Honestly I didnt know what to expect I have been to several major manufacturer dealerships in past so I felt like a damn pretty good baseline is to what a good dealership looks like. Joyner USA in South Phoenix Arizona has a very simple layout Warehouse with all of their products and where maintenance is handled in an office where they handle paperwork in the administrative duties. What blew me away was the sales managers extensive knowledge of each product that he has is knowledge of aftermarket options and his absolute confidence in the potential of his products. Guy by the name of Josh Hilton. if at all you are in the market for a new toy a new side-by-side I highly recommend you head down to South Phoenix talk to Josh see what they have to offer before you jump on one of these newer Uber expensive side by side like Polaris or Can-Am because Josh has a fantastic product sometimes for less than third of the price.

I recently ordered a fuel pump for my 650 and was charged about 3 times the going price on line plus shipping. When I called them after receiving my pump I called to see if they had made a mistake on pricing and the shipping fee. They said because they are the Joyner USA distributor that you will have to pay more to buy from them. I suggest you shop on Ebay for your parts, they are the same parts for the right price.

Customer service is not all that great and when I called in it doesnt seem they know there machines to well. very disappointing because there machines are not well known in the mechanic industry so finding someone who can fix and or diagnose problems will be a tough one

I have never dealt with a company that sends you the wrong parts, then tells you they are the right parts and to keep trying to get them to work. And then when they break then it is your fault. Then make you pay for the parts again, even thought they were the wrong ones in the first place. Ok sure they gave me a discount. But still it was their fault to begin with.
