Buying a car can be very stressful but I really enjoyed my experience at camelback Kia. I tried a couple other Kia dealerships in the valley but did not enjoy my experience. Camelback Kia was different. The service I got was awesome! I had the privilege to work with Luis Ruiz. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Never felt pressure or anything. I also really enjoyed talking with the guy in charge of doing the financing and paperwork. He was very informative and did a great job. I couldn’t pick up the car until late on a Wednesday (got there after 8pm). Luis could have easily just rushed me out of there (he normally works until 6). He still took the time to go every feature of the car and made sure I had a good understanding. I probably didn’t get out of there until close to 11pm. No one there seemed bothered at all that I was keeping them there late (I felt bad). I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
Camelback Kia gave a outstanding customer service! Being this was our first time going through with a recall process on our Kia Soul; the stress of the unknown car expenses that could arise when serviced - everything was laid out of what we needed to do and what was done with care and understanding. Thank you to the staff, and especially the mechanics that helped us get back on the road!
Worst experience ever for a first time buyer. Took my grandson’s down payment. Had him put insurance and tags on the Nissan he was buying. A week later called him wanting 2500 more down and doubled his payment. He had to return the car. Couldn’t afford that. Had to cancel insurance. They kept his down payment for restocking fee. Cheyenne in the office couldn’t be any more rude than she was. It was a terrible experience for a 21 year old. And they all but robbed him. Will never go there again and strongly recommend that no one else does. Shame on your sales group there that rushed through this sale and then made such a mess of making it turn out like a nightmare for him and the company still got his money. He should get his money back. One disappointed grandparent And again shame on you all. Training may be needed all the way around.
Clean and professional space. Service team is on the ball and the technical aspects of getting your updates and understanding the recommendations and education of what needs done vs. What you will need to look out for in the future is excellent and seamless.Wifi was smooth to jump on as well so I can get some work done while waiting a couple hours for the service to be taken care of.
Absolutely horrendous service. 1) I went in previously to get my trunk lock fixed and an oil change. Trunk was under a warranty and oil change was around $23. They came back saying I needed a new serpentine belt for $600 i scoffed took it to my local mechanic who informed me my 4 year old car in fact did NOT need a new belt. that was strike 1 and 2 for me.2) Now I am attempting to CALL them to ask a 5 minute question about a service/part and was put on hold for 30 mins for the call to disconnect. I called back and told to wait AGAIN - for 15 mins to be told to wait even longer. what?! I explained I was already in the queue but their service disconnected me and the lady in the parts department told me i could wait or hang up. I am over it. This place is utter trash. I would rather spend my time at a walmart auto center than here. Will never do business here. And if you are smart - you wouldnt either.
