Talk about Great Customer Service! Eric and the Staff at Jet Ski Unlimited made the experience super easy and quick. I had called to make an appointment for a Recall on my friends Jet Ski. I spoke to Eric in the Service Department and he was more than happy to help. He said it should only take about 10 minutes and to bring it in anytime. My Friend was unsure how they would react to him since he did not purchase the Jet Ski there but once he got there Eric welcomed him in and was very professional. We would Highly recommend them! We will definitely be coming back! Great People!

This shop is honest, fair, and willing to service old skis. They are also open on Saturdays and communicate well. My experience is below:I own an old 95 waverunner that started running poorly. I thought it was the carburetor initially, and I set out to rebuild it. I called around to find a rebuild kit and this shop was the only one who had one in stock. The owner, Eric, was very helpful and had a few other service items I needed as well. I rebuilt the carb but the problem persisted so I brought it into his shop. They resolved the issue within just a few business days and the price he charged me was probably less than what I owed him. Turns out oil got into a part of the engine involved with electrical distribution. I never would have figure it out on my own.

Quality, Professional, work, honesty. And integrity. Is how I would describe JSU. Had two excellent experiences with the team at JSU. As far as I am concerned. The only place Ill take my aging ski for repairs!

I bought my Kawasaki Jet Ski from Jetski Unlimited back in 2006. They have taken care of me for the last 11 years and they were always fair and honest about maintenance cost and repairs. They even got Kawasaki to cover a major repair to my engine that was full 2 weeks outside the 5-year warranty. Im in not related or friends with anyone who works there - Im sincerely telling you this business is legit and they wont disappoint you.

Once again JSU Kawasaki delivers where the dealer does not. This is the second time multiple SeaDoo dealers were several weeks out and significantly more expensive than JSU Kawasaki which also had parts available same day. Invaluable resource for PWC owners.

Recently purchased a Kawasaki Teryx from Erik and after comparatively shopping others dealers they had by far the best price and treated me like a valued customer .

Idk what these guys are but dam sure theyre not mechanics. So if u have older jetskies DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE best bet is go on YouTube and do some research before getting your money taken away because thats what this place does. NOT WORTH THE TIME AL ALL THESE GUYS REALLY SUCK
