delicious, reasonably priced plus they give you free candles!
They have a wide variety of sweet sweets. Some Ive never even heard of. Interesting place to visit if you like tarts, cakes and baked goods. And drinks. They have drinks too... And drink coffee.
Stopped in for the first time to get a pastry for breakfast. Mostly croissant-type pastries, no muffins or cake doughnuts. The chocolate twist I had was delicious. Prices are normal for a city. The cafe was clean. There were a few tables where people were sitting and chatting or working, but I did not stay to eat.
All the options look delicious. Its hard to chose. I had an amazing Almond Baguette. Plenty of seating. Efficiently run. Highly recommend.
While the food is excellent it is a bit on the high side. I would love be able to try out more things but when items are fairly small. I would rather just take home a loaf of bread and a cup of coffee. I highly recommend making french toast with the milk bread!
You can eat both in or to go. Tables ane chairs are limited, so if crowded it may need to take a time to have your seat. Cakes are so delicious because they are not too sweet, good balance! I think you cannot get the cakes like these other than here. Looks like Asian owners operate this cake shop so they can provide this tastes, I think.
My neighborhood knows how to bake bread,...as signified by the chain from France taking a position amongst us...just fixed myself a lassi pomme terre floating apple aqua......but if I could not have done that, I would have been at this Paris Baguette, buying a loaf.......of bread.....but if you dont see the sign that they accommodate allergies, sensitivities, etc...I will tell you in french, dont come...GRHupdate: i read some the reviews below, unfortunately....the are visitors to our community makeing something obviouse to french school distric girl in America who can sit and eat bread jelly and plain tea for, hymmmmm, $7..00 (seven dollars)..bonjour, mais oui...le pain est bon bon...( - : - )÷)•)X
I really love this little place. The trays and the option to choose what one wants, a sweet trap (Venus fly trap for dessert lovers). And please taste the green tea latte before you add sugar, it is sweet enough (for me at least) Very nice staff too!
Great tasting vanilla latte, much needed on a slightly chilly December day.
How great it is to have a good patisserie close to great places to eat. Everything is baked to perfection and a wide variety of delectables. Then there is a coffee bar to complete your visit. Two thumbs up.
Next time Ill be back with my coworkers. The bill was reasonable I would say.
I love that the options are on rotation and change frequently while also maintaining some constant favorites in stock. The strawberry and cream croissant has to be my favorite with the caramel latte
Soo beautiful and spacious inside. The desserts were amazing to eat and to simply gawk at. There was a large selection and helpful, friendly staff. Will be going again soon!
Modern decor, VERY clean, feel good café! Decent coffee. Seating could be a little more comfortable. Pastries are just tad bit expensive but look absolutely delicious, although I have yet to taste. Im taking home two modest slices of cake in a box, $5.50 a piece...a Mango Coconut and a Strawberry Fresca I believe. Ill know in about an hour! Nice people...especially Whitney!!
We just happened to stop by curiously and were blown away by the selection of fresh pastries that I never imagined. The best so far that we tried, especially the sweet potato and garlic pastry ! Will come back again❤
If you have money, definitely recommending.
The quality and freshnesh of the food is amazing and the service is friendly.
Nice place to hand out with friends and family!good quality food and customer service
Really enjoyed the stuff they have to offer from drinks to pastry it all taste good a little on the pricey side but taste great
I loved How it tastes the caramel Coffee ☕️!!!☺️😉🤗❤️
Must try the cakes here! One of the best dessert places I’ve been to. Will visit again.
Delicious pastries with amazing and overwhelming varieties in bakery products 😋
Pastry is fantastic, and prices are reasonable. Definitely going to be coming back here again (and again... and again)
Very good pastries a little pricey but affordable good service great atmosphere very often a concer vative college type of crowd nice. I.love it
Pricey, but the dessert was amazing for someone like me thats not a sweets person
I love this place so happy they opened one in Philly use to go to Cheltenham H mart just to go there. Lots of good things to eat and friendly staff at both locations.
Paris baguette is one of my favorite place to shop for a cake, had great experience everything was smooth, as I came in and out
Very good pastries and coffee. The store is very well decorated.
This place looks so gorgeous and elegant with foods and drinks. I bought the Ice milk Tea and it was okay but the tapioca ball was hard, taste little bit bland, and it has these weird little bit sour after taste.
Great tasting strawberry cake I’ve had in a long time. The pastries are very fresh.
Great selection of cake and dessert. By far the best place for more than just sweets bar none.
This Korean bakery chain provides a new quality level of pastries to Philadelphia, inspired by old world recipes and crafted to perfection. No comparison to typical local bakeries soaking their products in sugar icing and artificial colors...
Unique layout that lets you find your own items and take your time deciding upon what to get without holding up the line behind you.
Nice fancy French pastries and bread. The pastries are expensive but the coffee is reasonable
Nice service.Beautiful place.Coffee is spectacular. And the sandwiches are great. There are variety of pasties that are out of this world
This is amazing. If you try the tost, you can never go back to the regular toast.
The strawberry pudding was good. Matcha wasnt tho. They also have wifi if you purchased something youll get the code on the receipt.
Pristine! Pastries are delicious and customer service is great. Highly recommended.
So many tasty options. It reminded me of the bakery in Japan I used to go to every week.
Delicious bread. Fair pricing for the most part
Love the baked goods here!
All the cakes and breads here are so good, the price pretty reasonable for me.
Great food, great prices, wifi, cool people.
Very chic tasty pastries and food. I actually broke up with Panera because of this spot.
Don’t care nor concerned when I told them there’s couple fruit flies in the display fridge. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
Quite a selection of fabulous pastries & good coffee
Chai tea was great it was just cold in there
The variety and quality of the pastries are just amazing!