The best Kia car dealer!I wanted to buy a car that suit to my budget and Im glad I found this branch online. They will work on your budget and will not give any BS about pricing. Mike and Ollie were amazing, they gave me the best deals in the valley. If you are looking for a car. These guys are your best option. Looking forward for future purchase.As for car review, I purchased a Kia Forte 2021 LXS, this car is exceptional for its price. Good gas mileage and it has a lot of features that other car companies will charge you for those features. The front collision sensor save me the other on the freeway when the guy cut in front of me. The car instantly put the emergency break. Overall, this is a well done car, I couldnt ask for more.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish with buying our new Kia Carnival. We came from out of state because camelback both had availability (where dealers in our area did not) and had the best pricing. Ollie and Tim provided all of the information that we needed to make our decision to purchase through camelback and they even picked us up from the airport when we arrived to buy our new car. We had a pleasant experience throughout financing and even had follow up after the sale was complete. We are very happy with our new car and highly recommend Camelback for future car purchases.
Dont ever go there! you will be scammed! they are looking for somebody pay without questions and not even a test drive! they asked us to wire deposit of $2000 before we even can see the car! they change their words and put up all kind of stuff to rip u off!I will never go there! there are a lot of other safe places ..
I was blown away with the efficiency and care of the Camelback Kia service team. My vehicle broke down during a heat wave. I had my vehicle towed to Adrian at Camelback Kia. When my vehicle arrived the issues that were previously presenting disappeared. Adrian went above and beyond by keeping my vehicle and performing the appropriate action to get my vehicle to act up again he then had service perform an extensive diagnostic and quickly repair the issues. Adrian also assured me that my visit was covered under warranty which I appreciated. My vehicle was ready sooner than I expected and upon my arrival I was able to be in/out of the service center in under 3minutes which was very impressive. I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my positive experience at this service center. Thank you again to the Camelback Service team. My vehicle is now operating at full efficiency. You have earned a customer for life!
Pro: Our sales person was really nice and only showed us the vehicle we wanted to look at. He didnt pressure us and was honest with us.Cons: 1. Very long process, bring a lunch. May have gone quicker if my salesperson wasnt working with 3-4 other customers at the same time. We couldnt find him for the longest time.2. Add about $2k more to the sales price, because they add options that you cannot decline (even though they have you sign paperwork saying the options are optional, they are not optional. False advertising on the pricing.)3. After purchase, if you need to get ahold of the dealership, good luck. I called multiple times over a 2 week period, and left voicemails, and never getting a call back from anyone (because conveniently when I managed to talk to someone, the person I needed to talk to was never there). Luckily, my issues resolved themselves, but having no support with the process made it very frustrating.
Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had at a car dealership before. As a first time buyer the interactions I had with the sales people was very uncomfortable and enough to make me drive to a different Kia to do business. They were very aggressive in trying to make a sale even though I made it more then clear what I was at the dealership for. They also need to learn how to back off. I get when someone is in training you want to guide them, but there is a difference in being a watchful eye to help someone learning, and completely taking over and pushing someone out of the way. I hope the sales people learn how to respect their new employees and learn how to take a step back instead of trying to get a sale for themselves.

