So smooth! After a three day road trip, coasting into town with a nail in my run flats, they got me into a loaner and while the tire wasn’t in stock they cover the cost of the loaner for the couple days it took to fix so I was still able to get to class! They are amazing, I love my mini family and wouldn’t trade them for anything! Every time I’ve had an issue I am always relieved and it just solidifies my loyalty to the mini brand.
This place is amazing the customer service exceeds all my expectations. Michael in the service department was helpful and kept me in the loop on what was happening. I love their feature of providing a video of the inspection and a video after the repairs are completed it really helps me visualize what was happening with my mini coop. I would 100% recommend this place for your services whether they’re preventative maintenance or repairs.
I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and this was probably the easiest. Bryan, our salesman was amazing and very personable. Signing the documents for our mini was so easy and quick. Would certainly recommend this dealership.
Absolutely 10/10 would recommend! I know a lot of people don’t want to take their cars to the dealership because it might cost a little more than wanted, but my money was very well spent! So, the service tech was courteous and helpful, and the loaner car service was great. However, the one issue that I brought my car in to be resolved, was not resolved even though I was charged nearly $500. The car will not start with the key. They replaced the EWS security module and told me that my starter was bad (I had already installed a brand new starter.) So, I spent 5 hours installing another brand new starter, and the condition with which I brought in the car still remains. Exactly the same as when I delivered the car in the first place, but my wallet is $500 lighter. Let’s hope second time around they can actually find what’s wrong with the car and not charge me another $500! But at least I have a nice loaner car ....Update addendum: After having the car 4 additional days, the service tech finally ascertained that the starting issue was attributable, NOT to a bad starter, but a ground strap that was not fully tightened. That was undoubtedly a remnant of my having replaced the alternator, and it certainly was not the original issue that led me to bring the car in to be serviced in the first place. I appreciate that they did not charge me for the second service repair, but I also feel that their carelessness in their diagnosis attributed directly to my having to do way more work than was necessary. When they told me that my brand new starter was bad, I specifically asked if it was even remotely possible that it was just a wiring harness or loose connection instead. They assured me that it was a bad starter (and it was not!), so I had to convince Auto Zone to replace and upgrade the starter (which they graciously did) even though it bench tested as fine, and then spend 5 grueling hours in the sweltering heat, to replace the starter all over again, only to have exactly the same problem all over again. I think the service department should not only have apologized, but refunded my money as well.
I’ve always dreamed of having a mini but I was always unsure of how practical it would be for me and my family. I found the Countryman model and fell in love with its versatility. I scheduled an appointment to come in and look at it in person and Paul, my assigned inventory specialist was very responsive and respectful. He then helped me arrange an appointment in person with Dave. My family got to come with me and Dave and everyone else at the dealership were very sweet and understanding with my ramped up kiddos. Dave answered all my questions and took the time to go over all the features and all my options without me once feeling judged for not knowing something or being uninterested in more expensive models. I needed some time to arrange the payment as we stopped in on a Sunday and Dave and his manager were very understanding and gave us several options. We were able to come back the next day where Dave helped me through the entire process with so much patience and by being such a lovely person. The financial officer was out that day but the financial officers at BMW were able to assist me with Dave there to help me not be overwhelmed. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me bring home my dream car. And a big shout out to Dave for all the help!
At a different MINI dealership, I initially had a lack-luster visit (low enthusiasm) so I reached out to MINI North Scottsdale in the hopes of a more enjoyable MINI buying experience, as I was planning to get a fully loaded, custom ordered car. Although the Scottsdale dealership was 120 miles away, it was WELL worth the drive, as my MA was David S. and he quickly realized what kind of buyer I was and how important the process of ordering a bespoke MINI was to me. I got really lucky, and before I even left the dealership on my initial visit, we had a spot for my car in the build queue. 2 months later, the car arrived, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. Just as importantly, David made sure that my expectations were exceeded with regard to the delivery experience - we had an epic collection day at the dealer, and were already making plans to buy another MINI from him next year. I couldnt have asked for a better MA, better finance officer (Dana), or a better overall purchasing adventure with MINI North Scottsdale.
Service experience is always top-notch here -- they got me in on a semi-emergency warning notice which was a relief. Love the easy access to a loaner car. Rick the service manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, great communication, helpful and very easy to work with. Their new videos from the service techs that show you and walk you through specifically what is going on with your car and necessary repairs is also a great upgrade, and gave me peace of mind that they are doing a thorough and accurate diagnosis-- and its clear whats going on even though I know less than zero about car engines.

