Was in here Thursday night, not very busy maybe 4 or five people. My friend and I ordered and the guy behind the counter skipped the black woman behind us and asked the person behind her what she wanted. It was super obvious who was next in line. It seemed pretty clear he didnt want to take her order and why. The crazy thing is I see the black woman around the neighborhood ALL the time and she is super nice. Seeing this guy treat her like that makes me think twice about going back. The lady ended up just walking out. Come on people, we have got to do better

Their milkshakes are amazing. High calories though so keep that in mind.I recommend the cookies and cream or coffee chip milkshakes.

First time at a Haagen-Dazs shake shop and I was not disappointed

I love this place...the customer service is very good. The waiting time in the line isnt long even when the line is wrapped around the exterior of the building. The ice cream is delicious...view for yourself.

We came here because we enjoy Haagen-Dazs ice cream and we didnt honestly know that they had their own shops available. The staff member that was there was very pleasant to deal with us and the ice cream was delicious.

Absolutely terrible experience, handed me completely melted ice cream and when I said something, they proceeded to talk about me behind my back. Ice cream wasnt that good but then again it was melted

Worst experience EVER. The lady was incredibly rude. I came in asking for a coffee milkshake with whipped cream, and my friend got a coke from the fridge. After helping the family before me, she made my milkshake. The service was super slow. Then she took my payment. She tried my card on two different registers, and neither of them worked. She then told me I had to pay in cash, and when I said I didnt have cash, she told me to go to the ATM. I offered to venmo her or make other suggestions, but I was not about to go to the ATM and pay the additional service fee because I am not comfortable with that and if she wanted cash, it was her responsibility to say that, so my friend and I had to just leave with my milkshake made, left on the counter because she couldnt take my payment. Meanwhile, the family before me apparently walked away with $28 worth of items because it didnt go through with them either. I understand technology has issues sometimes, but I dont understand the complete unprofessionalism with which this woman handled the situation. This whole fiasco wasted about 20 minutes of my time and made me late for work. DDONT GO HERE. Not worth it. If you want Haagen Daz, buy a pint at the grocery store.

This place was pretty cool the some products can use more syrup on them like the strawberries and wet walnuts etc... you have regular but have syrup ones as an option too

The oriental woman in customer services has attitude. It was not pleasant today eat over there. Usually, the other people are fantastic but she has anger issues.Scary.

Visited on a warm day and it was a delight. Crowded but I got a good sundae from a clean orderly place.

The staff was super friendly. They informed me of new flavors and I tried a few samples. The chocolate peanut butter was delicious! I had my usual; cookies and cream in a waffle cone, topped with a midnight cookies and cream cap.... Yummy!!!

Love that they have awesome customer service and they will offer you a small spoonful to taste the flavor youre not sure about. The taste is absolutely to die for and Ive never had a bad experience 😁

For two week I have been going to Häagen-Dazs buying the same thing two milkshakes Always different flavors. Today 9/10/2020 at 9:05pm after leaving my apartment walking three blocks in the rain too my neighborhoods Häagen-Dazs and was told they were not making milkshakes before I could think about which flavors my partner and i would be having. So that means the employees knew who I was an that Im a loyal customer enough too know I wanted milkshakes. Im not sure it felt kind racial moviated because I am black I had black live matter mask on my face Before I walked up look the staff had problems with some other group of customers That believed was black as well.

They ran out of milk so I was unable to get my order of 2 shakes. A staff member allowed me to go to Wawa in order to get them milk (after I suggested to do such) and fulfill my wishes. Kudos to the team for allowing me to do that!

Line wasnt that long, but it took forever to get our milkshakes. The 3 girls working there didnt seem to know what they were doing and no one was in charge. They completely over mixed one of our shakes and it came out essentially chocolate milk. No point in complaining because they were still swamped and trying to close down (it was 5:30 on a Sunday).

While Ive never kept Haagen-Dazs in my fridge, I had a craving for ice cream one warm evening so I ventured into the shop. After scanning their selection, I settled on a small cup of the salted caramel truffle ice cream topped with rainbow sprinkles. I was served promptly and politely and had some time to sit by the window and enjoy my ice cream before heading to a show nearby. While it isnt as quirky as Ben and Jerrys or as highly coveted as Ritas, the flavor selection is unique, the staff is helpful (and willing to give out taste spoons!), and its so conveniently located! Next time Im in the mood for a frozen treat that isnt packaged or that doesnt come from Ritas, Ill be back!

We ordered door dash- one LARGE cup of ice cream and one regular. We received one regular cup and one of m and ms?? For $30 we would have expected at least two cups of ice cream. Take my word for it- save yourself the disappointment and order Ben and Jerry’s!!
