We went looking for a full mattress for our twin girls, something simple not to expensive. Alex was polite and knowledgeable and able to delivery on a holiday. The price was the cheapest in store. This was the second time buying from them

I bought the pillow top spring mattress for $550. The mattress in the store is different then the one that came to my house, in that the springs do not extend to the outer rim of the mattress. When you sit or get out of bed it sinks down. Honestly don’t spend that much here. If you want a cheap mattress for $550 fine! Honestly these guys are a scam and took this single mamas money. Keep on hustling mattress man, everyone answers to themselves eventually. I wouldn’t wanna be you in the end.

Walked in to buy a few queen size mattresses the guy that was in there was literally asleep on a mattress he didnt help us whatsoever when we asked for pricing he was just like yeah I think that one is around 250 I asked him a couple of questions but he really didnt seem to have any answers he seemed more upset we interrupted his nap. He said he could deliver by tomorrow and then said Thursday or Friday so instead of spending up to $1000 or more we left he obviously did not want our business. SMH

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I purchased a Judson Pillow Top from them a month ago. They told me the mattress had to be ordered and gave me a loaner. When they delivered the loaner I said where is the frame. It wasnt included, they never told me I had to order it separately. I ended up going to buy one. As for the mattress that I ordered still havent received it and its a month later. They said most recently it wasnt on the truck. Nobody notified me and they have no clue when or if it will be delivered. They are scam artists bait and switch. You order one product they give you another as a loaner and never send you the mattress you ordered. Good luck talking to the manager or anyone in authority or that kid who knows nothing at all. Save yourself the hassle, dont get played and go somewhere else. Im out over 600.00.

It was terrible they lied to me I called in advance to see if he had a box spring he said yes for $59 I told him Id be there within 30 minutes I went and when I told him I came for the box spring he told me that they only had one set left and he couldnt sell me that but he wanted to sell me another one that a higher price and when I told him Ive driven from all the way on the other side of town because you had the best deal they still wouldnt sell me the box spring for the price that they offer so they tried to sell them instead of for 59 for 80 they are a rip off dont go there

The best service Ive ever had at any retail store hands down. I walked in was sold a wonderfully comfortable mattress at a fair price and was not upsold. It was delivered in less than 20 min. Im blown away. I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else as long as I live in Phoenix

Great owners, good staff, if you have any issues you need to request to speak to the owner as it is a small locally owned business and the owners will 100% take amazing care of you. But chances are you will have ZERO issues here. I got a King size mattress here and I used to have massive back pains, turns out my old mattress the issue. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new mattress!!! I will be looking for another twin size mattress soon and will without a doubt be coming here. Also if you are helped by Hector, he is a great guy, he was our sales associate and hope he helps us when we come back for the new mattress.

Got great service from a locally owned store. Most AZ owned businesses dont focus on customer service like say a corporate store. Considering, it was a nice suprise to over hear the grandson giving customer focus advice to another employee. I know it was owners grandson because he was proud to say it. Stopped in earlier today in search of a full size for a the guest bedroom and it was a nice surprise that they actually had a decent selection for my price range and where able to deliver same day the owner of the place is awesome.

We had a flood and needed new box springs. Reyes was so informative and helpful that I ended up buying a very affordable queen set. It was Halloween and we got same day delivery within 3 hours. I highly recommend this business!

Just purchased a king size mattress with low profile box springs from the salesperson Reyes. 1st when the mattress was delivered they had the wrong box springs, I refused the delivery of the wrong box springs and thank God had the foresight to write it on the receipt and took a picture. I called and of coarse they were closed. I left a message plus called the next day. No one could help me. Finally after 2 days I reached Reyes who assured me my box springs were ordered and will be to them by Friday and delivery to me by Saturday between 4-7.Doing my due diligence I went to the store on Friday to confirm, after telling me something different here comes Reyes ( who supposedly was out) to show me my box springs had arrived and would be delivered the next day. As you may be able to tell Saturday came and went without phone call or delivery.Great thing I used my credit card because upon contacting them I was told if I didnt have my complete order by the time they call me back today the charges will be disputed and they can come pick up their mattress. Dont worry its unused and still in the plastic.I will update.Such poor business practices.Good thing I know my rights! Be warned everyone. If you go there at least be able to take your items home.UPDATE:After a conversation with Reyes and 3 hours later I finally have my complete King size mattress set!Glad thats done...

So we bought a mattress and a frame and we got bed bugs from them. We had to through out the bed and get the whole family a new bed.

She was visiting another business and he told her to move her truck. She explained that shed be moving in just a moment and then he proceeded to yell at her and called her a wetback! Such a sad little business. Ive been in this store twice, really wanting to know my options before I pay up a good amount of cash for a bed. Now first of all, I gave it a chance despite its rinky dink location and showroom. I was a little impressed of how the sales guy Reyes knew his stuff about every mattress, at first. Then it got a little annoying as I was near making a decision. Im all about vibes. This atmosphere entirely rubbed me the wrong way. Second time I went, it was obvious Reyes was high. The WHOLE place smelled of weed. This guy just talks and talks himself out of deals. Right before I made my final decision, I read yelp views and seen a few mention scams, bed bugs, no money returned, and so on. From the looks of the place, I wouldnt be surprised if theyre best friends with bed bugs! But atlas, I decided to give them a call and inquire about the negative reviews. Of course Reyes answered and immediately caught an attitude. Laughed before he could answer my question actually. Im so disappointed with his customer service. It was like he went straight commercial because he was getting called out, instead of actually answering my questions or consulting my concerns about their product. Mattress man just lost a customer. Will be taking my money elsewhere and feeling better about it.

