Brann Production Studios is the best TV repair shop anywhere!! Not only are you greeted with a warm, friendly and professional attitude - they are knowledgeable about so many things. They have even helped me with a video/sound issue that I was having at my church. Did I mention SAME DAY SERVICE!!! They were able to fix my TV in 1 day. How great is that!! I highly recommend Tommy and Melissa for all your video/audio needs.

They took three weeks to contact me after the diagnosis, and then told me that they couldnt find the part and asked if I wanted them to throw it away, but the part is on Amazon for about $65 I feel as if there was some trickery there and will never do business with them again, but that was my experience yours may be different
