We purchased a suv from a gilbert and juanita at buy rite that needed serious repairs that we did not know about. obviously had we known we would have NOT purshased this vehicle. the vehicle is needed for daily transportaion for employment and family necessities. we tried to file a complaint with the BBB however our 5 day response time expired oddly enough, DUE to a family health emergency. The fact is we had to invest another $ 2100.00 in this vehicle after putting a $2000.00 down payment on it literally a few days prior. when we asked juanita about the issue she told us to bring it in to their mechanic to take a look at it. we asked if their mechanic was certified and she told me he was not.. we have proof from a certified shop in phx that the repair needed to be done by a certified mechanic. we have the receipts for this work performed!!! and in addition to this work perfomed the issue has not been fully resolved. it will take additional work to complete this. btw, we were return customers to gilbert and juanita...WE HAVE SAVED ALL PAPERWORK REGARDING THIS PATICULAR ISSUE, ALL TEXTS FROM A SALES ASSOCIATE, ALL TEXTS FROM JUANITA AND ALL RECEIPTS FROM OUTSIDE MECHANICS THAT HAVE WORKED ON THIS VEHICLE THAT HAVE SHOWN THAT THIS VEHICLE HAD PRIOR ISSUES BEFORE THE SALE DATETHERE IS A 2ND FILING ON THIS CLAIM DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF ITS EXPIRATION, AND WE PLAN ON IT!!!!also one quick note, in going back and forth with juanita she didnt want to deal with my situation so she pointed the finger at gilbert and in one text told me hes the owner you will have to deal with him.. when in fact they are both the owners of buy rite auto sales!!CANT WAIT TO SEE YOUR RESPONSE.....

Very good place. I was a hard, and difficult client. The Owner, Gilbert I think was his name, is a straight forward honest man, his wife Juanita is her name I believe, was a very kind woman. I was helped out by Joslyn(not sure I spelled her name right) and her husband. She was a very kind and sweet woman. She helped me into my Ram (that I am in love with) and worked with me, like I mentioned I was a hard client. The Owner Gilbert went above to assure me the truck was in good condition when I had some doubts, like I mentioned aswell; I was a difficult client.Over all had a good experience here.

My girlfriend and I were looking for her first car to finance on her own. We were greeted right away, and never pressured into anything. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and honest about any issues with the car. I recommend this place if you are looking to buy a vehicle. They always try and do the right thing and take care of the customer. They looked at several places to get is the best rates and were open and honest during the whole process.

Last year I answered an add advertising a particular car that fit my price range. I called them telling them that I was a 63 year young woman that needed a reliable car as Im too old to be walking fast and chasing buses. They assured me that that particular was perfect for me and that they would take care of me.I ended up purchasing the car and they suggested that I leave a good rating, in which, I did. The 2nd day, I realized that the alternator was shot because the red battery light stayed on, oil leaking from somewhere from the engine, couldnt change the sparkplugs for tune up because the sparkplug wells were filled with oil, suspension issues, mounts needed replacing as car vibrated like an overloaded washer machine and transmission needed replacing. After the third time I went back to Buy Rite with these issues, the owner told me he was sick of seeing this car and didnt want to see it anymore. So, I was left on my own. Praise God it miraculously ran until I was able to purchase another car which is extremely reliable.

I have to admit, I was skeptical about buying from Buy Right at first, but they really came through for me and got me into the vehicle I was looking for. Me and my sister were just at this dealership, and had a horrible experience they tried to scam my sister out of her money. We went to check the car and liked it, Jocelyn immediately pressured us into going inside the office and fill out the paperwork for financing, we did advise my sister did not have good credit and she stated no worries we deal with all kinds of credits, my sister went today to finish up the deal and they hit her with a $450 monthly payment and $3000 down payment for a car that costed $13,000.00 in which my sister had a trade in that was valued at $5,000.00 so she was only going to finance close to $9000.00 at $450 a month with $3000.00 down for 60 months and a 43 APR. This place is a scam!!!!! We understand business is slow because of Covid but you should try and help potential customers instead of robbing them of their money!!! Do not go to this dealership!!!!

The worst experience ever!!! Worst customer service!! I talked with the owner the previous day and she told that the car was $7822 with taxes and plates. Me and my wife loss our time, going there and checked the car and when we decided to buy it, they told us that they make a mistake and that was not the price of the car and was more than $9000. I even showed the messages when she said the first price included taxes and plates, but she excused in her Spanish, even though, her Spanish was very good and I asked in the message if that was the price included taxes and plates for the second time. If they do not speak Spanish, they should not give information in Spanish and make people loss their time! They tried to push us to buy the car, which make us uncomfortable, they trying to show us the Carfax and even make a discount with a total $8500.Do not believe in their prices, they overpriced and they are rude!!!