Reyes, the store manager is unqualified and has poor people skills. He also lied to me and the finance company about my loan. I have asked to speak to the owner, Dan several times with no return calls. They deliver a dresser to my residence that I did not order or is on my financial loan agreement. They also deliver it when I was not home and made an an appointment for a different day. He called my phone when I was out of town 100s times while I was working I finally answered the phone, and he started yelling at me saying that he was going to deliver the dresser between 4 and 8 pm. I told him not to do that as I was not home. He continued to yell at me and call me names and said you best hope some one is home to receive it.My daughter arrived home at 6:20 pm roughly, and said a mirror was standing against our door way outside. I called Reyes, and asked if that was our mirror and if so where is the rest of the dresser? I said it appears the delivery guy just left one item and it could have been stolen. He called me a mother fxxxx liar and said that someone had to have signed for it. I said that was not true.It turns out the delivery guy calls my phone ten minutes later and said that he was in the parking lot with the rest of the dresser. I told him to not deliver the product as I requested it to be different day. He kept knocking on the door and coerced my daughter to sign for the dresser in mirror that were boxed up and unopenedI called Reyes and said why did this happen? He cussed me out and said we want to be paid from the finance company and that is the way it its.I contacted the finance company and indicated that the item was left in a box and the item codes to the mirror and dresser to did not match with what was on the loan agreement. The Finance Company then conference called Mattress Man Manager, Reyes.Reyes called me many inappropriate names on the phone and was disrespectful to the finance company representative during a conference call. The financial representative became upset as I was and referred the matter to her supervisor because she indicated that she would not tolerate being talked to in this manner.I now have a dresser which I did not order. This is so wrong. Do not go there and shop.I called and left several messages for Dan, the owner over the last two days, and no return call.

We were out shopping for a new mattress. We started out a one of those big franchised firms, and left with a promise that theyd beet any competetors price by 10% if we came back. We walked into Mattress Man and enjoyed the down to earth honest humble appraoch - not only that - the $300 lower up front price for the exact same graded mattress. We told him about our deal - he agreed to match and deliver for free.

Laying on my new mattress now :). I found them by driving by and figured why not. The other stores wanted way to much for their beds. My husband and I walked in and really liked the options they had. The sales man was awesome. We told him our budget and he showed us what he had. With in moments we found One we liked and swipped the bank card. About 4 hrs later it was delivered to our apartment ( up 2 flights of stairs) with out a problem and took our old One away. They will be our go to for now on.

I recently bought a bed that would not fit up our staircase, my fault on not checking dimensions but when I brought it back to the store they told me store credit only, which I would of been fine with but the 20% restocking fee I felt was a little excessive and it is not listed on your receipt you sign for or posted in the store

These are scam artists and liars, they are very incompetent and should not be allowed to be in business. If I could rate them negative 5, 10 or 1000 stars it wouldnt safice for the experience with this company. I am beyond outraged with my business transaction with them. I am not only rating them as a unprofessional, morally bankrupt company but also reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau and any other organization to warn unsuspecting customers before they have to go through this type of unpleasant ordeal. I just want to warn anyone and everyone not to deal with this company. Because they do not do what they agree to do and then they try to get extra money out of people by telling you they dont have what it is they initially sold you in the initial agreement. But I will not be doing business with this company ever again and I will gladly let people I know that my experience with them was beyond reprehensible.

Has anyone ever experience being told to leave for taking photos of the mattress you are considering purchasing for someone else. I was shopping on behalf of someone else, I explained that to the salesman and he told me to comeback when I am ready to buy and he would not quote me a price!!!

The owner (Grumpy old man) was not only rude but he physically harmed me by slamming the door in my face and nearly knocked my 4 year old son down in the process. He was crude and threatening and I cant believe he runs a business. I would have called the police but my son was with me and I didnt want to subject him to what was happening any further. All this because I accidentally parked in front of his store and believe it or not I was trying to apologize and explain to him how I missed his signs. Based on the other reviews, it is not an uncommon behavior for this apparent neanderthal. Im still shocked by his barbaric behavior. Negative 5 all the way!!!

Horrible horrible prices. Charged 300 for a mattress same thing plus box for 150 at Costco. Did not say anything about no refunds. We went back and they called the police on us.

Well, shoot. I need a mattress and box spring badly. I was going to go to Mattress Man, but after reading all these negative comments about Reyes, them not doing anything they say they would, not exchanging items when they were wrong it damaged, and so many other things, Ive decided not to give them a chance. If it was only one or two comments that were negative, Id think about going, but there are SO many bad comments.Hell, Ill sleep on the couch until I can afford the other places.

Beware of this place. I purchased a mattress from this place and went through a financial program they are affiliated with. Nothing was explained to me and no extra fee were ever told to me and when confronted about it the salesperson/manager, Reyes, didnt want to listen. He was unprofessional and has no customer skills at at. Very pushy. Unhelpful. Liar... salesperson what do you expect. I regret buying from here. He told me no refunds when I wanted my money back. So I paid an extra $150 for an $800 mattress and nothing was ever explained to me. His excuse was that I requested the financial program and he tried to tell me they had a different one. So it was MY FAULT. Also they doubled tax me... which I think is illegal. Stay away from here.

Pushy service, i looked around and when i picked out the mattress i waited for my husband to get there to see if he liked it, when they gave it to us it was the floor sample with no discount because they were out of stock but they sold us with the 10 year warranty i knew i would be calling them back for a replacement, they acted helpful when we called it in but when it came down to it as they took down the mattress down the truck theyre guys just tossed it out making the plastic pop open and got what looked to be a stain and they thru it back in the truck and said sorry it has a stain. now we are stuck with this mattress!
