This was my first time hiring movers and I had the best experience. Robert and Brian were extremely helpful, polite, and they busted a**. I was moved out and back in to my new place in less than 4 hours! They were all extra careful with my items which I was very grateful for. I definitely felt like I got my moneys worth and I would recommend them to everyone!

We were so thankful that they had a very last minute opening. Robert and Jake showed up early and did an amazing job unloading my parents 26ft truck. Very professional, punctual and took great care of my parents belongings. Thanks again!

Their customer service was incrediable, how polite they all were was mind blowing, their care, PATIENCE and concern for even the slightest detail to our belongings was amazing and how well they treated my 5 year old and all 3 of my dogs was just heartwarming. I trust them with everything from my most expensive article to my most sentimental piece. These men make First Class Moving and Storage look good and are beyond an asset to this company. I said hello to 3 strangers 2 days ago but said goodbye to 3 dear, dear friends. I could go on and on about our wonderful experience, but I’ll leave it here. Horrible company, stay away! We hired First Class Moving and Storage for our recent move. They moved our items to their storage facility for approximately 2 months, many of our item ended up either damaged or missing. Some of our furniture including a table had shoe prints from being stood on. Other furniture was scratched, chipped or broken. Boxes marked fragile were delivered shredded. The top quarter of our 6ft bookcase was torn off and missing. They had to call us to verify which couches were ours because they had several that were not labeled in the couch room. We were told our item would be in our own pods. We had 6 outdoor chairs that took them an extra 2 weeks to deliver to us. We made a complaint about these issues and were told to get 2 estimates for each item that was damaged or missing and to submit it to them for reimbursement. We submitted the requested estimates and offered to provide pictures. Although there was a few hundred dollars worth of damage, we received a check two and a half months later for $90. Our family has hired this company before without issues and its a shame that they dont want to make things right. We were told we should have bought additional insurance. For what? There was not an accident on the way to the storage facility. There was no fire or flood once there. We are supposed to buy extra insurance to have professional movers that we are paying, treat our items with care? This is their job and the service we received is totally unacceptable. They admitted fault and apologized yet refuse to make things right.

Excellent customer service; The owner, Chris, came over in person to give us a quote. Our moving crew was Robert, Joe, Chase & Roberto, they were wonderful! Will definitely use this moving company again!

Could not believe the incompetents. Chris gave me an estimate for 2 men 4 hours at $95 per hour. Never mentioned cash only. Then he called to say that three men would cost $115 per hour, but would have been faster. So I agreed. The five lamp boxes, mattress boxes, and TV box that he agreed to supply where not on the truck. And when the three movers told me that I could keep the blanket they had to wrap my TV in but it could cost an extra $10.What a nerve. The final bill for 4.5 hours for $115, plus $115 trip charge (for a 2.9 mile trip to our storage unit), and $20 for wrapping tape. Everything was thrown into a 10’x20’ storage unit. I should have questioned the driver when he showed up in a Budget rent a car truck.BUYER BEWAREDON’T LET CHRIS IN YOUR FRONT DOOR

Chris Rogers is a trustworthy businessman. He gave us a fair estimate and then stood by it when it took longer than anticipated.Shawn, John, and Jacob were absolutely awesome. You won’t find a nicer bunch of guys. They worked well together and displayed extensive knowledge of proper techniques for the storage space provided to them. They used great care in handling our possessions to the best of their ability.They invested their hearts and souls into helping us complete a seemingly impossible task in a short amount of time. Even though they were exhausted, they remained positive and cheerful. They kept going long after most others would have called it a day.We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. Using them was the best choice and a good solid decision.

Steve, Robert, and Kyle moved all of my stuff from a 10X15 storage unit. My mom originally scheduled them to move all of her items on a Sunday, called the business last mixture the day prior and asked if they could add my unit as well. I am so glad they accommodated for me, and on the weekend too :) They where very pleasant and easy to work with. They did an amazing job, they where knowledgeable and careful with our stuff. I would absolutely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone else who is expecting a big move. Thank you :)

Very positive experience!My first contact with this company was a lady calling me about my upcoming move. At the time, I didnt even have a move date because our house was for sale; we needed a buyer before we could move forward with anything. No problem! Chris called and gave me a rough estimate, then offered to give a more firm quote when we were ready to schedule. We had a house sale & purchase on the same day and had to coordinate our move carefully. At first, we were going to pack one day and move in the next day, but then my buyer turned out to be super cool and said I could take all day on selling day since he didnt get off work till after 4 PM.That was a good thing because of unforeseen circumstances and the estimate for my move was off.Nate was our primary guy and was extremely friendly and professional for the entire move. He communicated with us the entire day and even had to make 2 trips to the new house. He was aware of what time I wanted to clear out by and still took very good care of our belongings. Their time ran well over the estimated amount, but the guarantee kicked in and they only charged for 2 extra hours. Those guys worked very hard on an extremely hot day.I will be recommending First Class Moving & Storage to friends who need to make a move.

