Octavio was great to work with. I had some unique circumstances where payment was concerned and they worked with me on it and got me on the road in a 2015 Ford Flex. Three days later I moved across country in it and the car exceeded my expectations. All in all, I am very happy and they were very approachable and listened to my needs and concerns. We bought a 2007 VW GTI and it has been so satisfying to drive. These guys do their due diligence in inspecting the cars before they put them up for sale and this car is in top notch condition with only around 115k miles on it. They offer really good deals as well and dont pressure you to buy. Its really friendly and positive here. It was around lunchtime when we decided we were gonna go for it. We were hungry and I mentioned going out to get a bite and bringing it back. They offered us pizza that was already on the way. These guys try to help you out. We worked with Robert and Dana. Buy here you wont regret it.

The people there have amazing customer service skills. That is saying something because some places like to pressure you and trick you into buying a vehicle you do not want nor need all for their profits. As someone who was in the customer service field for many years, you have to listen to your client and try your best to find them what they need without wasting their time and yours. I would have given this place 5 stars for overall performance, but i had some issues with the way some of the things were about the vehicle i purchased. Regardless, I bought the vehicle, as is, and it being used truck, somethings have to be fixed or replaced.When it is all said and done, would I recommend friends and family to this place? I’d say yes. I do not live in Phoenix, but it was worth the drive to look at the vehicle, which they had pulled up and ready for me to look and test drive. As i stated in the intro to my review, their customer service skills are worth more than 5 stars.

Came to look at a truck, and Kieth was super relaxed. Ive been to a lot of dealers and I felt comfortable talking to Kieth about the truck, and purchasing options. I havent made up my mind yet about buying a truck, but the experience with Kieth allows me to recommend stopping by when youre looking for a vehicle.

Would i recommend Liberty? That’s a H*** YES let me explain why. I needed to purchase 2 quality vehicles. I did not want to end up in a 5 year term paying upwards of $600 a month per vehicle. So I met with some great people at Liberty and walked out with 2 spectacular deals on a 2016 Malibu and 2014 Fusion Sport. I can tell you my TOTAL payment is less than 600 a month and each loan only a 3 yr term. Talk about going the extra mile for their clients. Fast, friendly and efficient I’ll never go back to the huge franchised dealer again.

Hi I applied for a Van a few months back which resulted in a hard pull on my credit, and zero follow up.  The unprofessional way these guys handled my application was surprising in this day and age.  Since then, I managed to pay off some bad debt and have raised my credit score 150 points.  Although I fell in love with a work Van they had on their lot, and probably would have fell for just about any bad deal, I now would rather ride a bike to work than do business with a car Company like Liberty.  I wouldnt recommend to anyone.Sincerely,Will

Great experience. Saying our credit history presented a challenge would be a understatement, they were able to get us qualified at a bank. The interest rate was fair for our situation.We didn’t have any unreasonable expectations, a used vehicle will have some issues. Fair price on a vehicle in good condition. Promised windshield replacement, and it was done at my convenience a few days after purchase. No high pressure sales tactics. Did not start negotiations with some high price with lots of added options. Extended warranty was offered but there was not a lot of pressure to purchase. Overall a smooth, quick transaction without the typically dealer runaround and games.

Found Silverado 2500 on Cars.com, contacted them through Cars.com and their own website. Never heard. Then I called and been told that truck got SOLD!!!

This was one of the better experiences I have had ever! These guys really come through for you. Once we decided on what exactly we were after they found it in two days! They found me the EXACT car I wanted and made the actual buying process somehow not terrifying! 8 days later I got hit and run by a semi truck and new car was totaled. Do not waste your time or your money. I got completely taken advantage of, these people are crooks. I made the horrible mistake of getting a truck from this place. I had the truck less than a week and check engine light came on. I called and was told to bring the truck back in to their shop. The truck is Hybrid and they said the werent sure what was going on. They wanted to research and I would have bring it back in. Well I tried taking it back in but the shop manager said, the were closed for the holidays. After the holidays, I was allowed to take my truck in, I was told that I needed a new camshaft and new lifters. they said the labor was expensive and to get a new engine. Keep in mind, I hadnt even made the first car payment and was told I need a new engine. Dana at the sales office told me I would have to pay $1500 of my own money to have it fixed. I dropped my truck at the shop and it was there for a month and they did nothing. I called once a week and was assured they were working on it. After a month, I decided to pick the truck up as they made it clear they were doing nothing to repair the truck. If you want a car that looks nice but doesnt run, this is the place to go! But if you want a car or truck that actually runs well, this wont be the place for you BBB case filed as well

