It is nice to see that good customer service is still alive! I had a great experience buying my new car. They were upfront and showed me the Carfax without even asking. They didnt rush or pressure me at all they showed me 4 different cars and went on 3 test drives with me. I felt very comfortable and 3 months later I had an issue with my AC and I called and John said bring it in they would look at it. It needed to be recharged they didnt charge me anything and had me in and out in an hour. Great service will be back.

Sold me a lemon 🍋 not cool!!! The salesman named Kevin was very deceptive. After I asked him if they could look at the broke car they sold me he told me no we sold it to you with no warranty and as-is.... I told him that was bad business and he didnt care he said to bring it in and he wok have his mechanic cut out or bypass the sensors setting off the service and check engine lights. They dont care about any of their customers they only care about their money and will lie threw their teeth to get it. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS!!!!

My son bought a car from them a few weeks ago. A few days after purchase the car over heated and appeared to have an oil drip, after talking to them they took the car in to look at it, they replaced the thermostat to fix the over heating and also repaired the oil drip. We are happy that they stepped up and and took care of these issues and are satisfied with our experience doing business with them. The car has been doing great since then.

BEWARE. 2012 Subaru Forester 119,xxx miles is a RUST bucket! Got a pre-purchase inspection at a shop on the same block and glad I did. Owner was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful - the man needs a Midol the way he flipped. The coolant line in the first photo is bound to crack or leak any day and will leave you stranded with an overheated engine and a totaled car.

Bought an 09 Forrester here. Drove it off the lot and made it about 3 miles before problems and it started misfiring. Turns out, bad head gaskets costing over $1900 to replace.

Came to look at a car for my daughter. It was her first car which she had been saving for. Once arriving we were able to test drive the car and when we got back asked if we could have someone take a look at it. John explained that it was no problem just needed to be with in there test range area due to insurance.We were able to find a place close by and got a full inspection done and the mechanic said it was a great car with no major issues. We bought the car and have been driving it for a few months with no problems. I was nervous at first but am so happy i bought the car. John was friendly and super helpful. Long term review: The car they sold me has been great overall. The Positives: Friendly, a little pushy, but not rude. Reasonable price for a good car, no haggling. Easy process. I used my own financing. The Negatives: 1. Car had warped brake rotors. I didnt know that before buying because they have a small radius for test drives, and I couldnt test it on the freeway. Big safety issue. 2. Mechanic inspections also have a small radius too. Cant use your trusted mechanic unless theyre close by. Still a great place! Would recommend.

Was shopping around and saw the same car at multiple lots for way higher price. They had the lowest price and best interest rates for financing. I don’t usually write many reviews but that’s how great my experience was. Everyone was super friendly and informed. All my questions were answered promptly and they never beat around the bush.

Alright, so my experience started a while ago. I bought my truck from them last year, a 2002 Nissan Frontier with way too many way too many miles. John the owner convince me to sell a good car, and he wasnt wrong. This truck that had almost 300,000 miles on it told my whole life up to Flagstaff. It also took my son and I back and forth to Flagstaff many of times within the last year. It never broke down. So when the time came I need new truck, not because it was bad but because my son outgrew it and I need a bigger back seat. John had this amazing F150 I wanted it more than anything in the world. I told him what I could do what I had and what I could afford. This wasnt the only dealership I went to I like to see a couple of other, but John was the only one that could provide me with a payment that I could afford and the truck that I wanted. It was even hard for them to make that decision, they gave me more than what it was worth on my truck on a trade in just so I can get the payments that could afford. I have no credit, and John was the only person willing to work with me. Now I have a beautiful amazing truck within the payment I can afford, building my credit, building my life, making everything better and I honestly I wouldnt be here if it wasnt for John and frankly Robert too. No pressure, John just let me take the truck out for a test drive. I fell in love with it, and I told him Id do anything to have it. So no problem, well get you into it. And lo and behold here I am today unbelievably beautiful bright red Lifted F150. I appreciate people like John people willing to take a risk, people willing to take Faith in others. I see that John has some bad reviews but read them, theyre not really fair against him or his dealership. John tries to help everyone that he can, he doesnt come from a lot and hes earned what he has, and he wants everyone to feel what he has. Honestly I dont care what my credit score is or what I have until Im ready to buy a brand new vehicle all my used cars will be coming off of Johns lot. And heres a little secret if he doesnt have the car you want hell get it, trust me hes doing it for my mom

They get new cars in all the time and there website is great, you can get a carfax for any car they have. I would highly recommend them!!!

No high pressure sales. Cars are very clean and not purchased at auction but from other dealers... engines are cleaned so you can see everything you want to inspect under the hood. Reps are on a salary, so laid back atmosphere. When we wanted a test drive, it was a 5min process (drivers license copy and heres the key) and we were off... sales rep didnt even come. Worked with Kevin on the whole buying process and had a great experience. Cash sale. 20-30min for paperwork and you can drive off. Very cut and dry process. Would def shop here again.