Bought a 2021 Forte. Negotiated a fair deal over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership they didnt play any games or try to add anything on to raise the price. Tristan the salesman was professional and extremely helpful. A very pleasant buying experience, I would definitely recommend.
I went in on 6/19 with salesman Austin and he was awesome! Traded in my 2014 Jeep for a 2021 Kia Forte and he made the process awesome. I felt zero pressure to buy a new car and I let him know from the beginning I was just looking & Dealerships and salesmen usually try to intimidate you and try to force a car but not Austin. He made sure i was onboard before continuing anything and did his best to help me find the right car. When he Showed me the car, he made sure it was good and Showed me all the features and helped me set up everything before getting me on the road made sure to answer any question I had and still checks in from time to time to see if I like the car Super nice guy! And I love my car!
Had my Kia towed here with a flat tire. First I was told they call me when my car arrives there. No one ever called me. After I called them, they told me it has been there for hours and that they need a key to start working on it and that it will take a few hours to complete.When I went there to drop off the key I was pointed to hand my keys to the guy standing next to a lady, he took the keys and didn’t say a thing. When I asked when my car will be done, he responded that they will call me when it’s done. I assumed he meant the same day but I got a call the next day informing me that it was done and ready for pick up.Once I was able to go in to pick my Kia back up, I was greeted with the same unfriendliness as I was the first time. People having their hands in the pockets or looking at the phone and not paying attention. The guy that took my keys finally appeared telling me that he first needs to finalize my paperwork. So I stood there and had to wait again until I eventually handed him the payment. He filed his paperwork away and was about to walk away and I asked if I could have my keys? He said they are out there in the car and pointed towards the parking lot.I felt relieved that I finally had my car back and thought this was over but as I drive away heading on the i-10 I started hearing a weird noise and saw my hood was moving. After I pulled over, I realized they didn’t even close the hood properly, I mean come on!I get calls from your sales department everyday twice if I want to buy a new Kia. I wish the service department cared as much about my current Kia as the sales department cares about selling me a brand new one.Please stop calling me. I don’t want another Kia, will not be back at this location and do not recommend it to anyone.
Skip the customer service team and go in .The staff on site are amazing and very accommodating and will work with you to help you out .
Car was exactly what I wanted. Everything went great until the payoff of my old loan needed to happen. I had been told in office 4-5 business days. When I called 2 weeks later to check on it the man who answered was rude and unprofessional. He did not check on my payoff specifically and told me that they would never tell you that and laughed. I told him he was being unprofessional and that the team at Camelback had said that since they work with Desert Financial directly it would be a quick process taking only 4-5 business days. He then told me that he would have someone call me back instead of handle it himself. Dont expect what they tell you to be true after the sale is made. Lesson learned.
In 2020 bought my 2019 Volkswagen from the dealership which went well without any issues, but that is about the best of it. About a month later the change oil light turned on, which means despite the maintenence fees I paid for, that didnt happen, and when it was fixed, the oil filter clamp wasnt seated correctly causing it to drip oil soon afterwards. That cost me another trip to a dealership to have it fixed. Not very impressive work.
IF you want to waste your time and get over charged compared to all other dealerships welcome! Honestly do not waste your money here. The sales rep Enrique was one of the most rudest sales rep i have ever encountered. Im contacting the attorney general to file a formal complaint in regards to business practices. I regret walking in and wasting my time.
This is by far the worst customer experience from any Kia and an absolute waste of my time as I was very clear over the phone and in my emails of my interest in the Telluride and the price range. With highest mark ups in the valley for the Telluride and no room for negotiating, please do not continue to be deceptive to customers.I received email communications about the vehicle for MSRP and even received a call asking to come in to talk about numbers. I clearly stated that if there was a steep mark up, then I wouldn’t want to waste either of our time by driving all the way over there and discussing. Even with this in mind, the employee said they understood and urged to come in to talk about numbers. Upon arrival, I was quoted a $10k mark up above MSRP ($72k total for the car) and no negotiating. To be specific, we were told from Peyton “Manager said have a nice day” and nothing more.To those reading this review, I was able purchase the Telluride SX for MSRP at another Kia, so please don’t be fooled into paying a ridiculous mark up here.
After buying our 2020 Telluride, we are instructed to return every 6 months for Zaktek paint application. Of course, this is little more than a reason to get you back into the dealership in hopes that you buy another car or get some additional service. I get an email reminder. After calling three times, I give up. The first time I spoke with a remote operator I assume, who, after asking me at least 8 questions, told me she could not schedule me for service, but that someone would call me back very soon. Not so, my dear. After waiting a day, I called back twice this morning and got no answer at two different numbers. I guess they are so popular, they are turning business away. If I call a business in my neighborhood and reach an operator in Singapore, I stop going there. Hire somebody local to answer the phone, will you? This is in addition to the cluster thing it is to get into and out of this dealership. Rarely can you pull in and get where youre going without waiting for someone to move out of the way. Getting out to go East is impossible. At least our Telluride is nice.