Took my daughters car in for oil leaks and while it was there they tested the car and broke the sensor that controls the lights and windows. They acknowledged it worked when we brought it in and that it failed after they tested it. A new one was over $1000- but the manager was going to give us a deal and only charge us $800 for the part they broke! What a great guy. After waiting several days and having to speak with someone up higher they agreed to replace it for free. Completely shady company. I will not recommend Mini of Scottsdale. That location is a scam.
The videos from the mechanic were awesome! Evidence of what needed to be fixed and a clear visual. I really appreciated this extra step.This would be a fine start rating if my overall experience has been better. I schedule a recall repair and was assured they had the parts and that the repair was 2-3 hours. I took it in on 3/18 and was told they did not have the part. They did give me a loaner but I didn’t get my car back until 4/7. I had to exchange the loaner half way through at their request due to an expired registration. I had additional work completed and when I picked up my car did not have time with my service provider just the cashier. That experience did not make me feel like my understanding and satisfaction with the work done was s as priority, just the payment. Back to my first comment- thank you for the videos.

I was forced to drive up from Tucson to Scottsdale to verify something a Tucson dealership stated. I had the best experience. This is a truly professional service shop. Not only did they confirm that the Tucson dealership was wrong; but, they took the time to walk me through the car on the lift and show me. They clearly explained everything, in detail. I will now only get my services from this place. I will drive from Tucson each time my car needs servicing. This team is great! Thank you, Johnathan and the crew. Buyer beware! Make sure everything that isadvertised as being on the car youre interested in is really there. Work with an experienced salesperson who can answer your questions. We love the car but wish it had the features we paid for. We will definitely buy another Mini, just not there.

Because did I mention “appointment for an oil change”?I arrived on time. It’s been 3 hours, and I still don’t have my car back. One of the best things about being beyond the 3-year service package is that I never have to step into this service center or dealership again.

I dont think Ive ever experienced such a quick, smooth and wonderful experience at any car dealership. I saw an pre owned Acura online on a Monday, and drove away with it Tuesday. Paul got in touch with me after I submitted interest on the company website. He was professional and pleasant and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Dave took over, and he was just as wonderful. I will absolutely refer anyone in search of a vehicle to go to Mini North Scottsdale, and when its time for my next car, I will definitely back back!
I went in just to test drive the new Mini Cooper EV and ended up getting it. The service and patience from David Stinson made this transition happen. I am definitely recommending to others.
I have been to this service department to get my 2011 mini serviced and to the parts department and had excellent service both times. But recently I have reached out to the service department for a question about a repair I need and I was told I would receive a call back and nothing . I guess they are to busy for my question and money. Maybe the mini dealership in Tempe will be more receptive.
Each of my visits to Mini of Scottsdale have been trouble free. From the folks at the door to the technicians and advisors, all their efforts are made to make the customer experience a good one. And our Mini’s like it too!