Shaun, Chris and Kyle were excellent. We were on a tight timeline and they arrived early, moved use out quickly without any damaged items, and moved us in quickly too. They did all this with a sense of humor too and within the estimate. Great group of guys and we couldn’t have made this move in the same day without them. If we need to move again, we’ll call them up again.

As a former mover myself I can really vouch for the First Class crew that did our move. Sean, Kyle, and Roy were hardworking, courteous, and professional. The two more experienced guys were carefully overseeing and teaching the less experienced guy. These guys have a can do attitude! One item was slightly damaged and had Sean not mentioned it we would have never known since the damage was not visible and did not affect the operation of that piece. Everything else arrived damage free! I got many bids prior to selecting this company which ranged from $85 to $150 an hour and at $95 an hour their price was excellent especially considering the quality of this team. You cant go wrong with these guys!

Shawn and Robert and Roy moved a house load of super heavy furniture and a lifetime of my collectibles from the storage unit into my new home. I contacted Chris over a year ago about moving us. Unfortunately, it was 1.5 years before we did move, but Chris kept in contact with us as I asked him to. When the day came to move, they were about 2 hours late, but they did tell us why they were going to be late. (another move) It gave me time to finish up more packing; therefore it was great. Sean is a big guy and carried our large couch up over his head and out the French doors. I was shocked that he was that strong. I video taped when he did our love seat the same way.The 3 men moved things effectively and did not waste time since we were paying by hour. The truck was slow, but Sean didnt want to break anything inside. They didnt ask for payment until the job was complete. They did such a good job that I gave them a tip.Unfortunately, after a few days, I noticed that my love seat looked scratched on the wood. They couldnt come out to fix it, but said they would. We agreed to wait until after the holidays. And true to their word, Sean came out today and fixed our couch. It looked like white paint had somehow gotten on the couch, but a little bit of marker hide it. (we both tried to get the white paint off, but could not). Sean laid on his stomach and concentrated on the marks. (since he is an artist, he knew exactly how to fix it to make it look nice). I am very happy with this company because they are honest and are good at contacting you. I would use them again.

Update: I used them again… terrible experience I was charged way more than the time before the broke my antique dresser and damaged my brand new walls in my brand new house. It took them nearly and hour to get to my house when it took me only 20 from one to the other. Then they charged me for an additional hour of transit. It took them the same amount of time to move me both times but I was charged about $200 more. Wasn’t a great experience.

The truck arrived at our new residence in a reasonable amount of time. All of our items were in the truck and nothing was damaged or broken. The crew placed the items and boxes where we wanted them. I cant recommend this company with enough enthusiasm. We have moved more than a few times here in AZ and I have generally had good experiences. However, the crew that First Class sent to our last move (Shawn, David and Alex) were incredible. We were admittedly not as prepared as we typically would be and the crew realized early on this was going to be a tough move, but they rolled up their sleeves and got it done over the course of 13 hours with care, enthusiasm and the best attitude you can imagine. It was hot, sweaty work, but the crew made it almost enjoyable, joking with us and working their tails off. Moving is stressful and these guys get that. They hit it out of the park and even came back several days later to move additional items we didnt have ready because they felt like the job wasnt completed. Hire these people and ask for our crew!

Ive used First Class multiple times over the years, and Ive always had an excellent experience. My most recent move was in March. It was a complicated move, because I wasnt able to move directly into my new house from the apartment I was renting, which came as a bit of a surprise. Moving is never easy, but everyone at First Class - from the owner to the guys moving boxes - are super-helpful and come up with creative solutions to every issue that comes up. With no notice, I was able to store basically everything I owned at First Class for the few days before I was able to sign my new lease and actually move into my new place. From day one, the day of the estimate for the move, to the day I finally had a place to move my stuff into, everyone I interacted with was on time and 100% professional. I will ALWAYS use First Class when I move.

I used First Class Moving & Storage to move my townhouse into storage and then again from storage to my new house. Everything was so easy! The estimate came in right on target. I was a little worried about storage but my furniture came back without any damage. The guys were professional and went the extra mile. They were patient when I moved my living room furniture 2 different times to see what would fit in my new room. They were referred to me by my realtor & I couldnt be happier.