I purchased my vehicle almost 5 years ago from this dealership. I do not recall his name but they did an excellent job getting me into the car I love and still own. Throughout the years when I call for service or questions they are ALWAYS willing to help. I dont know when I will need another vehicle but I would absolutely come back to this dealership and recommend for anyone looking to come here. They seem to not just be working for sale but lifelong customers.

We just bought a new car at Camelback Kia Saturday, January 16, 2021, and it was the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. This is largely in part due to the efforts of salesman Peyton Benjamin. Peyton was patient; he listened to everything we wanted and every concern we had. He was not pushy or aggressive, but he was very knowledgeable and attentive to us on a very busy day. In short, it was a pleasure working with him and we can recommend Peyton and Camelback Kia to anyone who is looking for a positive car-buying experience.
I would give them a 5 star if it wasnt so terrible trying to reach someone in the service department to talk to or call you back. Took 2 days to call me after I called twice. But once I got there they were fantastic. Adrian got me in and out of there at the time he promised me as I had an appointment to get to. Thank you Adrian.
Service department sucks. Its been 2 hours for an oil change and no update yet. Dont go here for service unless you absolutely have to. I wouldve gone somewhere else had I known the standard time they take to change oil is an hour and a half
This is the worse experience I’ve had with Kia. They used to be good, but their services has declined tremendously. The lack of communication is appalling.My car broke down sometime in July. I took it there and they said it’s a battery problem and paid almost $309 to fix it. No test was done and neither servicing, considering it was also almost due.I drove my car only twice after that incident, and it stopped working. I tested it, it seems like the coolant was leaking, I towed it to Kia and later got a call that i need to go through insurance Bc it was infixable after they did the comprehensive 360 check and I’d need to pay almost $3000. I asked for them to break down what they need to be fix to see if I can find a cheaper mechanic, and was shown that the radiator and the thing that holds it is broken. But they did not break down to me anything. I inform them that I couldn’t go through insurance Bc my car was not in an accident and it wouldn’t make sense so they needed to figure out a way of fixing it at cheaper cost or go through a different mechanic. They later told me that they can replace the broken issue with used car parts for a cheaper cost of almost $876 if you include tax. That’s still expensive, but they suggested a payment plan. The 360 comp test also seems to be false most times.My problem is, my car has been with them for almost a month. Nothing is being communicated to me. The communication is baffling. My calls doesn’t go through, even when the receptionist picks up- she transfers to line which no one answers or return calls. This is so inconvenient as I cannot do anything including going to the store to get basic water. I’ve had to take a Lyft to everywhere I need to go, which is an additional cost considering they only offered me a Lyft to the store once.I’m just so disappointed as Kia never used to be like this! Never again will I use them. They is too ridiculous and I’m done!
Do you want to know how it feels like to get screwed by a dealership?? If so pick this one!! Steps, go check out vehicles on the lot. Then test drive one you like. Be kind and tell them your out the door final price. We did. They said, yes I think we can do that. Sweet! Then when they come back with the paperwork $6000 more then what you say. And if they can get a car from another lot to match your price. Just run!! They wasted 3 hours of our time and couldnt come close. They will say they can! Multiple employees will! No joke they wasted our time!

He was very kind, and laid back, not pushy or aggressive. I told him what I was looking for and he made sure I got it. So... Craig in Services is the man.. Very Professional and gets things resolved. Amazing how 5 min or less on the phone with him and he is giving me options to resolve the issue and its not his department . Customer Service at its finest. (Craig gets 5 stars, and because he is a representation of Kia I moved the star to 2.5)7/10: Parts Manager is rude and unprofessional and not knowledge about parts, why hire someone like that. She handed me a list of other places to get a key and never offered to call. Used an example I found quite judgmental, you maybe trying to steal the car from your parents, so I need their drivers license. When told my DL and the registration with the same last name as mine would be okay. Went to the front desk and was told I could have the key made there, after spending 3 hours in the Kia, she finally told her worker to order the piece and I pay for it, as I did $216.. They would call when the key came in.7/13: No call, I called placed on hold for 10 min, called back got Pete who didnt deserve my wrath but got it thanks to his unprofessional boss.....and still waiting on the key to my car, smh!!!!!7/29: Bought a key on 7/8 no key no call. But they took my money. If I could give zero stars I would. No manager, no owner calls and only feedback responding to positive views, smh. . DONT DO BUSINESSS HERE! Unfortunately I will have to go see them one last time to get my money but will never return

I WAS ALSO GIVEN A KIA SPORTAGE TO DRIVE DURING THE TIME THEY HAD MY VEHICLE!!! THEY EVEN CALLED US TO GIVE AN UPDATE AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON THIS TIME!!! HOPEFULLY THEY CONTINUE TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!WORST SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF EVER!!! Had our Kia Sorento for 2 weeks never called to tell us what is going on it has 27k miles and had a main seal leak! When we picked it up drivers door has a couple large scratches(which they claim they will pay to fix) and the interior smells of cigarette smoke and we dont smoke!! That is just a bit of the b.s wedealt with KIA NEVER AGAIN..DONT BUY KIA.

Took our Kia Sedona to replace radiator. Paid and Picked Up. NOW THE ENGINE IS GONE. They did not care and will not help. They messed up the diagnosis and now we have no vehicle.

