Nice location and store set up. Workers are very pleasant and friendly and I was served in a reasonable amount of time. Four of us in the store, so I had to wait about 20 minutes to get help. No method to sign people in, so it was up to us to remember who came in when. Not a problem as it was not crowded. My issue is that when I signed up for new service, I decided to pick up the equipment at Sienna Drive store. I had three boxes and a modem. I specifically asked if there were coaxial cables included in the packages and was assured that there were. When I got home, there were no cables. I called the next day, could go back or buy them myself. I went back, told the workers what I needed and got three of the four needed as they said I did not need one for the modem. Wrong. I did. Luckily, my sister had an extra one, which saved me a third trip to the store. Then the one box did not work. I spent about 2 hours running tests with the phone help person, then had a tech come out the next day. The box was bad and there was some type of wiring problem in the wall that he replaced. It worked for about a day, then stopped. Again, I had to have a tech come out to see what the problem was and it was the box again. Here is the warning: IT IS UP TO THE TECH TO DECIDE IF YOU ARE CHARGED OR NOT. The tech is incentivized to charge for the service. I had to fight to avoid charges, which I am not sure what is happening still. But on initial set up with problematic equipment and lines I should not be charged for repairs and faulty equipment. After a week of back and forth and service calls and telephone help, my cable and internet are finally working and service is fine. But it should not be this difficult and most importantly, Xfinity should package the needed wires in the sealed packages of equipment instead of me having to figure it out and go back and forth.

Mike the manager was very responsive to resolving my issue. You can tell he isnt just trying to make a sale. Hes very communicative and kind! Didnt feel transactional, I could tell he really tried to get me the best deal. Thank you!

This place is amazing and awesome! When you first walk-in your greeted immediately smiled at. The store is huge laid out nice and clean. There is mobile phone section with your latest and greatest smartphones Samsung and apple products. Great staff! You can get phone service though them now up to four phones person but they are a on the little expensive side but if your desperate or in a bad spot put it on your already expensive cable bill I know mine is but I hate dish so I stick with Comcast cable company. I am sending this transmission on an open channel in plain language.STAY AWAY.ZERO stars was not option but should benot good experience. they want you to schedule an appointment but an appointment is a misdirection ploy to get you into the store. they welcome walk-ins who get placed ahead of you in the queue.. i was there for 20 minutes before i could someone to even acknowledge me. finally saw someone an hour after my appointmentthat was the good.it spiraled rapidly downhill from that pointI have not been lied to so frequently with such casual aplomb

We ordered a Samsung galaxy s20 uw in pink, but we ended up getting it in gray. I think they are doing this to People of Asian descent out of spite. We are a long time customer. We got our internet, tv and mobile all from Xfinity. Now we are seriously thinking of canceling it all.

I visited by here to return items. Store service was efficient. Product service is not efficient as the pixalation could not be solved by the Xfinity techs apparently limited by company policy. Switched to Verizon where they removed all the wiring & connection by the Xfinity set up and relocated new connection to the house inside. Big improvement although Xfinity offered an amazing incentive price, it turned out not worth it for us.

We had fantastic service there! We went to question our monthly statement and inquire about cellular service. The representative (Wendy?) took time to get our issue with the billing straightened out. We checked on the cellular service and decided to think about it over lunch. We went back after we decided to switch one of our phones from Sprint. We had a hard time with Sprint releasing the number to Comcast but she was great at getting this issue resolved for us and we were able to walk out of there with a new phone and service. The only issue for us is it would be nice to have someone great you at the front desk. Everyone was busy so we had to hang at the desk without being greeted for about 10-15 minutes with people getting in line behind us.

Friendly staff, willing to help you. Unfortunately, an Express kiosk was down for maintenance. The workable kiosk partially worked. The part that didnt work was the check deposit. Also someone couldnt find the keys to the kiosk for some reason.