**Worst part: we still have someone elses boxes/items from August. This companys been notified in writing twice, & have never bothered to get the items.**In order to not be scammed,look at the not recommended reviews on their Yelp page as well as the BBB, they have claims and bad reviews there, with the exact same nightmare as ours.Chris came and gave an estimate and references to call, which we did. It must be fake, because they were very good references w/no problems. We were moving from a 5000sq foot home and Chris estimated everything to be moved. We donated a 14 ft truckload of furniture & clothes before our move. Still, our estimate was 7 hours, one truckload and $1000 OVER the in home estimate.Our household was not stored in an AC unit, as multiple items melted and soaked boxes, destroying items in surrounding boxes. We had vast damage to wood furniture and antique piano was gouged in a 4 foot area. Our dining table was pried in half and our mattress drug on the ground in front of us and stored in the unit completely unwrapped. We were told to get estimates for damage, 9 weeks later received check for $120 saying we hadnt opted for additional insurance. Why would they need estimates then?After receiving full payment, they kept $3000 of our furniture for 3 more days.The movers went and did other moving jobs on our move-out and move-in day.This company dodges phone calls, doesnt return messages and plays all kinds of unethical games. Avoid at all cost.

They should change the name to Worst Class Moving & Storage. Use them at your own risk - these guys are horrible. Chris (the owners brother, I believe) came out to give me an estimate and we booked him based upon that quote. We wound up getting rid of most of the large furniture items that his crew was initially supposed to move for us, deciding instead to buy new and have the new items delivered directly to our new home. This should have saved a ton of space in the truck. Instead, their crew brought a truck that was already packed with huge moving boxes (not ours and not for us), couldnt fit in all of our items, then told me theyd have to charge more if I wanted them to get the rest. This forced me to rent a moving van myself and haul the rest of my items for an extra $100. Also, though boxes were labeled with what room to put them in, the crew supervisor (Carl - a real piece of work) had his crew just dump a bunch of things where ever they felt like. I had kitchen pantry and bedroom boxes sitting in my side yard, boxes labeled for the living room taken upstairs... just a mess. Also, though I had some boxes marked as extremely fragile, these jerks paid no regard at all and placed such boxes on the very bottom of their disorderly piles that they placed in my garage, causing a bunch of irreplaceable items to get damaged. Lets also not forget that a pair of safes and several boxes of power tools came up missing, too. Throughout the move, Carl (the crew supervisor) kept swearing and harassing his crew, making it a very uncomfortable environment. He also kept trying to sell me some chandelier, which struck me as very inappropriate.Also, do not expect a crew or truck that even resembles an actual company. They rolled up in budget rental truck with their rag tag crew wearing motley clothing, not even shirts that said their company name.When I called to report my concerns to Chris, he laughed at me, said that theyre not responsible for lost items, and was just all around a real bozo. I asked for the owner to call me and of course that never happened, either.First Class Moving & Storage is the absolute worst. I hired movers to simplify my move. Instead, I wound up with a very expensive headache and a lot of extra work that I should not have had to do.

Used them for a second time had no issues and they moved all my property from storage to my new house. Thanks Ryan and Robert for the help.

The movers ensured to ask where most items that were not labeled go. They did NOT break any of our items and ensured the safety of each box and item within their trailer. Our family used this moving company several times. The worst experience was last summer when I moved to Prescott from Phoenix. They kept me waiting for hours and then rushed like they were on a time frame. After unpacking, I noticed several things damaged like china and chargers. But I was mostly concerned about my furniture. I immediately took photos and sent them to Chris as he had requested with an estimate for the repairs. I continue to send the same estimate but received no response in these past 9 months. I did what they told me to do and now I have to go through the courts or a news station to try to get my money for the repairs. I would never use this company again!

I just recently had a move from the Mesa area out to Surprise and the movers were very helpful in packing my belongings. They also took the time to make sure everything was out in the correct rooms and locations at the new residents.

When guys got to my house, they ask if I could tip them, that most people do.Bad start hadnt even moved anything. Think it would be best if they did job by total move not hours worked, lazy, cigarette smoking, cell phone, and breaks, to ok up most of their hours.., I was charged by the hoursssss it took, seems delivery drivers took advantage of that ...Get a quote that includes hours .. ..Got to Payson most horrible, just horrible move . So many items broke, scratched, items melted in the air conditioning storage I think not ..

Chris Rogers is very untrustworthy. I was at my Grandmas for the weekend and when the movers came they were five hours late without one truck . They came the next day an hour late and Chris told his movers not to unload the truck without the payment. He yelled at my grandma and was very disrespectful bc he did not settle an exact payment. Top it off they had to rent trucks because they didn’t have their own.

They arrived 2 hours late and then said we could only pay cash or with certified funds.