I am not really a person who writes reviews of places. If I like a place I go back and if I don’t well I won’t return. However, I have had a great experience here that I felt I needed to share it. From when I purchased my car with Louis who is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything to you. He also followed up for the first few weeks to make sure I didn’t form any questions on how anything in the car worked. I had to bring my car into the service department and Crystal was my advisor. Well she is fantastic. She takes time and explains everything you have questions about and returns all calls quite fast. She is also very friendly and goes beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. Thank you!
I was really scared to come shop here cuz my husband and I didn’t have a good experience at Hyundai next door last year. We wanted to buy my daughter a new car for graduating college. Jackelyn greeted us and told us about options for my daughter who also has a toddler. She got everything we needed in the car and even let us FaceTime her as she explained features. She was such a nice girl and very attentive. She bought my grandchild a snack from the vending machine and talked to her like she was important in purchasing the vehicle. She asked my grandchild if she liked the car for her and her mom. I can’t explain how touched I am with the customer service I received from her. She spoke to my husband in Spanish and me in English to make sure we understood everything about the car and showed us the car fax to the car we bought our daughter. Thank you so much camelback Kia thank you jacky for helping us get my daughter a new car. I will recommend friends and family.
I brought my 2014 Kia Soul in for its 120k mile checkup and they talked me into trading it in for a 2018 Kia Optima. I explained I could only make X amount of payments per month and they worked with me. I really appreciate them understanding my limitations and helping me find a new, less mileage car that fit my budget.
Best service department EVER! Purchased my Kia Soul at this dealer a little over a year ago. Have two cars with other dealers and this service team is by far the best!!!! Prompt and amazing customer service, they always meet time expectations. The service advisors are knowledgeable and one advisor in particular goes above and beyond each time I work with him. Whoever is Charles Bain’ supervisor you should truly consider him for a management role. I always request the earliest appointment available and he is always in the office early and eager to start his day. He is my go to for making appointments and getting matters dealt with efficiently. He is the best service advisor I have dealt with in 20 years of car ownership.

I never write bad reviews but plain and simple dont go here. Went here with my husband to test drive two specific vehicles. I immediately was brought inside to discuss prices and budget without even seeing either vehicle. I explained multiple times that we were just there to look, havent even decided which car we want to purchase, and had other dealerships we were planning on visiting the same day. These statements were ignored and instead the conversation was solely focused on our budget which we were then told several times was not nearly enough to afford the vehicles we were interested in test driving. Ultimately we didnt get to test drive either vehicle and were treated like we had no business being there. We are a young professional couple that has done our research and has the ability to purchase both vehicles we were interested in however, we will definitely not be doing so here. The salesman we spoke to was patronizing, belittling, and doesnt deserve your business either. With so many dealerships in the valley take your business somewhere that treats people with respect and allows you to find the right car for you; Camelback Kia is not that place.The response below by Camelback Kia is 100% false proving their lack of integrity once again; they took my license (photocopied it), name, and filled out a guest sheet on me.
First off, we dealt with Jackelyn through text. We were promised that they would work with our budget, in which we turned down another deal but well get to that. So then, my spouse went in to test drive the vehicle we wanted and to talk terms. Suddenly, the amounts changed and Jackelyn had a family emergency. She then dealt with Tristan and this is the joke guy of the century. He spoke to my wife condescendingly the whole time, would not honor Jackelyns messages and stating we would never find the terms we wanted, which we pretty much did BUT thought they would be maybe a little better. When my spouse was getting ready to leave, this joker Tristan had told her she was wasting their time. Funny, since we sre the customer. I would never recommend this dealership and feel Tristan should never be allowed in ANY customer service position. The only time wasted, was essentially ours and we lost out on a way better deal because of it.
The worst experience ever ! I went in to get a car and I did all the paper work and signed for it... they called me the next day saying I had to make a deposit if I wanted the car because they had another buyer inside the store . I sent over a picture of my card to the sales rep (THEY DID NOT TAKE IT OFD THE MARKET) and the next day they called me and told me I was not approved after I had signed all the paper work already.. it’s been about a week and I have not gotten my refund. They just processed it yesterday after a week.. they are the WORST
Had some weird electrical issue with my stinger. Called and spoke with Adrian multiple times. Eventually came in to get every electrical wire checked and resetting the battery. Want to give a special shout out to Adrian, answered to every question with patience and made the whole process as easy as possible. Experienced the same level of service here compared to Lexus dealerships.Love my Stinger.
I had an awesome experience today with Charles, my advisor. He helped me with an emergency situation right before the service dept closed and he made it possible for me to get my car home safely. Thx Charles for all of your help!!!! I will definitely continue to use this dealership for all of my service needs. Charles deserves an award or some recognition for treating a customer with kindness!
Do not even think about taking your vehicle here! It is one of those places that takes advantage of women over a simple oil change. I asked for the bare minimum and they charged me over $600 because they thought my car needed more. Corporate offered a $10 off coupon, thank goodness.Don’t let these people take advantage of you too, just save your time and go somewhere else.
I just purchased a 2018 Masda CX 5 at Camelback Kia. My salesman Payton was very conscientious and with me every step of the way. The entire team really made it a breeze. I would definitely say...ask for Payton 1st!!

