Havent utilized a dealership for my vehicles in many, many years. Am a retired master mechanic so have always done my own warranty and service work. My Uncle was the GM of this dealership when I was a child. Bought my first real car here when I was 16. Unfortunately only had it about 8 hours. Bought it day of senior prom. A brand new metallic blue Iroq Z. What a beautiful car. Went to prom, came out to leave with my girlfriend and heart was shattered. Car had been T-boned. Insurance totaled it out. I had 1st services and some general maintenance done on a new truck I recently bought. Great people, friendly service writers. Well knowledgeable technician that worked on my truck. Offered him a cash tip to buy his lunch with and he politely refused several times. I remember doing the same thing when people offered me, but it does make you feel good when they do. Truck had been hit week prior in home depot parking lot. Stopped at body shop to have writer estimate damage and give quote for straightening rear bumper and fixing scratch in right corner of bed. The guy took a look at pulled bumper straight and polished out the scratch to the point I was satisfied. Scratch still there but not noticeable except to me because I know its there. He did not charge me a thing. Offered his hand and said he hoped I had a wonderful experience at the shop. I will definitely be rescheduling all my next services and maintenance here again. Very comfortable lounge area with great coffee and snack bar available. Thumbs up guys. Keep up the great work.

This team is great. Not only do they get the job done, they work hard for the customer and go the extra mile. It does not stop with the sale, the continues business management, finance assistance and service after the sale means they are invaluable in managing your fleet. I highly recommend the best fleet sales team in the state.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to have to get forced back and asked to be charged for labor on anything that needs to be checked. This place is seriously garbage sorry but it is Im not new to Arizona either Ive lived her my whole life and you guys get no recommendation from me at all cant wait till they clean house and get some real service people in here.

I am highly disappointed with Courtesy Chev. I waited 10 hrs for my car to have a in cabin filter, and air filter changed, And a alignment.It was upsetting and I left reviews and complaints all which go unknowtised.From now on if its not pd for under my warranty I will be going elsewhere for service.Also they tried to jack up the price by 40$ more than I was quoted in Am when dropping off vehicle.

I apparently left a review on the fleet side that belongs on the retail side.
