Beautifully maintained clean store with very nice employees. Was very impressed with how helpful everybody was including the cashiers.

Love how it looks, they have a lot of stuff the outdoors! Be fast and quick if you meed outdoor cushions lots of choices go out fast and you are left with the funky patterns. Wide selection of materials and supplies. Wish i could buy things but i have no room for them!!!

Who ever works in the front, the 3 girls, could care less about their jobs. They were all bundled up talking, and they didn’t even say hi, I got the eye rolls, attitudes, like I was ‘inconveniencing’ them. Horrible customer service. I went in to pick up an Uber order, showed them the order and everything, they couldn’t find it, said it was already picked up, and I was told I need to ‘update with my phone…’ Uber sent me this order, I don’t need to update anything, you need to care about your job and update your customer service skills alittle more. Unacceptable.

This store is huge! If youre going just to browse, dont be surprised if you get overwhelmed. Ive gotten lost before. Its best to go with a specific agenda/item in mind. Need a new area rug? They have hundreds to pull from. Need a new throw pillow? Theyve got three rows full...organized by color. Their holiday decorations are organized by theme too. I get too excited going here. If I had to compare this place, its similar to the decor quality/pricing that you would see at (lets say) a target or a pier 1...only 10 TIMES the variety! Unfortunately, no Wally-world prices here. Plenty of parking though. If you find something they have online, its no guarantee you will find it in the store.

What an awesome store for home decor and diy ideas! Also unique furniture and decor you really wouldn’t from anywhere else ! Gave me so many ideas. I’ll be coming back here at least once a week from now on

If I had tons of money, I would still go broke. Im not saying they are expensive, just the variety of decor is amazing! Cant wait to purchase my house, because I will go on a shopping spree to decorate it with this store.

Love this place! They have so many cute things at good prices. They have many choices of colors/prints and many styles of outdoor furniture pads. Furniture, rugs, decor. If you need a decorative pillow and cant find one here, you are too picky!

So many ideas come up when I walk through this store.I noticed that the prices have gone up, but I think thats about the supply chain and not a business decision to make more profit.Ill be back!

Our experience was meh. Lots of home decor items, just most were damaged or poorly made. We didnt really buy anything besides a nice looking wind chime.

A huge store with a variety of Home decorations and supplies that you could think of for your home. Everything is in good quality except for the art. We love so much of the art but it’s damaged. Plus the workers are very helpful.

Great place to grab everything you need for a quick decor refresh!We go here for all our outdoor furnishings and odds and ends.Prices are reasonable and the selection is huge. Make sure you stroll down the clearance isle for some great deals!I like to refresh my patio each season and that can become costly. At Home makes it affordable and always has something worth taking home.

They have signs posted all over the store about required face coverings then, we get up to the counter to check out. The cashier had his masked pulled down by his chin and was eating as he check us out.Even if we werent in the midst of a pandemic, thats not ok. I did the retail thing for years and thats just disrespectful.The store itself is well stocked but, the building is old and could use some love.

Been there a few times. Factory seconds. Great/fun place to go to get ideas, but not always the best place to buy... It highly depends on what youre buying. Example: packaged items like blankets, curtains, sheets are well priced and better-than-Walmart quality. But watch out for furniture! Too many dings & chips... and the prices are not that great. You can find better prices, quality/condition, and real wood (versus particle board) for furniture at most any valley THRIFT store.

Really good finds! A very LARGE selection! I only got through half of the store before I had to get going. So unless youre a frequent buyer, pack a lunch 😉 😂 and plan on being there a while! 😊💜

Didnt find what I was looking for will go back for a large rugs for my living room

Not too crowded. Most people wearing masks (some had them pulled down on their chin...) Lots of product on shelves. They are starting to out out fall and Halloween items. Isles marked to go one direction. All the employees I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice experience.

They are overpriced on some aspects, for the standard budget. Though, some things are incredibly reasonable. This being a warehouse store, there are very few employees and everything is stacked considerably high. Best part; things are carried her that I have not seen elsewhere. See photos.

Home is anyplace I find good music, friends, and relaxation and even enjoying sharing what I like as well. I wish we could all go see the Dead may they live on and never leave keeping us mellow and kick back.

Not a very good selection of outdoor furniture as I expected.

The store is lovely but the customer service is not. Before arriving at the store I went online to confirm the monogram doormat I wanted was in stock. Once I was at the store I found the rug section but couldnt find what I came there for, so I went to the front and asked an associate for assistance. She called for someone to meet me but after waiting about 10 or 15 minutes no one ever came. I walked back to the front to the same associate to let her know and she advised me I have to wait for her to finish with her customer, so I did. Once she was done she pulled out her phone and went to the stores website to confirm they had the rug, then to the rug section we went. She begin to look for the rug when I pointed out a few rugs at the very top and she said those were not the rugs I was looking for. Turns out that was the rug I was looking for but they didnt have my initial. She called for assistance but again no one responded until they finally did and it was about something totally different. She asked for help again and was told the rug was not on the floor, which we both could clearly see. So instead of her going to the back to check their stock or wherever they keep extras she told me the item was probably on the truck and to call on Wednesday to see if its on the floor. After waiting that long for help and then to receive that kind of service I dont think Ill return to that store. Its sad this beautiful store is overshadowed by poor customer service.

This store definitely has some nice things, but it is absolutely overpriced. I have found some of the same furniture at other stores for less than half the price of what it is here. Their selection in dishes is lacking. Great for home decor.

Love this store. Huge. Huge selections good sales and markdowns. Location not so great. Close to 51 freeway. But close to nothing else. I go there specifically to shop only there. Its a superstore for home accessories. It will swallow u up for hours.

First visit and I liked the store. I just wanted to see what all they have there. They have a huge section of holiday items. Of all the places where I have seen artificial Christmas trees they had the biggest display. Lots of browsing can be done here. It is somewhat like other stores that sell items at a discount but this one is my new favorite. I hope they open one a bit closer to me. I say give this store a try!

I ordered online and chose Curbside Pickup due to the safety of not having to leave my car during this pandemic. I followed the extensive instructions regarding texting them 30 minutes prior to arrival, texting again upon arrival with order number and name, make of car and color, and where I was parked. Waited for at least 10 minutes. No reply to any of the texts. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I finally went inside and asked a cashier about curbside pickup. I was told they only did that when the store was closed to shoppers. Now it is open. (why I dont know) Upon asking what I should do, she instructed me to find my order over by the wall. It was a huge pile of orders piled haphazardly with the paper work laying on top. I had to go through all of it, then stand in line to pay. Ridiculous! Someone should update their website regarding Curbside Pickup. It doesnt exist! If you are trying to be careful during these trying times do NOT shop at At Home! They need to get their act together and fix this!

Great place for everyday stuff fur the house and yard. But even better for holidays! They put all of their holiday stuff out really early, and most of it is reasonable priced. The only thing that could make it better is on-line or email coupons.Got some great Halloween stuff this year!

I love At Home they have fantastic products. Be careful with their sales, they are very misleading otherwise anything you can possibly need is there!

This is a great place to shop, as you never know what new items are on display. I have been shopping at this store now for a few years and I always find new and beautiful items for a very fair price. Just check this store out and you will see for yourself. Their is plenty of free parking and many places to dine in the area if you become hungry. Their is something for everyone at this At Home store.