I was at Liberty Cars and Truck yesterday (11/22/2017) to buy a Lexus SUV. I was pleasantly surprised by the good people I met at this place. There is no pressure or typical car salesman gimmicks, Keith and Dylan were honest and told the facts about the car I was planning to buy. Very impressed with this place, I strongly recommend considering Liberty cars if you are in the market for a used car.

Had a great experience with Liberty Auto especially when compared to dealing initially with a franchise Nissan dealership (Peoria Nissan). Not shocking to probably anyone but the big-box dealerships still try to get sales through deceptive and false leaders. Peoria Nissan had a brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue on sale for $16,000 (base model). We were perfectly fine with a base model and went in ready to buy with paperwork in-hand showing the EXACT car we were looking to purchase - right down to the VIN, advertised price and other vehicle info as provided on their very own online inventory. Long story short after hours of them trying to sell us other used cars and other new cars, they finally showed us the base vehicle we came in for. After test drive, we sat done ready to buy and her came the shock: $16,000 yes but tax is calculated on MSRP of $19,000, plus their “paint protection package” was another $3,000 plus their other dealer fees it came out to almost $23,000. BS and especially on this so called “paint protection package” that you cannot opt out of. After hours wasted at this dealership we stumbled upon Liberty Cars & Autos on Edmund’s while looking for a Nissan Rogue. When all was said and done, we ultimately bought the exact one we found online from Liberty and I cannot say it enough about how pleased and presently surprised we were with our dealings with Liberty – specifically with Bill over the phone and with Dana for the finalization of the buy. SOLID, UPFRONT and no hidden agendas during this purchase. Sorry for the long story but wanted to tell everyone WHY it was so refreshing to deal with Liberty who came at it with honesty and not hidden fees. I have heard it all before and did not think i would get approved for anything...but i did! I got low payments and a decent intrest rate compared to what i was expecting. When i got there it was fast and easy. Didnt take all day and i got to drive home in the new vehicle :)

Especially the Manager DANA.... the when you call him out for LYING... Lol... He gets even More upset.When I called there I spoke with Octavio. I advised him my license was suspended and my husband didnt have a license at ALL. He assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. I took 2 days. To gather All the information and email it. I purchased insurance and both me and my husband left work early to make sure we got there in time. Which cost us 70.00 in UBER fees between the two of us. When we arrived. ALL of sudden it was and we wouldnt be able to get the vehicle.BUT if we paid MORE then the agreement... We could get the car. Can you say SCAM....SO.... THE NEXT DAY.... They tried to get me to still take the vehicle after wasting my time and money... Ummmm nope... I dont think so. So I asked them for just a letter for the insurance company advising we didnt get the vehicle. The MANAGER DANA.... Started yelling at me and refused to provide proof we didnt get the vehicle.Horrible people and horrible customer service. AND apparently liars. Its sad that people like this do business of any kind.

I can say personally that David and Dana made this hands down the easiest car I have ever purchased! Thank you guys! I love my BMW and am still in shock that you that you beat my banks interest rate. Will be back and definitely recommend you to all my family and friends.

If I could give any business more than 5 stars, this dealership would be it. Not only did they give us wonderful costumer service, but they stayed open late on a Friday night to ensure we got the best vehicle. I then finished and signed the paperwork the next day, where they helped me find the best financing and helped me through the process. They answered EVERY question I had, and went above any beyond to make sure I got the best service. I drove 14 hours from Colorado to Arizona to buy a different vehicle (which turned out to be something completely different) and I was blessed to be paired with this dealership instead. I cannot thank this amazing team enough, and when I go to buy my next vehicle I will drive all the way to Arizona to buy a vehicle from Liberty.

