Dropped my 09 Ranger off to have them service an oil leak. They were able to diagnose and fix quickly. Also did a thorough once over and confirmed all else was good. Always helpful and polite.

Then the handle bars were loose, next the taillights went out... I havent been able to ride much..Yes, I bought it as is.. Yes I did ask all the ?? & Yes I called & talked to him... Considering that they have mechanics in house... I surely expected more in inspection, maintenance and information.. Wow Ive spent over $650 so far fixing it... Not very happy at all...Thanks

I have decided to give iron city a try again. It took a while to get some one to help me when I showed up on Friday 11/27 do to being on limited staff. I’m really happy to have found the Iron City service department which is much better than the other options in town. I’ve used Iron City for fluid changes and recently had to get some recall work done. The recall inspection was great I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes while other dealers are taking much longer.So far the entire service department from Todd down have been great.

It was the quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I believe I have ever had. I went in and met Tony and after a test drive I told him what I wanted to pay for it and he agreed. I filled out the credit app and left. Spent about 30 min there. He called me later and let me know it was done and had everything ready for me to sign. Again I was there for maybe 30 min including signing and loading and I was on my way.It is a smaller polaris dealer that I had not heard of before, but found out they have been there in the same location for a long time. I will definitely recommend friends of mine to go there when looking for utvs.

I brought in my 2008 custom GEM car for front end work and new tires. The work was completed in a timely fashion, but after a few usages once back home, the issues resurfaced. When I contacted them about the issues, they didn’t hesitate making things right. Which in my opinion they went above and beyond to fix the issues. Extremely happy. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. However when I drove my ranger at short distance in the iron city yard to put it in my camper a very obvious clunking noise was apparent. Turns out the front suspension was not properly buttoned up by the mechanic. This could have easily been detected with a short test drive. Todd the service manager took care of getting it fixed free of charge but it’s taking a few hours out of my days having to go back. Accidents happen and I’ll still go back in the future.

I have not tried Iron City for more than parts before this time.I have to say I was extremely happy with everything about the service department. The service manager, Todd, is great. The service department took care of my issue on my utv and the price for this was more than fair! Ill NEVER consider taking my utv to those other guys that are all over the city after this, NEVER!!! And if I were you, I wouldnt either.Everything and anything you need is at Iron City...

Quality work as always. Estimate and final bill were identical. Work done earlier than expected and staff made sure old parts were returned to owner at pick up.

I’m 70 years old bought a 2021 ranger 1000. Bought it in coeur D’ Alene Idaho the store loaded it into a covered trailers and I bought it to Buckeye AzI unloaded it from the trailer and road it down the street less then 200 yards it bogged down so I took it to my garage later my grandson road it about the same as me and it stopped runningTook to Iorn city Polaris the machine had less then 10 miles on it I figured that the dealer would fix it. They did and gave me a bill for 420.00 said I put gas in fuel. ( I didn’t ) the service manager was very bilgigerent and wouldn’t even submit a warranty request said that he was to busy and he would get paid either wayI had a very bad experience and will never go to that dealer again and won’t ever buy a Polaris againGary Novotny. Iron City Polaris has the best service department of any place Ive ever been to. They are professional and experts with Polaris. I used to go to the biggest dealer in town, but they are a bunch of clowns compared to Iron City. Iron Coty treats you like a customer, not a dollar bill.

The horror stories and personal experience with another large Polaris dealer in the Phoenix area had me searching for other options. I spoke to a number of contacts in the off-road community and Iron City was mentioned so we gave them a try and I am very please with my experience. They went above an beyond doing the leg work to figure out which which warranty covered the parts and labor. They were easy to work with, kept us up-to-date on status and professional. They have Great service. I was greeted quickly when I entered the store, the parts department had no waiting and I was helped right away.The reason for the four stars and not five is simple, and I think this place is a victim more than anything else - street construction makes access very difficult. A four lane road with lots of traffic and one lane closed in both directions makes for slow moving traffic. That explains why it was so empty.The construction also generates so much dust that its impossible to keep the new vehicles clean, making the whole place look like a cement plant exploded next door. It has destroyed the curb appeal of the business.So, dont be fooled by appearances, this is a great shop.

I had trouble with my shifting cable and Corp. Office kept iron city service dept. from repairing it. So I ordered my own from Polaris and repaired it myself. Service told me, if the Corp. Office says fix it, I will get a refund for the one I ordered. They did as promised, and sent me a check. Thanks IRON CITY, NICE TO HAVE AN HONEST PLACE. The Corp. Great experience with these guys. Shopped at Ride Now here in Tucson and their price was a joke. Called Iron City, told them the quad I wanted and we made a deal right over the phone. Drove down there and was in/out within 45 minutes. No BS, no added fees. Honest people doing good business. Could not be happier.

The replaced my transmission on my daughters 2011 rzr cost me 2800.00 and never shifted correctly. Took it back 3 times and the last visit he charged me 100.00 to adjust the cable. Now the car is stuck in drive I will be showing up Monday! That service manager better handle it. I didnt even want to pay him but did last visit. 4th time back this week keep u posted guy is an idiot

They dont keep parts in stock for a polaris.

Brought my RZR in at 8:30am because steering wheel was way off center and the car was pulling to the left. Service advisor told me it needed alignment and the steering wheel would have to be removed and brought back to center. His estimate was $100 for the repair and about an hour to complete. I agreed and left the RZR there. At 11:00am I called to see if it was done. He told me that they were having a hard time removing the steering wheel. At 2:00pm I called again and was told he now had two guys on it trying to remove the steering wheel. At 3:00 he called and told me they still weren’t able to remove the wheel but they did determine the left front tire was registering 0 psi and that they filled it with air which fixed the pulling to the left but the steering wheel is still off center. When I picked it up I was surprised to hear that the bill was still $100 even though the steering wheel wasn’t repaired and the alignment wasn’t done. When I asked the advisor if the tire had a hole in it his reply was “it must be leaking from somewhere”.You can draw your own conclusions but I will definitely not be going back to this place.

Parts i needed price i liked...toys

240 dollars to do an oil change. What a joke, RideNow is cheaper. To my RZR in to have the first service done and they charged me 240 dollars to chand 2 and a half quarts of oil and a oil filter, when I dropped it off I told them that my rear shocks were losing thier nitrogen charge and I had already had to adjust the springs over 3in they said they would take a look at it. When I picked it up they lied to my face and told me and I Quote You actually set them to the factory specs and your ride heights is right where its supposed to be. And then proceed to give me the Measurements on where the Spring adjuster bolt is supposed to be and thats where it was when I knew it wasnt because I had already adjusted it 3 past what the factory recommendation was. Now this is all on top of calling a week and a half ahead of time to set up an appointment just to be told when I got thier I was not on the books and then taking 3 days to do an oil change. I have told all my friends and family about it and them and my self will not be back for the fact they will lie to your face. I refuse to do business with someone who is that dishonest.
