After looking all over town for places to get parts for an older outboard I found this gem. The parts team are very busy lately so sometimes it takes a second to get ahold of them. That being said this team was the most helpful team ever. I went in looking for parts for an older yamaha and was able to get info and prices for everything I needed. I was even able to talk with some of the mechanics about my issues lately and they were both very helpful! Ill be going back to this place again and again!

Great Dealership! We chose this dealership after looking around town, these guys were the most genuine. They took the time to explain things to us when it was a 100 degrees in the summer. with sweat dripping down their brows they were happy to explain anything we needed for our new boat.

Went here looking for a steering cable for an old boat i have and the parts guy was awesome, very helpful and determined to help me find exactly what I needed, they didnt have what I needed in store but their warehouse was only a mile and a half away, so I went and picked it up there, there was no inconvenience only smiling faces and friendly banter!!! Great place if you need marine stuff.

I had taken my boat to complete marine for a repair and they told me it would take 3-4 weeks, bummer right? But I understood seeing how it was in July and was sure they were busy. However they had my boat for over 2 months. I finally got it back on Friday and took it out on Wednesday. Within 30 minutes of being on the water one of the clean out plugs blew out at 40mph and broke the latch to the hatch that covers them. The clean out plugs have lanyards on them that connect to the boat so they dont end up at the bottom of the lake However they never connected them to the boat and now its at the bottom of the lake. I called them when I got home and told them what happened and they said bummer Im sorry that happened to you. I had to purchase a new plug assembly and latch that cost $385. I made it clear to them that they never connected them back to the boat and that their mistake is costing me a lot of money thinking theyd own up to their fault and make it right but they didnt. So they ordered the parts and I picked them up and again told them that I wasnt pleased having to spend that kind of money for something that they were responsible for and I just got a blank stare and a smile. I understand things happen but what bothers me most is when people refuse to accept responsibility and make things right.

Highlights of my experience at Complete Marine:I’ve not heard anything yet this week. Sorry. I will ask our owner tomorrow when he gets back in the office- my salesman(no response for 5 weeks, I had to reach out)I’ll check with John (the owner) tomorrow and see when you would have to make your decision by and the status of the blue one.- my salesman(No response for three weeks, I had to reach out and never received a response)Customer satisfaction is important to us and we strive to make sure each experience is a good one.- the owner(After I took delivery of a boat that wasnt built to specs as advertised on the Yamaha website)The detailed version:I just purchased a brand new, luxury Yamaha for $45K. Deposit in August, and expect delivery in 4-5 weeks. 5 months later, I pick up the boat. Granted, what supply was like for a number of products last year, I wouldnt even have held this against them had they kept me informed about the progress of my purchase. But when the Yamaha plant closes down production, I think that should warrant at least a phone call to a customer regarding their $45K purchase.Their expert team dedicated to customer service (as touted on their webpage) consisted of multiple emails and follow up emails, going unanswered for weeks at a time. Over a five month period, I received zero courtesy phone calls/emails regarding information about the progress of the boat. All communication from my salesperson was initiated by request from me. They claimed to have weekly phone calls on Saturdays with updates from Yamaha. After 3-5 weeks with no communication from their last We have no idea when it will arrive I had to request updates. Eventually, I asked for a different point of contact.During delivery inspection, were going through all the features. The boat IS NOT delivered to specs as advertised on the Yamaha website. Again, I express my frustrations to the salesman doing the walkthrough and the gal during the finance process. The one shining piece of customer service they did have was the finance lady (Lets call her T) was spot on! Quick responses with information even when it wasnt what I wanted to hear. THATS the kind of customer experience I like to have. Addressing your concerns and honest with the information they receive. Unfortunately, I think her hands were tied when it comes to any aspect outside her department. This girl alone is the SOLE REASON Im willing to give the second star. She was my point of contact after I requested someone other than my salesperson. After confirming the Yamaha website was in error regarding the specs of my boat, she forwarded the info to me and asked if theres anything else she could do for me. I sent her a long email detailing how disappointed I was with my experience as a first-time boat buyer, and what Complete Marine was willing to do to prove this is not how they regularly operate. I made it clear that I wasnt asking for a discount on my boat or asking for free stuff. All I was asking for was a gesture of some sort from them to show they value me as a customer and I could trust them with my future needs as a boat owner. The owner emailed me a few days later. He did apologize for my experience, but after apologies from LITERALLY every department, they really lose their worth. He made sure to plug how great their service department is at servicing my boat, and that the feature of my boat that was advertised in error has been removed off the website.I took the boat out for the first time and about 45 minutes in the engine became noticably rough. On my way into the dock I called to try and get an appt for them to look at it. They wouldnt make an appointment. They said the best I could do is bring it in first thing Monday. Fortunately, it was just a piece of driftwood in the impeller and I was able to remove it once we pulled the boat out of the water. After that the engine ran fine. However, not a single phone call or email from Complete Marine expressing concern about me having troubles with my boat on the first trip out.