Our salesman David has officially sold three cars to my wife and I with our most recent purchase. The latest being the most memorable of all. We werent expecting to be buying a car right before the holidays with an already extensive to-do list. David sensed that while I just wanted to check the car purchase off of my list, my wife was not really feeling it. David suggested that we go home and sleep on it. After reluctantly following his advise, I found a different car that we both were much happier with. We returned a few days later and bought the car. We trusted David enough to keep returning but I really was impressed with the low pressure and genuine concern that we would be leaving with a car we would be proud to own.
Dominique helped us and she was absolutely amazing! She worked hard to get us at the right payment plan that we needed for the car we were looking at. We walked in for just a quick test drive and two hours later I was driving home with my dream car. Dana got us situated with all our paperwork, she was super friendly. Overall had a great experience here and will give them all my business in the future!

I had a very good experience with my car purchase from Scottsdale MINI. It was very convenient to be able to find the car I was interested in online, ask a few questions via text, and fill out the credit app online. The whole purchase took less than an hour. The sales staff and the young lady in finance were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a very simple, enjoyable experience.

I bought a 2017 MINI Clubman with 12000 miles on it... a one owner lease return.. car was originally leased in upstate NY... did get a good deal... however... I had to have the brake light housing replaced at 18000 miles... covered under warranty. At 21000 miles my computer told me new rear brake pads needed to be replaced.... Since the car was from a cold weather climate.. the rotors were badly rusted... all 4!!! I had to replace the entire Brake system $$2000.00!! For a car I owned for 5 months.... They saw the rust since the day it came to AZ... they assured me the Car was like new especially with only 12000 miles. The rotors should have been replaced before being sold..not to mention they again checked the brake system at 18000 miles when they fixed the housing and didn’t even mention it!!!. MINI could not have cared less.. I will never buy or have service done at MINI North Scottsdale!!!

Great service. Michael was very helpful and explained all the steps of the service clearly. He suggested an additional service that the car needed which I agreed to but said the car did not need a few things I inquired about. I felt that he saved me money that some advisors would have charged me for. My car was completed on time, sanitized and washed.
They took care of all our issues, and fulfilled the terms of the warranty. Very professional and cordial people. I also appreciate the added effort in sending video of the mechanics assessment of the car.

I have brought our Mini here for 3 years now. They have been excellent. Recently my 2nd Minis battery went out. With the advice of Scott one of the service managers, I contacted Mini road side. They were at my house in one half an hour. Towed it to Mini of Scottsdale. Scott took care of everything. The service and time it took was better than expected. Really good p-eople there.
I enjoy the genuine friendliness of Mini Cooper always. I do however would like to mention that the cashier in the morning is not very friendly, moody & hard to understand (mumbles). I was told she is not a morning person. Which is not an excuse. I feel working in customer service you need to be outgoing & at least try to enjoy your job and make the customers feel welcome! or find an evening position. The evening cashier was extremely pleasant to talk with, happy and seemed to enjoy her position. Thank you for your time.
I am an extremely proud owner of a mini cooper. Believe me when I say my mini is fantastic, and rarely needs to be serviced. Mini North Scottsdale is the only place to take your car when it does need service. The service is undeniably the best in the valley and the employees, especially Scott in service, always go the extra mile. I came in on Sunday to look at a car. I was recently involved in a car accident that left my car totaled. Mr. Stinson took wonderful care of me. He showed me several Mini vehicles and didnt pressure me at all. I took a few days to think about it and went back on Tuesday to have another look. He explained more details and features of the cars. Dana was the finance manager that assisted me. Dana is amazing. She went to bat for me and got me financed through BMW with an amazing interest rate. She was a pleasure to work with and so much fun to talk to. I have to say that I have never had a better experience at any dealership. I am very happy with my Countryman.
Drew Besenfelder has been head and shoulders above all that weve had in 30+ years of buying cars. This was my first experience and visit with Mini North Scottsdale. I was so impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help me from Jonathan (my Service Writer). Everyone in the Service Department was polite and helpful. Jonathan was able to pull up my vehicle’s history and found it was still under warranty. After the car was serviced, I received a text and a link where I was able to do an audio/visual description from the mechanic as he walked me through the cars check-up that was completed ~ as well as recommendations of service needed in the near future.I received a call from Jonathan that the car was finished, he let me know the status in more detail with estimated costs, of the recommended services.The experience was totally transparent and I was guided through the process from start to finish!!!I will definitely recommend MINI North Scottsdale to anyone and I will be back for any services that may be needed on my car. We had spend no wasted our hours in the Prescott area looking. NEVER again. Straight to North Scottsdale from now on. Get the best from the best!!! We made it an Arizona original.
I started on the Internet and chatted with John S. He was so informative about the vehicles Id selected, so I ran up to test drive one. It was easy - just drive, and then I had to run. They DID NOT hold me hostage! I went back later in the day because I decided to buy. My sales associate, Dana Halligan, was so knowledgeable about the product! I was in awe - she sounded like a dvd tutorial, only interesting :) My finance person, Billy Jacobs, was low-key, no pressure, just offered me options without any editorial commentary. What a RELIEF! I left with an awesome car, for a great value, feeling so happy and excited about the transaction. I can 100% assure you - there is nothing NOTHING *pushy* about this dealership! They are down to Earth and friendly with a FABULOUS Product!