I received a notice for a recall on my vehicle and called Camelback Kia to bring it in. The first time I called I was told that their service supervisor was off and would call me when they were in. When I didnt hear from them I called back two more times and received the same assurance that someone would call me back. I would think that a Kia Service center would treat a recall with some level of priority but they didnt and I still have yet to hear anything from them. Luckily I called Tempe Kia and they got me scheduled right away.
Our salesperson, Peyton, was amazing. From the start he listened to what we were looking for and told us that he would keep the process straight forward and make it as quick as possible. He only showed us the cars we were interested in and didnt try to upsale us on additional items we couldnt afford. He worked with the finance department to make sure we understood the numbers and to help keep our payment where we needed it to be. We ended up with the exact car we wanted at the price we were looking for. The whole team at Camelback was friendly and honest and we will definitely be returning with future business!

Bad experience didnt fix my problem for my engine light so I took it to another place which it was my hybrid battery needing replaced and 2 recalls they didnt do!!

Called on Tuesday to see about a service on our 2021 Sportage . Was told to bring it in early on Saturday and they would get me in right away. Arrived at 6:55 AM (opens at 7AM) They took my car in right away. There was only 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived.Was told that my first service was free but if I wanted the synthetic oil it was going to cost me a extra $15 becuse the dealer doesnt pay for synthetic oil. Got my car back 5 HOURS later. Just went in for a basic service. From here on out Ill find another dealer to have my car serviced.
I contacted five Kia dealers around the valley looking for a simple relay and none of them got back to me except Eric in the parts department Camelback Kia who is almost instantly able to get the part I needed and ready for pickup within a few days.. so if Im ever in need of a dealer to perform any repairs on my vehicle Id imagined I would go with this one ready and willing to jump to my aide so in return I should be more than willing to give them my business..Thank You Eric

The contract advisor (who I forget his name) was also very informative and helpful. Camelback Kia YOU ROCK. It took a long time to close the deal which for some reason is to be expected but we feel we got a fair deal. We had a horrible experience with the Hyundai side (right next door) so this was a pleasant surprise.