Terrible, which shouldn’t surprise anyone.Internet range was low so I went to the store, the sales person recommended to buy the xFi pods so I did. Easy installation, worked for 35 days- the warranty is for 30 days! When brought it back the salesman said I should have not bought those pods because it’s a terrible product- yikes. They were “kind” enough to exchange but made sure I know that the new ones will not work for too long. So I’m out of $129 and received a terrible product. Sounds about right for any Comcast/Xfinity experience

The store is located on the otherside of the building. You need, I found, to take the staircase down to the lower level. It took me some time to find, as Google Maps takes one to the top level where there are no signs. Once I had found the store I was able to return my cable box quickly. I was the only one in the store.

Whomever is working at the front desk this afternoon, an older woman with shorter brown hair above the shoulders, is super rude. I brought my equipment back today to return, like I was told to when I called Xfinity Customer Service, and after she scanned my stuff told me they could not take it and I would need to go to UPS and have it mailed. Okay, fine. I asked for the mailing address and after she huffed and puffed she said “just ask UPS” and slammed my stuff back down on the counter while I fumbled to get everything back in the bag and she was already onto the next customer. Honestly? Haven’t had such poor customer service in a long time. Can’t even tell me they were busy as an excuse, either, because when I walked in she was sitting on the counter (yes, ON the counter) playing on her phone. Sorry to interrupt your cell phone time, I guess. Won’t be back here to this location.

Good cable, but as always, once you are a subscriber and a year passes your bill keeps going up. No incentive to stay. Good pricing only for new customers. Nothing for customers that pay their bill on time everytime. Sucks!!!!

Upgraded wife’s phone, that night they shut MY phone off!!! Missed calls from work and my business! Cost me over 1200.00 in work and possibly even more from business! When phone was working service was great! Was told it’ll be fixed in 2 hrs... 4 hrs later I called still not fixed! So my phone has been down for 17 hrs and counting!

Im reating this due to my first visit. I had some people greet me, however the person attending to me was alright. Till I asked him about checking my current balance, he said, it should be in your final notice. I said, Understood but I have long paid some of the balance, i asked if could give him my account number and he just kept pointing at the paper. So I just called customer service to help me with my situation. Bummer to not have that person to person attendance.

It would be so much better if customer service and in store associates were on the same page. It seems like they have different procedures and criteria that arent cohesive. I was told that I would have to place my order for xfinity mobile service online or over the phone because they associates in the stores arent trained to spot a fake or altered ID or license. Is it just me or would an actual human be more reliable to authenticate verification documents as opposed to me sending in photos (which can easily be altered) and be forced to wait until they have been verified which can take up to 3 days (making free 2 day shipping) not just a joke but irrelevant. Im just confused about the logic behind this procedure.Just so were clear, I only gave 3 stars because the sales associate who helped me today was very kind, polite and knowledgeable (also confused and irritated by customer service)Seriously reconsidering the choice to make xfinity my TV, internet, mobile and home security provider. I may pay more with another company but a few extra dollars in exchange for my sanity seems like the best deal to me.I take experiences like this and take notes so that I know what NOT to do and how NOT to treat customers and clients of mine.If this is the future of awesome Im perfectly fine living in the past.

First experience last summer was terrible but last month had a unexpected great customer service experience. XFINITY store in upper st. Clair obviously listened to my last years complaint and did something about it. I went to take care of a Samsung S9 issue and left very happy.

Took my moto5e play, I had purchased the previous day at the Greensburg store, told them I wanted the lg stylo in instead. rather than ring the stylo out first, after waiting and even that people got waited on that came in after us, because she had the I know everything attitude, first she told me go buy a tracfone because you cant port an xifinity phone number to an xfinity phone (WHAT!!!) then she said you cant have the stylo because I did the return first and it didnt go through, I said put my number back on my old LG xcharge, nope all she said was sorry guys??? You totally screw up, I have two phones that I bought sitting on the counter and I cant have either...Finally after about 3 hours on the phone with tech support, the got my old LG xcharge working...I was getting a new phone because it wont hold a charge, no more..I will keep the x charge until the battery blows up. If you dont know your job, dont act like you do