I have owned three MINIs in my lifetime and loved each one. Between these three purchases I have owned a Lexus, Jeep, Nissan, and Ford. Aside from the fun style, unique and customizable design of a MINI, the driving experience is one of a kind. But. What I love most is the community aspect. This particular dealership is amazing. Easy to work with. Helpful. The team has a synergistic non-salesy vibe you will appreciate. They dont vulture around you when you look or try and swooze you into an uncomfortable position to try and win your sale. The finance team gets you in and out quickly (my purchase took an hour total). If you are looking for a MINI, I Highly recommend Drew and/or Dana- they will match you with something in your budget that you will be proud to drive! I love MINI!

This would be a five star review for the service department/service advisor Scott. Excellent service and communication. Really appreciate the videos!I was very disappointed with the loaner I used for the day. It was dirty inside - crumbs in the center area. Dust or foot marks on the back of the driver seat. I would hope that during this pandemic the interior of the loaner fleet is being wiped down and sanitized in the inside after each use. I also suggest considering placing the customer in a model different from their current ride. I asked for an S and the service rep at the counter didnt know if it was or not. I appreciate the loaner availability and use it as a way to consider the next mini model to purchase. The service rep at the counter seemed irritated and bothered by my request.Thanks for reading and Ill see you next time!
Our service writer Scott is always helpful and courteous. He follows up with us on the status of the service. The mechanic details the problem found and resolution in the phone video. This is our first Mini and we will purchase another mini from north Scottsdale in the future. People make mistakes but its how you correct it that makes you a great company.....So Ive been looking for a Pre-Owned Certified Mini Countryman for a while for my daughters 21st Birthday. I finally found one online at Mini North Scottsdale that I thought she would like and truly felt it was priced fairly. Im not one of those people that try to squeeze every dime out of a business. I have my own company and realize they are in the business to make a profit. That being said we went and looked at the car and I knew within the first few minutes that I was going to buy it for her. The car was somewhat dirty but drove great and only had 18K miles. It had everything that she wanted. The salesman promised it would be completely detailed when we picked it up on Monday evening. Well...when we arrived and pulled up next to the car we immediately noticed that not only had it not been detailed but their were multiple scratches that were not visible when we test drove it. My daughter was so upset. I told her that either they can fix it or I would not take delivery and we would find another car. Our sales person was not available at the time of the test drive so she had one of her associates handle that who was the one who promised it would be completely detail etc.. apparently that message was lost. Our original sales person Dana came out and realized how upset my daughter was and what came next was amazing. Dana called one of her managers out and the paint guy to look at the car. Within minutes they apologized and said they would make it right and boy did they. At their cost they had all the touch up paint done as well as having the car ceramic coated plus detailed the hell out of the interior. Dana kept in constant contact with me during the process sending me pics and videos. It even allowed me to have Chad and Ryan in parts to overnight the side mirror caps (black and white checkered) that she really wanted. When we went back Wednesday night to pick the car up my daughter was so nervous. We pulled into the dealership and Dana met us at the door. She took us back to a room where they deliver cars short story long... the car was perfect! What a transition! Dana had the mirror caps installed and a big red bow on the hood for her. My daughter was grinning ear to ear and I was crying but I didnt let her know. :) Dana then took a long time with my daughter going through the entire car and how to work everything! Ive bought a lot of cars (way more expensive) and never had anyone spend that much time going through everything like she did. On top of that a big shout out to Bill in Finance. Even though this was a cash deal he was a gentlemen and a scholar. One of the most pleasant people Ive met in a long time and was one of the managers that just simply said.. well make it right! And they did. Above and beyond! Like I said... people make mistakes but its how you fix it that makes you a great company! Thanks Dana and Bill for just doing what was right for your customers! If you are in the market for a Mini Cooper please do yourself a favor and ask for Dana Halligan at Mini North Scottsdale! You cant go wrong!

