Dr. Kristen Clark is just excellent. She is very patient and takes the time to adjust the hearing aids properly.Her staff are very polite and efficient. My husband is very pleased with the quality of hearing he has now and can actually enjoy conversation at parties and in noisy restaurants.

Office staff is very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Clark is easy to talk to, and very informative. But best of all, it was easy to program the hearing aids to exactly what I needed. I can now hear the person Im talking to in spite of background noise.

I was the first patient seen at the new location and was greeted in friendly manner, had a short wait for the Doctor who was friendly, thorough in explaining all the tests and the results. Dr. Kristen Clark was wonderful. She put me right at ease, which was important when youve been having sudden bouts of dizziness, tinnitus, and other odd happenings, with no real explanation. Her Office Manager, Lucila, was professional and friendly as well. Dr. Clark did a VERY thorough series of hearing tests on me after examining my ear canals and asking lots of essential questions about my symptoms. She is an unusual provider in that she takes her time with you. This is the most comprehensive hearing evaluation Ive ever had. Wow. We discussed the results, and I came away with some mental relief and a path forward toward hearing preservation and tinnitus management. Ill be back next year for a follow-up test, definitely. Highly recommend if you want compassionate treatment at a high level of competency.

I have been working with Platinum Hearing and Dr. Clark for about a year and a half now My initial contact with Platinum was to address my fathers serious hearing loss issues. Dr. Clark spent a significant period of time evaluating the level of my fathers hearing loss and letting him try out products with six different vendors in order to find the best hearing aid product and solution to meet his needs. Now that my father has been taken care of I am currently working with Dr. Clark to evaluate my hearing limitations and to determine the best hearing aid to meet my needs as well. Dr. Clark went above and beyond to try to help my 4 yr old granddaughter. Though Platinum Hearing normally works with adults they were willing to see what they could do for a 4 yrs old during the pandemic when most hearing doctors I called were closed.