Awesome guys here! Not the normal pushy sales guys that you see from surrounding dealerships. They take a more laid back, if it fits.. IT FITS approach that is pleasant. We were approached by Bill after we took a look at a few cars (way better than when they grab you as soon as you get out of your car.. so damn annoying), he was nice and courteous. We told him we were interested in two cars.. we drove them.. decided on one and bought it. They even bought my GF and I a soda from the store (after we purchased)... just goes to show genuine, caring people.

Purchased a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It was priced fair. Keith was my salesman and had a very good no pressure approach. I explained that I didnt want to spend all day here, I knew what I wanted and did my research. He was understanding and met every demand no matter how minute. They even hand delivered my license plate to me because my paper plates had expired. I would recommend them.

At least check them out before you go somewhere else.UPDATE--- i went to drop the remainder of the down payment off this morning and they told me that my loan changed after I left last night. Dana, their finance guru, found a deal better than the one I was happy with when I originally signed. Awesome to have someone working for you after the deal was done. In the past I had always dreaded walking into a car lot to purchase a vehicle (knowing how a salesperson is trained to prey on consumers) but my experience with Liberty changed my attitude knowing now that there really are some decent and respectful people in the industry. Everything I was promised in my vehicle that I bought was delivered to me and my ongoing relationship with this company has always been 100% top notch service. My salesman was Anthony, and I even received personal help from the owner Larry. He is a man of his word. When the time comes for my next vehicle, I will be shopping here again.

This is honestly the wost place to get a car. The sold me a car the was totaled but the dealer provided me with a doctored car fax.the fame was damaged having all types of issue 2 months after purchasing the car. The office should be condemned with how nasty and bad it looked inside. Customer service was horrible should have trust my instincts and walked away. Beware of this dealer you will be screwed out of your hard earn money. I am currently pursuing legal action.

To say the least, the tundra was a disappointment. I had it checked at a Toyota dealership who found only three issues, worn tires, dirty brake fluid, and a faulty rear cabin window. Apparently, they missed a broken exhaust manifold, and damaged air sensor since it had been leaking for an extended period of time. When I started it the first time, it sounded like a popcorn machine. How this was missed is unbelievable. Your business agreed to take care of the brake fluid, and pay half of the tires (5). The window was not an issue for me. The tires were replaced, at a cost of, what I believe since I was not told anything more than it possibly was completed at Discount Tire, of $753. No tax was paid and no certificates were purchased. I figured out the information on the sales information that I paid $750. Half? The brake fluid was reportedly changed but when my mechanic checked it, it was still dirty. If it was changed, it was not flushed and the new fluid was placed in a reservoir and system was dirty resulting in more dirty fluid. The ignition system was so worn that the key could be removed while it was running. One key was supplied that was so worn they had trouble duplicating it. The keyfob was old and only works occasionally. The cab was filthy with dirt and soda residue. I found a receipt from Carls Jr from March under the drivers seat. There is no way anyone attempted to clean it. It took me 3 1/2 hours to clean it. The AC selector knob is stuck between vent and bi level and will not move. The speaker in the front passenger side is blown out. It rattles and vibrates. The stereo shop diagnosed it as a dry rot situation It had been damaged for quite a while given the appearance. I bought my car in 2015, I decided to write. The salesman was kind and was willing to read up on the automobile. The process was nice, but the finance department was the horror portion. The dealer allowed me to take the car for a week, then changed the terms and if I didnt like the new APR, I was to bring it back. I was furious, but I looked for this model for a long time. Thankfully it had a great previous owner. A family member said the car had an issue starting, the dealer said it was fine. Later I had to replace all the spark plugs, ignition coils, alternator, starter all OEM plus a new battery. Now I am close to paying it off in a few more months. Im sure you can find another dealer if you look. Buy else where.

Well we went there let them know what it was we needed, and what we could afford, and was willing to do. We sat down to do the deal and they came back with a deal, that boosted up the price and the deposit we said we were willing to put down with higher monthly payments we were willing to pay. All the while DAVE saying we are honest and just want to do it right by you. Instead our morning was wasted.
