Went to buy an Acura, seemed fine I even went to get it check they said that the computer got reset not too long ago but I made sure to drive around hoping it wasnt going to come but after spending 6k cash check engine and tire sensors came up after I bought it ... There no warranty for a reason I guess.

The bad reviews were the exact opposite of my experience. They get 5 stars!

Purchased an atv in January I was skeptical about the purchase given the reviews but I went with my gut and got a coolster adult size atv ride it daily and has not given me any issues Ellie was so kind and patient going through every bike with me I will be making more future purchases with this company again

Purchased a buggy for my son back in October. Despite a few issues such as bolts coming loose or falling out the staff at four seasons have been wonderful. We recently had a chain tensioner break. Four seasons replaced it at no charge. The products may not be name brands and I have always said you get what you pay for. However the staff go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. Thank you again for everything.

So here is the updated review. Took the bikes out for the first ride, less than fifteen minutes and the tires seperated. My sons tire shredded and tossed him over the bars. All three bikes have shredded tires from riding in the dirt. Not deep dirt, just light field dirt. The dealer says they dont warranty tires and dont have a replacement tire for any of the bikes. Then told me that they would have to charge me to repair the tires. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... super sketchy buisness. Also, if you do, be aware that I have heard them give different prices to several people. From 270 to 330. Buyer beware... BBB will recieve the complaint. Also Phillips and Phillips law group handles these things and we have contacted them already. In regard to your response, the biles were picked up on the 20th. Tjey were only used for 30 minutes, before my sons tire went out. Looking at the tread wear, it is easy to see that they were not subjected to burnouts or skids, as there are no bald spots or worn down areas. Looking at the seond bikes tires, you can see how the tread is already seperating even as the tire is properly inflated still. I dont not understand how you can sell a priduct with a defect, and expect the customer to pay for any of the repair or replacement. It is apparent from the other disatisfied reviewers, that your hesitation or refusal to accept responsibilty for your products, translates to a lack business integrity and ethics.

I bought a gokart and a quad 3 months ago and I returned them because the same day I bought them they fell apart and he told me that he could not return them just because I had already bought them and right now they charged me again on the credit card and I spoke to them to tell him what happened and he told me that he did not know what he was talking about, he wants to keep the money and the motorcycles I only used it for a minute. I dont know how you can say that I will return it to you in a week. Its incredible, never sign any form of no return

We recently purchased a quad for my Godson. We drove 3 hours one way to go pick it up. He was so excited to ride it. Upon getting home ten minutes into the ride he had some major issues with the quad. We called the office and were advised to bring the quad back the next day. So here we go again down to the valley and heat. As soon as we arrived we were approach by the owner. Im so sorry I didnt get his name. But from that moment on we were treated with so much kindness and professionalism. I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently we were helped. I cannot express how much I enjoyed and appreciated our experience here.. I will definitely be back in a few months to make additional purchases for my grandchildren.One very happy customer 😊

I read the review about the kids tire popping on him and I had the same thing happen 2 days ago. I called and they said they would not replace it and it was 25 for a tire.they told me its because it had the wrong air in it. It had 5lbs. Max is 7lbs. This was the bike I bought off there showroom. I bought 2 others in boxes and theres alot they dont tell you in the instructions on how and what to adjust. I havent even went thru a tank of gas.Update3-21-19 went back up to buy another bike for parts and to get another tire and they were kind enough to give me another back tire and levers for free. I appreciate this being done. You asked me if I was the guy with the dirt bike and bike when u were trying to ask me about the review and that was not me. But I was the guy that bought 3 of those rockets from. I think u had the right review but wrong purchase when u asked. I was trying to let u k ow but u took the call and went in the office.

Staff was very helpful. I bought a dirt bike and after a week it quit starting. I brought it down on a day that the shop wasnt open on but there tech Matt got it in the shop so I didnt have to waste a second trip. It was ready the next day and my boy is glad to have it

I bought a Coolster 150cc Atv and it runs great the people that work there are very helpful and nice I recommend this place to buy any starter Atv

Purchased a Apollo 125cc from them about 5 months ago, so far the dirt bike had no issues with the engine. Starts with 1-3 kicks. Good bike for the price. Customer service was great, they answered all of my questions before i went and purchased the dirt bike.

We went in on Saturday for the Huge Holiday sale they advertised... Very small discounts if any and all they did was bash the competition instead of responding to my direct questions about warranty and service options. In addition this is clearly NOT a American Owned Company! Four Seasons did a great job at pushing me towards the competition where we received much better customer service and a longer warranty for the same $$.

Wanted to purchase two 125cc atvs for my daughters, but both of the units had bent frames. The lady working there stopped talking to us after we asked her about the frames being bent so we left...

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN! I was sold a motorcycle that was brand new but, had multiple mechanical failures! I repeatedly brought the motorcycle back and had it worked on. Each failure put my life and my friends lifes in danger! One was nearly thrown from the bike due to mechanical failures into on coming traffic because the wheel hub broke and separated at 20 MPH. The last time I brought the bike back to be fixed they intentionally damaged the motorcycle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I brought in my 650cc Joyner Sand Spider to Four Seasons for several issues. Not only were they able to fit me in right away, the mechanic there really knows the Joyner brand! He was efficient, honest, and explained everything to me. If you have a Joyner, this is the place to go!!!

Bought an off-road (oversized tires) hover board for my son here back 07. No problems then no problems now. Saved over 100$ + compared to the store tiny tired feature lacking option.

