The fella Chris there is an A-Hole! Management needs to train him up on his customer service skills. Very Rude and not very good at his job! I get these vendors are under a lot of pressure and stress due to the paver manufacturers behind but when YOU screw up an order that is in your control take some accountability. My time and gas is valuable too. Dont make me feel like Im the A-hole for wanting you to make it right. Ill stick to the fellas at the Thunderbird location. Also on another note Marvel in general needs to hire someone to answer phones!

I called the Indian School Rd location twice and was put on hold 28 minutes the first time and 31 minutes the second time. The second time, I was told I would get a call back with information about a product I needed. This was one week ago. No one has called. I guess they don’t want the $3,400 worth of supplies I need. The two guys that I spoke to were rude. I believe their names were Dumb and Dumber.

Rudy is very rude. Go to the Thunderbird store where youre treated better

Unprofessional and rude. We walked in looking for material but needed help finding the name of it. As we asked for someone’s help all he said was “Don’t waste my time”. If I can give this store 0 stars I absolutely would.

I drove from all the way from Meza, time on the web pages says it closes at 4 but is been close since 3. Waste of time and gas.

Found just the right pavers i was looking for. Very happy. Very clean place. Everyone wearing masks. Easy access.

I noticed that they did same thing with us ..made mistakes and now last material they delivered it was lot of white spots look old .. after we had workers working on our backyard patio has to stop working my wife emailed the woman and called.. barely get their call back after promised to call back pretty frustrating !

In my professional, opinion I would not purchase any product from this company. Marvel Building & Masonry Supply/ BorderOur one-and-only experience with them has been a complete nightmare in our eyes.We were contracted to install a finer cement panel on the exterior of a building.Nichia, who is the manufacturer directed us to contact it’s local distributor  Marvel Building & Masonry Supply/ Border to purchase the material through.We provided  Marvel/Border with an purchase order with the correct product, quantity, and color.We received a conformation back from Marvel/Border that matched our purchase order.We had requested that the material be delivered to our office.They delivered it to the job site instead. Mistake #1Once we got to the job site and installed the product all seemed well. This was until a few weeks later when the architect informed the general contractor and us that the material color of the Niche panel was incorrect.Upon investigation, we learned that Marvel/Border had provided the material in a different color to other similar buildings and so, without checking with us, unilaterally decided to change the color when it ordered from Niche even though Marvel/Border’s conformation to us had the correct color on it.Being that this was our first time working with this product we did not know the difference in hues in the color from what was order and what was shipped and ultimately installed.The owner, who was only a few weeks away from closing the building, had a major problem on his hands.Marvel/Border informed us that it would not replace the material even though they it made the decision to change the color without permission or noticeIn the end, the owner required us to write it a $30k deductive Change order to accept the incorrect color panel on the building.In our opinion, Marvel/Border made the mistake, but it won’t own up to it and pay for it.Based on our experience with Marvel/Border, buyer beware when you purchase any product from Marvel/Border if it makes a mistake, you may get the same treatment that we did?

Its not often that a business is so concerned about meeting your needs that they direct you away from themselves to another vendor. That just happened to me at Marvel. I went in to order a product from them that was the closest to what I actually wanted but couldnt find. They made two calls for me to other businesses and sure enough one was willing to custom make what I needed. So thank you Eddie and Marvel for going above and beyond in customer service. What a pleasant experience.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about some on the showroom products.

The Indian School location is really unorganized and crowded. Marvel in general is awesome. I just would rather travel a little farther for a much better chance of not having my pickup dinged up because their is no room to drive on the yard. Very frustrating.

Great place to get all the things you need for backyard/landscape builds. Huge selection and friendly staff. Prices are good and theyll load it all up for you.