1 month ago I purchased a van from BUY RIGHT Auto sales. The owner told me and my wife he was personally driving and it had no issues. We test drove and saw no issues. A week later I messaged them and let them know that it was leaking, receptionist told me to bring back in and they would review. This all fell within my applied warranty time. The owner told me his mechanic reviewed and the everything was good. Just took to my mechanic and was hit with a $3000 bill for oil pump, timing belt, powersteering pump, Ac drain and recharge, engine thermostat, replacement of front axle and much more. I recommend you bring your mechanic with you to question all details or purchase from a reputable company who puts customers first. I am beyond disappointed with the service received and would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This was not your typical auto dealer. They truly did pre approve me for the car that I had wanted. The payment was lower than originally anticipated and they got me a decent down payment as well. They were very nice and communicated throughout the whole process. Bought a Santa Fe and was happy with our overall purchase. The whole experience was quick and easy. However, after we let the dealership we experienced some problems with the car starting. We called the dealership and there was no hesitation to get the car fixed regardless of the dealers warranty. They took care of the problem with no cost to us and compensated us with gas. Went to multiple dealerships in Az and finally found an affordable vehicle that was in great condition at a really low and decent price. Had been looking for a quality used vehicle and had been shopping around for a while. I came across a few vehicle for sale postings on offer up and one in particular was for a 2013 BMW. When I first saw the low price they were asking for it I was certainly skeptical and began to ask myself, okay what is wrong with it? I called them and spoke with Gilbert to see if it was still available so that I can come view it, as I was coming from a long ways away. He advised me that it was and to come by anytime. I finally came by a few days later and was surprised it was still available.I showed up at the lot and began to view and inspect the vehicle. I took the vehicle for a test drive and was very impressed with the overall condition, mechanically and appearance both inside and out, of the vehicle. I had applied online so by the time I got there and decided on the vehicle I was already approved and just had to sign papers.Gilbert and Amel were great, to say the least. They treated me as one of the guys, there was no hassle, no pressure or up selling of any sort. Victoria was great as well. Horrible experience. Communication wasn’t the greatest. Arrived to purchase a vehicle, hazards didn’t work, blinkers didn’t work on both sides, seconds after starting the car it smelt of burning, popped the hood and there were broken parts under the hood. Not cleaned well on the inside. I know it’s a 2010 Mercedes but atleast make it presentable for sale.. also asked if it had been well maintained before arriving and they didn’t have the decency to tell me many things needed repairs. Guy helping me also didn’t seem to know anything about the vehicle.. very sketchy. Manager came over and said they could give it an oil change and a power wash.. lol. Like that would fix a vehicle that smells like burning parts... do not recommend whatsoever.

My co worker went here and was highly satisfied, and shes very picky! She had the car inspected at the dealership after purchasing and the car is a good car with decent miles. They dont overly mark up their cars like other places. And they will work with you, if your considering a car they are definitely the people to go to. This is a good family dealership, they have family values and they genuinely wouldnt put you in something they would not put their own family in.

At first, they were really nice and genuine. But after buying the car...everything went down hill. I went to pick my car up and automatically I had a headlight out. They didn’t even catch that until we said something before we left. From then it’s been a hot mess. I’ve had issues with my radio and back up camera. They say they fixed things but they haven’t done anything to it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your time on them. It’s not with the money or stress.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!Too Bad there isnt a ZERO star option. We purchased a vehicle from Todd in early 2018. Yes, we test drove it, and yes, at the time it seemed to run fine. By the time we got it home (about 1.5 hours away) the vehicle was already showing Check Engine lights. We called several times before we got a response. We were told that we could not have the vehicle checked where we lived, but needed to bring it back. They did a minor repair and the light was off when we brought it home, however within another month, the car started having all sorts of odd electrical issues. It wont start, it shuts off when we try to drive it...all sorts of lights randomly come on. We took it to several mechanics, including the actual brand name dealer, who told us that the transmission was jacked, and also that it looked like there was severe water damage throughout the vehicles electrical system. The last mechanic to work on it said the same thing, major water damage, like it had been flooded, but that was not disclosed on the title. The vehicle has been dead for the past 8 months, only randomly being able to turn on and stay on...and we cannot find anyone who can fix it for under $10k. (They basically said we need to have the entire electrical system taken out and a new one put in, plus address the defective transmission). Of course, the vehicle isnt even worth that much. I sincerely believe that this car was seriously not in good condition, and that the seller knew it. Todd was in too big of a hurry to pawn this off on an unsuspecting teenager who was purchasing their first vehicle. He seemed not at all surprised when we called the first time with a NON-minor mechanical issue, and said that their standard fix was bring it back for a repair, but not a refund, because it was past the lemon law time frame (3 days). So now we are upside down on a damaged vehicle that was basically broke when we bought it, and wont run. Thanks Buy Rite for the piece of junk that you overcharged us for because you said it was like new! what a lie.