Took such great care of my Mini. Staff is extremely friendly and I love that they send a video of the staff actually preforming the maintenance on the car. I will ONLY take my Mini here to get maintenance done.
Everyone was professional, polite, and very accommodating. My car was diagnosed with a problem unknown to me. They fixed it under warranty. The car was ready sooner than expected. I am absolutely delighted with North Scottsdale Mini and the entire experience.

I had the absolute best service here. From start to finish, Dave was incredibly kind and fun. I have been to other dealerships before to see other cars and when my boyfriend purchased his car, and the people here are DIFFERENT. I did not feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of, I was treated with respect and care every step of the way. I didnt feel like just a commission to anyone there. I say this because as a young woman with her family all living thousands of miles away, this is so important. I had a lot of road blocks but they were patient and so helpful. Most professional and costumer centric dealerships Ive come across starting with front desk, service advisor and down to service manager. I chose to wait while my car was being serviced, even though a loaner was offered. I really appreciated text message updates from service advisor - Jonathon- as my car was being being worked on.

They didnt push add-ons down my throat and were upfront of all costs and showed all the details and costs of the cars build when asked. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership (more of a pickup kind of guy) however, I am a Police Officer in the area and stopped by to say hi everyone. I was very happy to be greeted with smiling faces, laughs and an all around welcoming environment. I’ve known one of the salesman (Dana) for over 22 years! Great place to buy a really fun car. Bought two MINIs at MINI of Scottsdale so far, and had terrific experience both times.
I would leave negative stars if I could. I brought my mini in to Scottsdale mini in March for factory recall thermostat which was leaking. I requested they replace the crossover water pipe when they did the thermostat. I got the car back and they stated the crossover pipe did not need to be replaced. The crossover pipe completely disintegrated at one end and was cracked at the other within 3 months of which they wanted to charge me $2200 to replace the water pump and crossover pipe.
I loved my experience with buying at MINI! I upgraded to the new countryman to make room for my growing family and I am so happy with it. I get so many compliments and questions! It is the perfect size and even fits my stroller in the trunk.I am impressed with the quality of the vehicle and even more so with the customer service from David Stinson. We will be returning for sure!Thank You all for your hard work and for making it a great car buying experience.
Great experience! Even though I havent purchased a car yet Dana and I have spent a bunch of time talking shop about many different cars! Shes super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and Ill definitely bring my business back to her when its time to buy!

I’m part of the Mini family and wouldn’t dream of getting another car so when I went in to upgrade my old Hardtop to a Hardtop S I was greeted outside by Dana, I told her my budget what I was looking for and did work to make sure I could get the Mini I wanted out the door. I had some hurdles but she was helping me out and keeping me informed and up to date every single day.She’s a fun, relatable and nice sales woman who got me my fun, and nice car.