Bought a great used car here. They had it posted for $2,500 and accepted my offer of $2,000. Excellent shape for such a cheap car. No leaks or issues. AC works and they even ran it through emissions. Id recommend this place to anyone buying a car on a budget.

Sold me a Kids Quad that wont stay started. We only had it 1 day. Probably shut down 50 times, Told them Id rather go purchase a brand name quad and I wanted my money back. They said All sales final. I could understand that if we had it a period of time. We had problems from first drive. They wont let you test drive them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I called last week to ask some basic questions before we came into to look at the atvs posted on Craigslist and the girl who awnsered the phone was far from helpful and was a waste of our time. I asked to speak with the owner and she said that person was not in and when I asked for his name she clearly stated she did not know the name of the owner of the business she works for???? I could only imagine how the customer service would be after the sale!!!! We paid $25.00 at another dealer for the ATV and it was well worth it!!!!

Purchased a used vehicle that was told was fine for driving around By now I must have taken it to the shop 10 times with Camshaft, Oxygen sensor, motor mound, fuel pump issue problems over $1000 in expenses and sensors popping everywhere. DO NOT get taken! Go somewhere else.

Easy and fast they delivered my first bike to me and it cam within 15 days and no problems just had to get gas in it and there were no problems I say go there they will ship it fast and easy . I got my shipped all the way here to San Antonio tx and it was only 75 dollars shipping and the bile its self was only $299 and really fast and fun for me

I would recommend NEVER purchasing a pit bike or quad from this business & give 0 stars or minus starts based on our experience. I purchased a pit bike on 11/25/17 and a quad on 12/9/17 for my 9 year old son and we have experienced nothing but problems with both. Upon getting the pit bike home it would not start or run. We phoned them & they told us to bring it back. We loaded it up & drove an hour one way to bring it back. They got it running however a hugh inconvenience, wasting a day to deal with it. Upon purchasing the quad, same thing we got it home & it would not run. On this purchase I also purchased ramps for $100 to get it unloaded from a friends truck. The ramps did not come with any hardware hence did cause an injury attempting to unload it. I phoned & they told me to bring it back. As I didnt have a means to haul it there they sent their tech out on 2 occasions to work on it & still could not get it to run. They then picked it up, fixed it & delivered it. It ran but was leaking oil & battery acid. During this time the pit bike had no brakes & would not run either. I phoned again & they told me to bring them both back. Clearly consistently running back is a huge inconvenience & seeming things werent getting fixed correctly I contacted a local reputable bike shop on 12/14/17 & they picked both items up on 12/21/17. They discovered the issue with the leaking oil, the quad was not put together correctly & a hose was pinched making it puke oil all over along with a few other things. They went thru the entire quad & fixed everything to make it reliable & safe. I incurred expense of $254.73 for this & Four Seasons was not willing to contribute at all. In addition to this the frame of the quad is all marked & botched up due to the battery leaking acid. The bike shop would not touch the pit bike as there was too much wrong & hugh safety concerns. It had no brakes & the rear brakes completely broke to pieces. They had never seen anything like it. On 1/19/18 I sent photos of everything to Four Seasons & they said they would forward to their manufacturer. I took the Pit Bike back to Four Seasons asking for a refund on 2/9/18. They said they had to sent it to their manufacturer. They said they would contact me the following week. I followed up several times during that time to finally get told on 3/8/18 the bike just got back repaired from the manufacturer. Explaining once again I did not want the bike I asked for the owner to contact me. I have phoned several times & the owner of Four Seasons will not return my phone calls. I explained I dont want the bike as it has been nothing but trouble plus the trouble with the quad & based on the repairs it needed I dont feel it to be safe. They suggested I try to sell it on my own which I explained I did not want that responsibility, I dont think it is a safe bike. Had I known this would have been my experience I would have gone online, purchased these items myself, had them shipped to the Bike Shop & paid them the money to assemble them correctly so they would run & be safe & reliable. At this point I have contacted the Attorney General & the BBB. Stay tuned... AJ Kurth

I saw postings on Craiglist under the private seller section and when I called they did not give a business name so I assumed it was a private party sale with no sales tax. When I arrived I could tell it was a business and not they want to collect sales tax? The dealer stated they advertise in the private party section to save money? That was enough to show me what type of people they are. Spend you hard earned money at a honest shop and not Four Seasons Powersports. *** UPDATE *** I DO NOT WORK FOR ADVANTI POWERSPORTS! My review of you business is 100% accurate and based on the other reviews you have received I am not off base at all! Instead of attempting to beat down a female customer maybe you should try and focus on taking care of you customers and not lead people to believe you do not have to pay tax! You also stated you show the price plus tax in every posting? Bought a pit bike for my son. As of today, the bike has 6hrs on it .here is the list of issues.1st the kill switch quit working, so we have to choke the bike to turn it off .2nd, the front wheel bolt was not tightened correctly. So, we lost a bolt and my son laid the bike down, resulting in minor injuries .Thankfully he had all his gear on .I would expect issues like this to arise from a used bike .however, this is a machine we bought new, from a business.

Do not go to this place this place will rip you off and then take your money and not give it back to you and tell you theres nothing wrong with your vehicle this place is nothing but a they have nothing but piece of cars this place is the biggest bunch of rip off thieves you can never go to if you go here cant say I didnt warn you they just ripped off my brother for over $1,600 so if you want to get ripped off go to this place I didnt even want to give it one star I wanted to give it no stars in fact I wanted to give it negative Stars!!!!!!!

No Good experience, since I bought my ATV I have had problems with it and they have been repaired 5 times, although I have been treated and fixed at no cost due to the 3-month warranty, the motorcycle was very defective.