Worst customer service experience EVER! From the moment I arrived on the lot everyone had a poor attitude, but lucky for them they had the exact car I was looking for. So despite the red flags, I went ahead with the deal... my MAJOR mistake. Between the games, the I dont know, you will have to talk to someone else, and the lies, I have ZERO idea how they are still in business. They sent a lot guy to fill out paperwork with me so now I am dealing with the repercussions of that, and they refuse to help. Spent way over what I should have on a remote start, only to have some after market POS installed.. was I ever told that would be the case? Does anyone care to make it better? Obviously not. And the mangers there are about as capable as a group of circus monkeys. If I have one piece of advice.. RUN! Go to Mark Kia or Rodeo Kia, way more professional and just nice people.
The salesman Peyton, was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not dress professionally. He appeared to have just woken up after sleeping in his clothes and then came to work. After two hours of trying to negotiate on a CPO vehicle, we were informed a better deal could be had from a brand new one that was on the lot. My time is valuable and this would have made a much better buying experience had they told us that up front. Additionally, when I email a sales manager that were coming in to test drive a vehicle and Im informed to ask for Mike, I expect Mike to come out from the back office and speak with me, not his sherpa. We were informed that the vehicle was supposed to have a courtesy tank of gas and, since the receptionist was already gone they were unable to provide this at the time of purchase. Peyton stated that he would give us two tanks upon returning today - 1/29. One tank was provided and when asked about the second one, they said a survey had to be completed first. Another shady practice that ruins trust for future business transactions. Peyton also informed us he would be there when returning on Wednesday for the complimentary tanks of gas. He was not there. Well be buying a new Toyota Tacoma in February and, after this experience, we do not plan to buy from Camelback dealerships. Overall, not a positive experience and I would not recommend Camelback to others.

I have always had a good experience at the service department (thank you Crystal!) I dont feel taken advantage of or feel pressured to have more done to my car than I came in for. There were no hidden charges or add ons that I wasnt expecting when I paid my bill. Easy and effortless!
Don’t waste your time ...they don’t keep up with you application and don’t even take the time to let you now if you where approved ..plus lies on when you get your deposit back and can’t tell you who the store manager I’s just a waste off time I rate them a 0

I would not recommend this location at all. I went to trade my Kia in for a new car. Not only did they try to take advantage of me after I declined the offer, they have kept my money and have lied to me several times. I even received a harassing text message after declining the offer from a manager who I was told had been let go.... Who knows if thats even true as I still havent received my money that they said I would have had back last week. Now I have to go in to get my money. They are time wasters and dont care about their customers. When we first arrived a man approached us to help but walked away saying he already made a car sell so someone else could help us. Overall, a horrible experience.
They were great; far batter than Earnhardt, whom we have dealt with up until yesterday, following the appt for our svc appt. (That WONT happen anymore). Also, Ryan was really great and very helpful in our search for our (soon to be) new Kia.

I want to preface this; I absolutely hate car dealerships and I hate my car serviced.I continue to come back to the Camelback Kia Service specifically because of Charles and Adrian in the service department. The make what is an anxiety wrought, dreadful situation, easy and painless every single time.I would sincerely have to take both choir AND singing lessons to be able to adequately sing their praises.Every single time, without fail, they find a way to go above and beyond my expectations and make me feel secure and taken care of. Bait and Switch on financing and poor customer care.I had a written deal with a nice salesman Ryan to purchase a new telluride at 1.9% but I had to wait months until it came in, which was fine, but when it arrived the manager told me he would only sell it at 3.9%. When I tried to explain our agreement he threatened to sell the car to someone else. These are HOT cars so he used that to strong arm me. I will just pay off the car, but completely unethical behavior. I tried to work with the dealership directly to resolve this so I didn’t have to write a bad review, but after more than 5 contacts (phone and email) with the guy in charge of handling customer issues, I got nowhere. He kept promising to have the finance director call me but never happened :(.I’m very happy with the car, but I definitely would not do business again with this dealership. I have emails that back all of this up.
Sadly, we were recommended this place by a friend and it turned out to be a joke. We came in to drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson. The girl we were assigned to had to keep going to the back office every time to ask questions when we ask for something. The vehicle was a great price and drove wonderfully.... after we came back and started asking about financing she kept disappearing into the back office. Then suddenly they started to suggest that it didnt run properly and we probably didnt want it. So then I asked if it was an as-is sale to which she disappeared again. When she finally came back she said that they couldnt sell it to us because it might not be safe even though we had already test-driven it on the interstate. We walked away feeling like something was fishy that either the vehicle was meant for something or someone else and we noticed they pulled the ad down the next day. We eventually got a great car of the same model for a better price at I-10 Auto sales. However now I am constantly getting phone calls from Camelback Kia as if theyre my best friends every other day asking my wife if we still need a car. Even though I call them and tell them to leave us alone they keep calling with a friendly hello as if weve known each other for years and it really bothers me. Dont go there unless you want to get phone calls from them and flyers for the rest of your life along with getting denied a good vehicle when you find a good deal. That was my experience here.
I am astonished that this place of business would call me late at night and ask me if I am interested in buying a new car. Please change this aspect of your dealership.
I’ve bought several cars and usually hate everything about it, but I had a wonderful experience with Camelback when I bought my new Soul last week. I knew exactly what I wanted, and salesman Ryan listened to my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or sell me anything I didn’t want, and provided exactly the car I needed without endless trips back and forth to the manager. The price was competitive and Ryan’s service was courteous and professional. This a really good place to buy a car.