I had a great experience here. They are a quick turnover used car lot with really great prices. Be sure you thoroughly test drive, as mine had a couple small mechanical issues immediately after purchase, but typical of an older used car. It was an honest, easy buying experience. The owner was very communicative and friendly, and I would definitely buy here again and recommend them.

I just purchased 2012 Honda odyssey a few days ago. I asked John if there was any leaks they said they didn’t think so. They offered a 15 days/500 mile powertrain warranty. I bought it because I thought it was an amazing deal, and I trusted that they had thoroughly checked this car for safety and reliability before they would sell it. After I purchased it, my husband took it in for a sound it was making to a Honda dealership just to get it checked out and fix any minor repairs and it might have. We found out from the dealership that the following items are in need of repair: Front suspension torn, power steering pump leaking and bad, transmission leaking, engine valve leaking, CV boots leaking and bad, engine mount broken. The dealership quoted us $14,000 worth of repairs. Just to take care of the critical items that would make the car even remotely safe to drive would be $4000. We called the this dealership and they said the warranty they offer only covers catastrophic engine failure. The warranty is a joke. They’re not willing to work with us. Frankly we should be getting our money back because we were screwed. beware of this dealership. They don’t check the cars out before they sell them to consumers.

You have a very nice place and staff, but I look at dealership to be upfront with the customer on vehicle condition not just a carfax but again dealers are in the market to make money and not to build a customer base relationship.

Flew to Arizona from Colorado, the car i bought broke down in Colorado less the 24 hours from my purchase. Car cost about 5k and the engine blew and I had to replace it along with, air conditioning and the coolant reservoir had to be replaced for 5k. 10k mistake and pushed by unpleasant customer service from John.

Bait and hook! I have the text between myself and the owner agreeing on an out the door price if paid in full. Arrived, owner jacked up the price, claiming so mysterious machine adds extra money that he does not know about. Also it has been 60 days... no title... no tags. And he blames MVD... Called. MVD, they say he has not submitted the correct paperwork. Stay away.. stay far away... he has been reported to the bbb and az atty gen

Hey John, we didn’t have a problem with you initially and our problems didn’t arise until the second time when we asked to take it to a mechanic after the test drive to give us peace of mind on our potential purchase. We came in twice and talked about how we were serious about purchasing the car. This is when you became difficult and started making a thousand excuses as to why we could not take it to a mechanic. We even agreed to take to somewhere that is on Cave Creek... You gave us the runaround and when we texted you the next morning about potential mechanics like we agreed upon you flat out said “No” and it was not until coincidentally we wrote a poor review that you responded and continued the runaround. Unfortunately, there are way too many red flags for us to even consider purchasing a car from you. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews and let alone comment, but I think it is important for everyone to know the lack of professionalism (as seen by his responses on Yelp), the shady business practices, and how John cares more about a $4900 “rare” car, then customer satisfaction. If you are looking for the quintessential sleazy car dealership, then by all means John is “super friendly”, but don’t expect honesty, integrity, or reliability. I wish you the “best of luck” selling cars, John, and hopefully buying cars in the future that you are actually willing to stand behind. Disappointing. Buyer Beware!

Another time used cars is a small dealership at cave Creek road and Union hills drive. we saw an ad online for a 2006 Nissan 350Z touring convertible and could not resist a test drive. We got there and it ran like a top with 70,000 miles on it. John was very helpful and offered a great price way below Blue Book so we purchased it immediately. We took a test drive with no issues and a very clean Carfax and could not believe our luck. Steve in finance was very helpful and got us a better interest rate and a 3 year extended warranty for a great price. We had an issue with the driver side door not working and upon further inspection found it to be faulty and John paid out of his pocket to get it replaced for free. They stand behind their products and will help you in any way they can to make things right. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a car. I am very happy with my experience. I have heard bad things about car salesman being pushy and it is just the opposite there. You will be very satisfied with the service you get. Thank you guys see you on our next purchase.

We recently came into this dealership looking at a red Celica that we found online we ended up taking it out for a test drive around the block it seemed like everything was in good shape but just as a precaution we wanted to get a inspection from a dealership being that the car is 17 years old and it has 130,000 miles an also the 2zz engines have been known to have a lot of issues.. That’s when JON just got pretty nasty saying he has people all across Arizona looking at this. He was just being rude the whole time after that saying basically it was are loss if we didn’t buy it right then.... IT JUST A HUGE RED FLAG IF YOU WONT LET YOUR CARS BE INSPECTED. The good pricing left little room for negotiation but we were still able to haggle some adjustment for some small items that need attention. Charged us an additional 115.00 to pay with a debit card on top of the so called document charges which were also higher than we were told on the phone. Otherwise I think we got a good deal.

When I bought my car here the customer service was amazing. They really care about their customers. The car I bought was in great working condition including the inside, the tires and way the car drives.