ReviewThese guys have been nothing short of amazing. Layne and Tieshia were awesome in getting me financed (which I wasnt sure would happen) and helped me pick out the perfect used boat for my family. We did buy an 06 bowrider with 400 hours on it so the 30 day warranty they gave us has been a life saver. I knew the boat wasnt going to be perfect with its age and hours but every issue weve had over the past few weeks; they’ve taken care of quickly.Frank and Lola have been great in getting the boat in, combing through, and fixing anything that comes up!I also had the pleasure of meeting John the owner my last time in and he was extremely kind and reassuring. This last time I took the boat back, it was technically out of my 30 day warranty window and he assured me that since my issues had been made known over the last few weeks, they would still be covered. You can see theyre not out to make a quick buck, or leave people high and dry (boom! Pun intended there). Theyve honestly won my business for life. Oh yeah, and cant forget to mention Sam who went out of his way to get my wife a custom life vest, a gigantic duck tube and a grill for the boat.To everyone else there; thank you for everything thus far.

I received excellent free advice from Complete Marine despite the fact that I had not purchased anything from them. I bought a boat from a local competitor and had trouble with it from the start. Fed up with fighting to get help and poor performance I finally contacted the boats manufacturer who arranged for Complete Marine to contact me since they are a dealer of that brand. Their rep was very responsive and advised me to purchase a hydrofoil to try to make the boat plane more readily. I had to spend a small amount of money on the hydrofoil, but it has made a huge difference in the boats performance. I dont know why the seller couldnt have told me that as I had informed them of the problem soon after purchasing the boat. I will go back to Complete Marine if I have other issues.

We had an accident with our boat and took it in for service on March 20, 2014 for insurance claim. It was an insurance claim. Our insurance agent that he would pay for their time. We, also, told them they would be getting the repair work and if the boat was totaled we would be interested in buying a small fishing boat from them. Either way they had a guaranteed customer to repair the boat or the sale of a new boat. On April 14, 2014, I called to cancel the order and the manager told me they had just pulled the boat into the shop. I told them to stop as we were going to pick up the boat to such bad service. Our insurance agent tried repeatedly to contact them with NO reply. The manager told us we could pick up the boat and he would stop the any service. Today we went to pick up the boat and were presented with a $200 bill. The work order it dated 04/14/2014 at 2:00 pm in the afternoon. This dated over three hours after I called and canceled the service. This is the worse boat dealer ever.

I scheduled an appointment on my boat for Wednesday August 3rd, 2016. The boat was dropped off the morning of the appointment at 7 am. I was told they would look at the issue and get back with me. I didnt get a call back until Monday the 8th. They informed me everything was fine, except, they didnt look at the main problem I was concerned with (a possible warn out bearing at the end of the shaft). The service rep told me he would have the technician look at it again and call me back. Today is August 11th and I still havent heard back from them. I just called them and told another service guy that I was really upset and disappointed in the service they were providing. He was very professional and apologetic. We will see if it goes better from here. I am also a business owner and I understand people get busy and things fall through the cracks, but a simple call from them would have gone a long ways to keep me informed and not get so angry.Update: Got a call back very quickly after I expressed my frustration. They found some minor issues but it appears to be corrected. I am much happier now that they responded so quickly. I initially gave them 1 star, but I bumped it up after they responded quickly.

They must be doing ok since they threw out a $500 order because they wouldnt invoice someone other than the person at the parts counter. I asked them to invoice my business partner and place the order and forward it to another address. They never invoiced him so the order was never placed. I called them up a few days later to check the status, they said they now wanted full cash to payment before they could place the order. I was in a different state at that point and it wouldnt be an option. It was clear that they didnt want to accommodate an order that was to be shipped to a different location.