Surrounding dealership were not willing to work with me or what they said “can’t get me into the Bigger vehicle I want” they(other dealerships) were trying to get me to settle with a car that I didn’t want. From personal experience, it is rare to have a pleasant car buying experience. Drake at Camelback Kia was the exception.After a long day of car shopping we left our 6th dealership of the day after a terrible experience. We called Camelback Kia on our way home at about 8:30pm to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still available and if it would be alright to stop in at about 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. We knew it was late and were hesitant to walk into a dealership so late assuming we wouldnt get any help.To our delight, when we arrived Drake had already pulled up the vehicle we called about and he welcomed us in without hesitation despite the time. The best part was being able to hit the number we wanted within two trips to his sales manager... something that had taken at least a half dozen times at the dealerships we had already visited. Within 20 30 minutes of arrival, we had reached a deal painlessly. Not only that, but the car was detailed and ready to go by the end of the night. Truly an easy, painless, and generally quick process. Would highly recommend.
This is the worst dealership I been to they tell you one thing and do something totally different give you an appointment for oil change and you still have to wait over 2 hrs..so why give you an appointment even when I purchased the car said it came with all these perks than later told me it was a different model..NOT HAPPY
If I could give this dealership a 0 for service, I would. I took my car to get an oil change, thinking it would be at most $60. Adrian, my service provider, recommended I got the 60,000-mile oil change because my car was close to having that many miles on it. Not only did I have to leave my car there overnight, but I also came into a $600 + bill for an OIL CHANGE. I never once had prices talked over with me for the oil change. I had Adrian harassing me several times, asking why I wanted to speak to his manager, and the manager never took the time to call me back. I am a young girl who knows nothing about cars, and they used that to their advantage. I feel that Camelback Kia took my lack of knowledge of vehicle advantage.
Not helpful at all. Just kept trying to foist a used Ford at me despite me telling the salesman multiple times that I wasn’t interested in used car. I left very frustrated.

Dont waste your time here, we spoke with Mike on the phone and were quoted a price that was not really negotiable as the car is so popular, fair enough, we set up an appointment to come in and place a holding deposit as the car was a couple months out. Driving over an hour to meet with Mike we arrived 8/5/20 with cash in hand to be informed the car in the color we spoke with Mike about was not coming on that shipment and they were unsure why Mike would say it was coming then. That was the first time I asked to speak with Mike, he wouldnt come out to speak face to face. To try and salvage this wasted trip we decided to price the car to get an idea of taxes and fees, out the door cost for whenever it does come in. They came back $14k higher then what was quoted originally! Understandably taxes and license fees are part of that but apparently the rest is dealer mark up above MSRP which they put on only this model because of how fast they sell, they cant advertise that price as no one would come in. Again I request the sales guy to get Mike to come out and explain, once again Mike doesnt have the balls or courtesy to come speak with us. If you go into Camelback Kia after being told an asking price plan on it being at least $9,000 higher when you arrive and not speaking with the original person you spoke with (even if they are around the corner to answer questions for the new sales person) We did buy a car that night but FROM ANOTHER DEALER NEXTDOOR.Edit: It is discouraging that you are unable to identify me, you have my name, the name of the salesman and the date. A simple inquiry would of answered that question. This situation must be a regular occurrence?
