Our first time in a mattress store after a bit of online browsing. Eliese was absolutely wonderful, guiding us through the process and made everything feels so easy. She was attentive and happy to work within out budget but made sure we still walked away with an amazing purchase we will be happy with. Now we just have the sad almost month wait for delivery.

The fact that the Sleep Number bed was set at 100 at each station then reduced to my sleep number caused me major back pain🤷 We are buying an i8 knowing how much better it is when set way down low at 30-35 for my small frame and knowing this will most likely be the last mattress we buy.Eliese, our sales rep was knowledgeable and listened to our needs, good experience now waiting on bed.

The staff was is beyond awesome, Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and very patient as I slept on one bed slip on another and just hung out on a few I spent a lot of time there and no one rushed or pushed me so that I can make up my own mind and figure out what was best for me.

Your website is deceptive on pricing because the price we saw was mattress only not including the base. we thought we were going to spend 3 k with sale price but no it was nearly 6 thousand for both and sheets.

Worst sleep experience ever. Its literally an overpriced air mattress where part of your body moves when the other part does because the air bags act as a balloon. I wouldnt be leaving this review but after I was told I had to pay another $200 for a 5 minute pickup I decided to make sure people factor in that you are out $400 minimum if they decide its not for you. Unlike other mattress companies that have free pickup and/or delivery or just have you donate it. In addition we were told wed receive a follow up call in two weeks to check on how things were and we never did. Had we received one we would of found out that they could have made adjustments to the bed to give it more support upon telling them of our pain. But I only found out after I initiated the return and after we already purchased a different brand. Again, if you buy one make sure you absolutely love it first or be prepared to pay a third of a new mattress cost no matter what.

Got a decent deal on some pretty cheap suits. Meh its OK. The tailors have zero customer service / social skills. Literally walk away from you without addressing your concerns.

I absolutely love the beds that they offer, most basic to the top of the line. The sales people are very positive, caring and knowledgeable about the product & how you will find the best comfort and sleep in your life.

The sleep number brand has great marketing for TERRIBLE beds. Mine was $3,000. It was so horrible and torturous to sleep on, I gave it away for FREE.

This place was awesome me and my boyfriend went to just check it out I wanted to show him around. Ask for Ashley tell her Shadeena sent you 😍 shes so sweet and very patient. She cares about your needs and wants and puts into consideration your disabilities because I have fibromyalgia so she consider that when trying to find us a quote and great bed so we will definitely be back plus, she doesnt mind telling you about what works best for your budget. Awesome customer service.

I am a big guy and I asked before I bought the bed how is it for big people I was told it holds up very well for big people it does not I absolutely do not like the bed after delivery it took over a month for them to fix it and sending parts for my inconvenience I got two pillows I personally will never buy another one

Do your research before buying these beds! Terrible customer service and the free trial only includes the mattress and not the frame. They basically trap you into keeping the bed. No matter how you feel, please research complaints online before buying!
