So I have to say I’m always skeptical of buying used electronics especially phones, But I figured I’d just go and look. I chose this place because it had the best reviews out of all the other places near me. I went in and they had exactly what I needed, and the price was very fair. August 3rd I got an iPhone 11 Pro and I’m extremely happy with it it was completely unlocked and everything works great! I will definitely go back there again.

Always great service, if they dont have what youre looking for they will make an effort to find you one or direct you to one.. fairly priced, especially compared to Ninjas ..

I rarely go anywhere else. Whatever gadget and gizmo I am fancying at the moment Trader is my first stop. They’ll have it and a couple other super fly current tech toys. They know their stuff and they hook it up. Game recognize game. Five star.

Local on shop that is awesome in every way. Buying used electronics Is a great deal and good for the environment. I bought a TV there two years ago and it is flawless. The owner is a character and genuine good guy.

Ive been shopping around for a new tv on Amazon and Best buy. I ended up going here to check out their selection. I found the same size that I wanted a while back but for 250$ cheaper! Ive also sold a few electronics and they gave me a decent price when I first moved to PGH. Now everytime I look to buy a TV I stop by them first. They were always so helpful and friendly too. I purchased a used Xbox one x From them 4 months ago . Recently it stopped turning on so I dropped it off for repair on a Saturday and didn’t hear anything until I walked into the shop today to so if it had been repaired . The owner gave me the run around saying that it’s not under warranty anymore and . So I pretty much paid $280 for it to work for only 4 months extremely disappointed in they’re “ warranty “. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!

Convenient location for students looking for fair priced quality electronics. In addition to the quality of the products, you can expect 5 star quality service and patience from the employees.

Apparently the 7-day warranty is only applicable if you can reproduce your devices finicky behavior on demand, which they made me do on my lunch break, in order to get a replacement. Giving two stars instead of one because they had the common decency to reimburse the labor costs of the device they could not fix towards a previously-owned device.

I bought a smartwatch from these guys. Durrell was fair and fantastic to me. I was treated well when I went to Trader Electronics, and I would be confident anything else I was buying there would be at a fair price. Thanks again guys!

I wouldn’t purchase anything from this place again. I bought a ps4 pro for almost the retail value or what game stop and the exchange would sell used. The controller they had for the system had 3 buttons that were sticky and obviously had some kind of liquid spilled in it. The left analog cursor would move by itself without touching it. I went back to the store 3 times afterwards for two other controllers that still didn’t work. The controllers didn’t even power on.They DO NOT test equipment out well before buying it from sellers. Be careful of theses shiesters!

One of thee worse places to go for honest working people. I seen the girl Megan pass up honest folks, AND tell them that their merchandise value was only 5$, and turn around and give the next customer that I know is strung out on drugs, a check for 150$ for a name brand purse, NOT COOL AT ALL! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, AND THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO, WHAT, WHEN, AND HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE!! FREAKIN SAD.......

I walked into the store looking for a piano keyboard. I asked the man at the counter (apparently the owner) if he had any keyboards for sale and he said we might, what are you looking to use it for?..... I was dumbfounded he asked that question haha. So he proceeds to go to the back storage area and brings out a keyboard. Right as we were beginning to discuss a price, the phone rings, he rudely just picks it up and answers it without saying excise me, so I walked out of the store. Apparently his phone call was more important than my business with him. There were several other employees that could have answered the phone btw. Never going back again after that.
