I would NOT buy a car here EVER again and will let everyone I know in the market not to come here. Iβve had my Infiniti QX50 for only a few weeks and the brakes are already squeaking. Also, my car did not come with a second key. They said if I wanted another key I have to pay for it! Thatβs crazy to me. The dealership did not detail my car before dropping it off, I keep finding womenβs fake fingernails every time I clean it, gross. It has many scuffs all around the car AND a huge scratch on the front bumper. That is partially my fault for not inspecting the exterior like a hawk. I assumed when buying a car with only 23k miles on it with one owner it wouldnβt have so many cosmetic defects. This dealership is a ripoff and does not care about customer service. Stay far away from Infiniti on Camelback.

Had my oil change done here as I always do . The service advisor Josh informed me that my battery was low and it needed exchanging not known to me that the battery was under warranty it was exchanged free of charge. That is what a dealership should be like... appreciated the surprise and most of all the service..

****** Update to the review since dealership sent someone to my workplace to fix the issues. They did send the guy top off the fluid but they also said that they would check the sensor, etc -- the problem was not fixed. Bluetooth connectivity problem was not fixed. Power outlet problem not fixed. And to their claim of providing complimentary wiper blades. I was ready to pay for the blades but they did not bill me...Now, the dealerships GM is not responding to my emails; I had requested to setup a time to talk to him. ******(Original Review/Text) This was my second time bringing the QX80 to this dealership and I gave this dealership another chance after the hassle I had to go through for something else during November 2020 through January 2021...it took WEEKS AND WEEKS of unprofessionalism/lack of communication before it was resolved.As this is close to my work, I went in for an oil change last week -- being at 45k miles -- ended up having the 45k service done as well. As I was driving off the lot after getting the service done, the OIL & FITER MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATIONS were still on. I am not sure why would the staff not reset these things and expect the customer to reset it? I did not want to waste my time and drove off without asking anyone at the dealership. Later on I reset it myself but still took few minutes off my time that should have not been the case.The main reason for my review right now and these comments is because yesterday I was driving the QX80 (my wife normally drives that one...) and I noticed WASHER LIQUID LOW light/notification was on??!?! Within a week of the service being performed one of the fluids is low? That really concerning as if the service was done or not???Especially when my wife drives it....and her not bringing the vehicle for service...she wont know what was done or not. But I was shocked, disappointed and frustrated when I saw that light on.

Went to test drive a car. By the time I made it to the office the price had gone up about $3,000. I guess $8 worth of door edge tape and pointless nitrogen in the tires is valued a lot by them. Also, if it was installed on the car already, why wasnβt it included in the asking price? It wasnβt optional. Already irritated by the price hike for silly βdealer added featuresβ. I just want the price of the car and to be on my way. I told them up front. I can finance or pay cash. They came back with a rate over 5% to which I replied I can get 2 or below from my credit Union, just give me a price. I finally point blank stated that I had zero interest in discussing financing or interest rates. Then I was taken to the manager where I was then again confronted about financing and interest rates. I thanked them for their time and left. I went from βwill probably buy this carβ to βNah, see what you did thereβ to βscrew this placeβ in about 5 minutes. When someone just wants a price, give them a price and it should be at it below whatβs advertised. Not 3k more.

Being a biased woman, I went into Infiniti on camelback for my new QX60 oil change ready to over pay and hear how Iβll have all these others problems, BUT let me say this, I will continue to use Infiniti on camelback because of one employee.Michael Caseres is the definition of phenomenal customer service. Not only was I greeted immediately but also offered beverages and a Lyft ride to and from my house.Michael went above and beyond and called me to keep me updated about my cars progress. Jose scheduled an appointment for me to come in to test drive the car of my interest. We sat down talked numbers and the car was Mine! Jose sent the car to the service department and admissions as well as to have the car detailed. He also made sure I left the dealership on a full tank of gas. The finance and sales manager were fair and the whole experience was the best Iβve ever had and Iβve bought from BMW, Mini, VW, Lexus. Rain delivered the car to me himself. Every since the moment I walked into the dealership to purchase a vehicle has been nothing but an amazing experience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and the service following purchasing the vehicle has been amazing as well I get notifications for when scheduled maintenance is due and they are always very friendly and happy to help. The first time I went in they got me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car and the second time they got me an Uber to lunch spot and then had the Uber pick me up after lunch. This time, I finally met my match dealing with the top sales person at the dealership.I was introduced to the top sales dog, Charger. We had a difficult language barrier as I donβt speak German Shepherd, but he made my experienced delightful. He knew all about the features of my new car - even more than the GM. Cody worked with me for over a month to find the car that would suit my needs and my budget. He bent over backwards to accommodate my schedules too. Jose his his teammate helped us deal with the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was super accommodating and helpful. Even the finance manager was easy to work with. No one ever pressured me in anyway shape or form. Buying a car has never been as easy as it was here.
The bankruptcy department there not good at communicating. One the person who helped me called me from another co workers phone and leaves me a message with a weird number to call him back. And also the guy phone he used that person to me sounded rude when he gave me the number to call him back on. And second I leave a message on his office phone and his cell phone and he doesnt return my call. And third I called and left another message on his voicemail and still no call back. I just think they gotta communicate better with people and dont give someone a weird number to call back

We priced out a few tire places and yes, they would have been less expensice and quicker to install, but we wouldnt have the peace of mind from the tire program they use. After 6 months one of the brand new bridgestone tires shredded. We were stuck too far from the Camelback Infiniti. We had to go to another infiniti, it was not the same service. Sheldy is our go to in the service department and Jessica L. is so friendly and helpful. We are still stranded in the east valley waiting for our tire, but I am so happy to say if I could Id be at Camelback infiniti getting this tire fixed.
My entire time buying my car Lon was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and I didnβt feel pressured. He helped make sure the car looked flawless when I picked it up and was so helpful with all my requests. He is extremely responsive and made me feel comfortable making a huge purchase for me. He put me at ease and found me the car with everything I wanted in my price range. So happy I was fortunate enough to work with him!