I looked at a car hear, test drove it and found it had an oil leak. The owner told me and assured me that they would do right and get it fixed at no cost to me. He said he was honest and trying to help other people as he struggled to get where he is now and that he understood the meaning of integrity. Needles to say I bought the vehicle believing this man would do me right. Well I called many times for a few weeks and could never get ahold of him and would not return my calls. I waited a few months and blocked my number and finally a time I called he answered. He said to schedule a date to have it done. I told him that upcoming saturday would be good for me and he said ok Ill see you here. I drove way out to the dealership from Chandler only to get turned away.This man talks a good game and makes you believe he has integrity and is honest. Well dont make the same mistake I did. Take your money somewhere else. And if you do buy something from him and you get into a similar situation make sure you get his promises in writing so that you actually have some leverage. Even then I would not believe anything this man/business has to say.I did not wait 2 years. All this happened within a time period of a few months going back and forth from the day i purchased the vehicle. I never said you blocked a number. I said I blocked my number so it comes through as anonymous to avoid getting ignored or the run around.

I say that after dealing with large dealerships across the valley in search of a specific vehicle to tow behind our RV. BUY RIGHT AUTO had the exact vehicle we were shopping for 2016 model with only 8600 miles at a price that was anywhere from $1500.00 to $2200.00 less the big box store dealerships. No DOC FEE, no ride along on the test drive. NO PRESSURE. NO negotiation with a salesperson taking an offer back to a supervisor for approval. NO $698.00 vehicle add on for tinted windows (dealer did do that when we were shopping after a price was negotiated). When you shop and buy here you are dealing with a family owned and run business who can make decisions in the moment to give you the best deal. Amel held our new purchase on a handshake (no deposit required) and Jaunita the owners wife called the next day to tell us the title would be there by 10:00 AM the following day and we could pick the car up then and close the deal. Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from here. The people at Buy Right were courteous, knowledgable, and professional. And I can vouch to the fact that they will work with any credit situation. One way or another, they will get you approved and you will drive off in a new car that day. Their lot is full of good cars, and the listed prices are quite competitive. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again next time Im in the market for a vehicle.Update: Although I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted, luck was not on my side. The car I chose developed mechanical issues during my first weeks of ownership. I brought the issue to Buy Rights attention, and they went out of their way to correct the problem. Unfortunately, the problem was more extensive than anyone thought, and we all agreed that returning the car was the best option for everyone.Although I was disappointed that the deal didnt work out, I was impressed at the professionalism and integrity of this dealership. They went out of their way to make things right. Its rare that one finds above-board dealing like this in a used car dealership.If youre in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go meet Gilbert, Amel, and Juanita and check out their inventory. Amel was very friendly and efficient. We were able to take our time and check out the vehicles we wanted without the feeling of being rushed. Able to test drive whatever we wanted, but there was no need, we found The one we liked and got it. The process of buying was very fast and easy. Highly recommend coming and seeing Amel!

I stopped by this lot over the weekend and checked out the vehicles available. I was surprised by the assortment of cars I could choose from. From SUVs, to compact cars to luxury vehicles. I called and told them what I could do and if they could put in behind the wheel. Amel (hope I spelled his name right) was SUPER FRIENDLY and very professional. He not only kept his word, but I left with the car that day just after the normal car buying paperwork. He didnt make me feel pressure or under obligation. The Luxury vehicle is SO NICE and I feel as if I got it for a steal. I would never have imagined such a nice car for my price range. My wife and I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 for an amazing price! Buy Right is NOT your typical sleazy dealership, its far from it. The day we got the car we ended up locking the door and little did we know, the only door you can open the car with the key was broken. I called Juanita and she sent a locksmith to come get us in our car and make a new key. They covered ALL of the expenses without even hesitating! Not only that, theyre going to pay for the door to be fixed, too! Any other dealership, I mean ANY other dealership would have said that it was no longer their problem as we had already driven off the lot.
