Very easy drop-off of a couple rolls of old carpet. So glad there is a recycling option rather than landfill! Drive-in entrance is off of S. 1st Ave or W. Mohave St. There wasn’t any welcoming committee or directions or anything. So I just drove up to a pile of carpet next to the building, got a thumbs-up from a worker way across the other side of the yard, added my carpet to the pile, and left. In and out in 1 min.

Planet Recycling is an excellent company for our dumpster rental. They answered our online quote request and called us back quicker than we expected. They deliver the container on-time to our warehouse. The contain is surprisingly clean. They also pull it away quickly when we finish. The service is outstanding. And the price is reasonable. We rent the contain twice for our business and are happy with the services.

Had a tour after dumping unwanted carpet. Its amazing to see how your carpet are collected and how they will recycle the carpet to better protect our environment and to save materials.They have a small but nice showroom with lots different carpets and flooring to choose from. Great customer service and very friendly staff.I recently also rental their dumpster to pull away my damaged carpet after monsoon. It came the same day and the price was reasonable.

Planet Recycling recently dropped an oil laden 12yd dumpster in my driveway. It had previously housed oil. They dropped it in my driveway and without informing me that cleanup would be my responsibility . After being assured the cleanup would take place, A supervisor named Jeff basically told me to pound sand they were not going to clean it up. Now I have a Staind driveway. I would urge anyone in need of a large roll off or waste service needs to spend a little extra cash and hire a better class of organization. Buyer beware.

Great customer service. It was our contractors fault by ordering the wrong dumpster size. The staff at their Phoenix office immediately canceled the order and got the right dumpster delivered the same day. You just need to call them first to confirm if there is any hazard materials prohibited. Otherwise, you may have to pay extra fee.This is the best dumpster rental company we worked with in the past 10 years.

RIP OFF COMPANY WARNING. This is a horrible company that will tell you one price and then double the amount to pick it up. They charged me an additional $500 when the disposal happened but didnt tell me until a week later. They said because there was some grass in the dumpster. I had filled the dumpster with dirt and rocks. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Do not use this company for your dumpster needs. Just a heads up if you do and they end up damaging your driveway or your customers driveway, then they will tell you that they are not liable after the fact. They also tried to tell me I had 4 tons of dirt in the can to charge me more money. Stay away

Well couldnt say Nothing good about this company they charge me $350 to drop off a container I told him I was loading gravel and tree stumps after they picked it up they charge me an additional $528 They called me and told me it was overloaded by 12 times I told him if there was anything I can do for the next time that I want to rent something like this they told me I shouldve gotten a bigger container I told them but Im betting tell me that in the first place zero stars this company is a rip off
